Hotell Best Western Plus Allentown Inn & Suites by Dorney Park - Allentown

The last april 28 I surprise my wife on our aniversary by going to this hotel! We had a great quality time !!! The jacuzzi suite for a great price! I will be back!! Ah and thnk you Mike for letting me check in a littler earlier you make it even perfect!!!

Loved the room, loved the jacuzzi, front desk person very nice and knowledgable. Would stay here again without a doubt!

Hotel was clean, good size rooms, breakfast was included at a reasonable cost and was good. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, comfortable, and for the most part, quiet (I wish some parents would have more dicipline for their children, and respect for others). The staff was very pleasant, almost to a fault. Lots of other things to see,and do between there, and Jim Thorpe. Very pleased with this hotel! Staff very friendly. Extremely knowledgable for being in training. Loved the king suitet, plenty of towels. Only complaint was the bed. Hard as a rock! If you like it extra firm then this is the bed for you. Other then that it was a "Perfect" stay.

1) We found food in the sofa fold out bed and under it. That was a big big issue for us. 2) Hotel service was poor. For ex. We booked 4 seperate rooms. Two were big suites with seperate kitchenette which was reserved for 4 people. When we complained that there were only 2 chairs in one of them the man at the desk did not even try to be helpful. We stayed in in the hotel overnight in April of this year. The hotel looked like it was recently refurbished and was very nice and clean. The room had a flat screen TV and a stone and granite bathroom with a real bathtub instead of the plastic ones you often find in hotels. I trully enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was near by an intersection, although because I was comming from CT the GPS took me via back road. But once you are there, you notice the convenience of the place.. CVS near by, A 24 hr Restaurant across the street.... The hotel is nice looking, good parking, indoor pool, gym right next door so you can work […] out while your children are across in the pool (of course if you have small children better stay there with them) the water was cleaned. The people really seem like a family rather than just people working at a hotel. The hotel was quiet an confy. The water remained warm while showering. Free Internet, TV, Microwave and Fridge. The morning food was soooo good. the only issue is they except you to eat it in the area. I am sorry couldn't do that... Love to lay in bed and relax until at least 11am. This hotel was close to many attractions, exits to many major routes and locations throughout the area was good, staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean.

Excellent, excellent Best Western..spotless, great full breakfast, great value, just one concern. Our room overlooked the highway and the traffic disrupted my sleep. Next time I would request a room in the back and/or put the fan on to reduce the traffic noise..

I stay here every time I have business in eastern PA. The staff is almost always pleasant and efficient. (Caught just one person on a bad day who could not direct me to a park.) The building and rooms are always clean, with plenty of towels in the bathroom. Breakfast is adequate, not fancy, but always fresh.

If you are looking for a comfortable quite "PEACEFUL" night to sleep, definitely this is not the one. The windows on the side where the road is, does not have sufficient sound barrier. Tried to put the A/C on because the room is hot, but it does not get cold enough to at least give you some comfort against the noise on the outside. This is a nice hotel for family's coming to Dorney and during the non Dorney months, is a nice place for mom and dad to escape to locally... The jacuzzi suites are very nice (first floor is a handicap accessible room, so ask if other is available). The rates are great and its a nice room, not a luxury suite, but great escape when you want to getaway […] but not be too far :) Läs mer

A newer property kept in great condition. Great breakfast place across the street and Josh Early Candies just down the road. Doesn't get much better!

I booked this hotel because this is on my way back to Toronto from Washington D.C. My Sygic GPS cannot locate the actual location of the hotel. This hotel is a good hotel; but you need to beware of the difference between the posted pictures on the website and the reality. The breakfast is good, at least having hot waffle and the staff at the breakfast […] area is very friendly. The fitness room and the swimming pool will be closed at 10:00pm. MY STAY AT BEST WESTERN PLUSE IT WAS NICE. N CLEAN I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN SERVICE WAS NICE BREAFAST WAS GOOD ASWELL

I was totally shocked when I entered the room. It is the best deal for the cost. Free WiFi, king bed, mini - living room, refridge, microwave, large TV with many channels, free breakfast, and more. The room was spotless. I would definately refer this place to anyone and plan on going back again.

I would most definetely stay here again. The hotel is a few miles off the Intersate. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very friendly.

This hotel is in very good condition because it is only a few years old. It is in an excellent location for travelers going to New York or Phila or Scranton, or Harrisburg. It is only 4 blocks from the Lehigh Valley entrance/exit of the Penna Turnpike. The rooms are excellent, the mattresses are very good and the food in the breakfast area is outstanding. The […] entrance to the hotel is very hard to see at night because it is not well lighted or well marked. We had a fire alarm at 8:00 a.m. because of smoke in the corridors. Hotel is very close to road, and traffic noise is very loud. I had the A/C running on high and a pillow over my head and still could sleep once morning traffic started up. Otherwise hotel is pretty decent. If you go get a room on the side away from the road.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. Neither the hotel's website nor Hotels.com shows that one side of the hotel is mere feet from a road with lots of very loud stop-and-go traffic. When we complained, the desk clerk said there was nothing he could do and then claimed he had called the hotel manager who would give us a discount. The hotel was clean and looked nearly brand-new. The front desk staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient to the highway, but it also overlooks a main road, and the traffic noise was a bit bothersome.Next time I will request a room not overlooking the road

I chose this hotel because the reviews on other hotels near the location I was attending a training class were terrible. I enjoyed my stay. The room and location were very clean. The breakfast was good and provided many options. Only minor complaints are that the walls seems thin. It is possible to hear muffled noises and the tv from neighboring rooms. […] This is also an issue with hallway traffic. It is noticeable to hear people's conversations as they walk past. The hotel was very clean and the morning breakfast was great. I have 2 small children and they love going to the pool here.

Stayed here for a night. Ski blue night. There is not much around the mountain so this was a good place to stay. Not much around the hotel, but would stay here again. No complaints.

Getting old and uncomforatable. They need to be replaced. Lots of kids staying here on weekends for sporting events in the area. You make the call!

We had ask for early check-in and when we arrive the hotel clerk said they didn't have early check-in and would needs to call housekeeping to see if they could help us. Housekeeping came back and said that was taking care of early in the day and our room was ready and waiting for us.
