It was very convinient, clean but outdated. There were 3 major resorts in the same area and this one needs some "uplifting" and some lighter colors all around. It was comfprtable and spacious and OK dor our needs, will probly come again..........

The room had a lot to be desired...there was a piece of chewed gum on the head board! We love the location and the Fall colors were beautiful!

Have been staying here for the past few years but this may be the last time. The rooms are just too old and creepy. Bathroom is tiny and no room to shave.For a few bucks more the Osthoff is much nicer.

Clean, comfortable, enjoyed the balcony, pool, grounds and the included breakfast was wonderful. Everything within walking distance. In one square mile you can enjoy great restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream, church, the grounds of 3 resorts, and Lake Elkhart. Beautiful, historic, peaceful. A place for all ages.

We were looking to rent a motor boat, they only have 3 not enough for that many guests that would like to boat. Enjoyed the pool,had a great time. Nothing to do in that area as far as fun things for teenagers. Mattress was very uncomfortable. An exellent stay, though the wireless internet service did not reach to room 716. We had to pack up the computers and go to the pool or to the lobby to get a connection.

Very over priced for the quality of the hotel. They could have served breakfast before the Triathlon started. 7:30 AM was too late.

This is a very nice and quiet place, wonderful coffee place at the train station and amazing breakfast, dont miss it. The hotel is very conveniently placed, right on the lake. The price was reasonable, located only 6 miles from our family. The indoor pool was small but it was nice and warm. Our children got to swim without shivering. The staff was awesome. Great hotel set on a beautiful site! Only thing the hotel might want to add is new showerheads. Otherwise, it was a great value for wintertime, and we got a gift certificate to come back for an even lower rate. Set in Elkhart Lake, which is a charming little town.

This hotel has a beautiful setting and looks great from the outside. However when you get into the room its a different story. It smelsl old and muggy, the beds are harder than a rock and the Tv's are outdated. Tv's are from the 70's. I will say they have a great pool area and the kids loved it.

Beautiful blue lake, very peaceful in the winter, a little ghostly, we felt like we had the resort just for us two ! But this is the second time I went there, and I will go back. Make sure to ask a room with lake view and specify if you need wifi, because some rooms have better connection than others. this was a beautiful property...and we got an amazing deal with off season rates! we would recommend planning to stay a few days...we wish we could have been there longer to enjoy the beauty!!

The Victorian Village was exactly what we wanted for a one-night stay right in the village of Elkhart Lake to enjoy the holiday festivities. The room was not fancy, but it was clean, had a small refrigerator and a coffee pot. The TV looked like it was from 1965, but we weren't there to hang out in the room and watch TV. I had a problem with my ceiling leaking over the tub when The people upstairs used the shower or tub. I told the hotel and they did nothing about it. I also asked for a receipt upon leaving and was told I couldn't get one. I felt they didn't service me well because I booked through hotels.com

This property has an excellent location on Elkhart Lake, however, the stairs were awful. Initially, I was given a room on the 3rd floor that resembled a dormitory. Eventually I was given a room similar to the what was promised when booked. The faucet looked awful but I was too exhausted from the walk up the stairs. It took nearly 30 mins to locate the […] building because it was listed on the map as 266 however, the actual no. was 269. It would be helpful to have an iron and table available in the room. Very clean. Nice place. Wish I brought a swim suit to enjoy the warm pool. Shower head is a little low for tall people. Note: Address on website does not show up on GPS. Had to call for directions. Although it is very easy to find. Price via Hotels.com was a fraction off normal price.

Very romantic, victorian, lovely setting, tranquil and serene, I can't say enough about it, it was worth the effort to find it, nestled in those back roads. What a treasure! We'll be back.
