Hotell Hilton Garden Inn New York/Chelsea - New York

Frukosten var bra men aningen dyr (16.95$) jämfört med kaféer i närheten. Har nu även blivit dubbelfakturerad för en frukost, som jag nu kontaktar hotellet själv.Totalt sett klart nöjda!

Stannade endast 1 natt. Helt ok hotell Nära och bra till tunnelbana.

Priceworthy, good location, decent breakfast although a bit unorganized, friendly (mostly) staf. Fairly cramped place due to the tiny ground area, but room spacey enough. Spent for night with family. A good holiday hotel.

Vi bodde 7 dagar på hotellet 7-14/5. Vi bodde på vån 23 med utsikt över staden. Rummet var jättebra med plus i kanten att man hade trådlöst nätverk och superskön säng. Hotellet låg i Flower district nära Empire State building, Macys och Madison Square Garden samt tunnelbana. Rekommenderas helt enkelt.

Tillbringade fem nätter i ett rum på 21:a våningen i början av maj 2011 och trivdes som fisken i vattnet. Hotellpersonalen var kunnig, trevlig och hjälpsam och städningen sköttes minutiöst. Allt kändes fräscht och vi hade inga problem med något i samband med vistelsen där. Gästklientelet var av blandade nationaliteter, och de flesta var medelålders, […] med några enstaka barn. Rätt stillsamt m.a.o. Frukostbuffén gick på $16 och hade ett stort utbud med generösa öppettider. Har för mig det var mellan 7-10, men kan ha varit längre. Där fanns ingen dag(kvällsöppen restaurang, eller skybar,men det fanns å andra sidan på hotellet som ligger intill. Deras italienska käk var bättre än hyggligt och skybaren var mysig, men utan en sådär riktigt storslagen vy som andra mer kända skybarer har. Men funkade fint som start på en utekväll dock... Toppenhotell som vi gärna åker tillbaka till. Ligger bra med gångavstånd till sköna kvarter både uptown och downtown. Rekommenderas varmt!

Bra läge, hjälpsam personal, känns säkert. Ett Hilton!(för de som tvekar vid hotellval så håller det en viss kvalitetsnivå som man inte kan vara säker på i andra icke branded hotels) (Lite svajigt internet, men vem åker till NYC för att surfa på nätet....)

Jag är mycket nöjd med Hilton Garden Inn. Bra service och rätt läge för shopping och allt annat i NY. Ligger på en lugn gata så inte störande oljud. Mycket sköna sängar. Jag var på resa med min mamma som fyllde 65 år och syster.

Tyckte att läget var jättebra! Ett stenkast från Empire State Building, Times Square och Macys har hotellet ett bra ugångspunkt för att ta sig ut och njuta av allt Manhattan har att erbjuda. . Ett minus för mig personligen var att hotellet inte kunde erbjuda en eller ett par datorer för Internet. Very impressed with friendliness of all employees from the doorman, lobby and cleaning staff. We were in NYC so my husband could have a medical procedure done. Since we traveled by train our arrival and departure times didn't match our check-in and check-out times. The staff made every effort to accommodate our needs and was very much appreciated. IT WAS VERY NOISEY AND A BABY CRYING THRU THE NIGHT. WORSE NIGHT SLEEP I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. STAFF VERY NICE...

Service at the door and check in was friendly and the location is only half a block from subway line 1. The room and shower are updated. Not much in the immediate neighborhood besides Starbucks, a few bagel shops and Pret a Manger, but Times Square is only two stops away. the only issue we had was at check in, where they wanted to charge us extra, for us being 2 adults and 2 kids, despite this was clearly stated in the accepted reservation. Once we produced the reservation with info, everything was ok. I would not recommend to have breakfast in the hotel, just because it is expensive at $17 each, you can have the same […] just outside for half. The Hilton Garden Inn is great because its a high quality hotel located on 28th St so you are central to head either downtown or uptown. The quality of the rooms and is great, with cable tv channels and the internet works great! The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Every member of the staff was helpful and very friendly! Our entire family felt welcome and comfortable during our stay!

Nice hotel well placed just off of 6th ave. Smack bang in the middle of the flower district which brightens your morning! Really nice staff who looked after us really well especially the kids! Room was ok, clean but a little pokey...but hey it's NY!

the staff - valets, reception, waitress at breakfast, cleaning lady, brought the experience to a whole other level. Priceless experience. Good location and clean hotel. Had hard time deciding to walk up town (Times Square) or downtown (Fashion District and Madison Square) so did both. This hotel worked out great for our needs. Fantastic.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient to almost everything and the guest services were very helpful. Our room was clean and it was surprisingly roomy for NYC. We will definitely stay again next time we visit.

Great location for easily reaching many parts of NYC. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean with really comfortable bed (adjustable). Our room was very quiet, facing on opposite side of hotel from 28th street. The price is right. Will definitely come back next trip to NYC.

Myself and 3 friends stayed for 4 nights at the Hilton Chelsea for the Big East basketball tournament. The rooms was very clean, very comfortable and the front desk was outstanding. We mistakenly received a wake up call the first morning at 6 am. The front desk gave us 4 free breakfast buffet coupons ($80 value) for the inconvenience. This is a great little hotel on a so-so street, smack between Madison Square Garden and Chelsea. Fantastic location. Good wifi, nice people working there, comfy, clean, small but perfect place to get ready for the day/sleep at night. Caution: There are only two elevators for a pretty tall building. In the mornings (and definitely just prior to check-out […] time) there will be a HUGE wait and the elevator will be CRAMMED. Great hotel, it was very convenient to the event at Madison Square Garden and close walk to the High line. I prefer the upper west side as far as a neighborhood but this was very convenient.

Excellent hotel. However, the parking for the area is limited. Had to park for an overnight stay at a garage several blocks away and the cost is high for a van. ($57 for over night parking) Would stay there again just bring smaller vehicles.

A great thing about the Hilton Garden Inn is that they have a microwave and fridge in each room. That is really convenient. The room was clean, and the front desk was very professional and polite. The room was pretty small, but you get that most of the time in NYC, so it didn't bother me. I'd come to the Hilton Garden Inn again.

Nice hotel with decent proximity to many things, especially MSG.

We stayed here because hotel rooms with 2 Queen beds are hard to find in NYC and a must for us to fit our family of 4 in one room. Location was great, between 6th and 7th on 28th. Easy walk to Times Square area, lots of shopping, and plenty of food choices. Nice street shared by florist shops. Gym was great, beds comfy. I have stayed at all levels of hotels, at all prices in NYC. For the money, this place is awesome! Clean, decent sized rooms, easy location for sights as wells as public transportation. Big thumbs up in my book, and that doesn't happen often!

Spent my Birthday/Valentines day there....The room was spacious and had everything you need in it from microwaves to a rose waiting on the bed. I wanted to stay the next night but I couldn't find the hotel on Hotels.com and wasn't sure if I would get the same great deal. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
