For the most part, the hotel was fine. They seemed a little short staffed, but it didn't really cause too much difficulty for me personally. The room was very nice and everything worked, but a roach on the wall the first morning made it feel less clean. In any hotel, I assume the bugs are there, but I rarely seem them. The hotel was great. Instructions for use of A/C would have been helpful, but we figured it out on the 3rd night.

The lobby area is nicely done but the rest of the hotel is outfitted in lower quality furnishing and finishes. Our room was dirty in places and the HVAC unit was really loud. It is located right by the bed and disturbed our sleep when on during the night.

Exceptional value. Very nice accommodations. Would be excellent as a home base for a long vacation in the Northern Virginia area or for an extended stay for conventions or business meetings in the Dulles area.

This was a great hotel. It was clean, pool area was great, and the basketball court was a great addition. We all played some hoops. The breakfast was awesome, too. I would stay there again for sure!

Loved this hotel. The beds were comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was beautiful. The all you can eat breakfast in the morning was an actual breakfast with an omelette station. It was an excellent stay :)

This hotel is absolutely awesome. From the moment we stepped into the hotel until the moment we left, we were treated wonderfully. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even printing out a map with directions for us. The rooms were very clean and comfy. We had quick and easy access to the highway and the toll road. Real nice place. One of the reasons we picked this Hyatt House was the free breakfast with an omelet station. The omelet was a huge letdown. I didn't know an omelet could be made so small. Very very small. Otherwise a great hotel with great staff. Our room was upgraded to a very nice suite.

what the Hyatt House Dulles Virginia May 11 12 room was great clean and lot of hidden amenities really like the energy efficient suite would definitely stay there again....

They advertised bathrobes but non in our rooms? The liquid soap was empty and when I tried to ask the housekeeper she spoke no english and waved in the air as if God would help me? Breakfast is a free for all and mass bedlam for the 4 hrs it is open. Good luck .

My family and I found this hotel impressively clean and well managed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Best of all, breakfast was complete -not the usual reductive breakfast you get at most hotels, but a complete meal with eggs and muffins. Highly recommended.
