Bra läge (nära till Madrid Barajas flygplats), fina rum och bra service. Rymligt och trevlig spa/gym-avdelning. Mycket nöjd. Extra plus för badrummen och fiskdammen utanför fönstret.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Hilton Madrid Airport; I stay here the night before my international flights because of the proximity to the airport, which is a big time-saver. The hotel is very nicely appointed and clean. My only compliant this time was that I ordered a sandwich and drink for dinner at 9:15 pm that didn't arrive in my room […] until 10:15 pm after I was told it would take 20-40 minutes. We were very pleased with staying in the Hilton Madrid Airport Hotel! The staff was very friendly & accommodating! The food in restaurant was very good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have connecting rooms for our children. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Typical Hilton hotel, we stayed one night on a business trip. The location is good if you want to stay near the airport or if between 2 flights.

Probably the best hotel that we stayed during our trim to Spain. It's located close to airport and far from downtown Madrid. So it's good if you had been in Madrid before. Do not recommend this location for exploring downtown Madrid. We were kind of surprised when there was no help to unload our luggage when we arrived at about 9:30 to the hotel. So […] we grabbed a cart and transported our own luggage to the room. I guess tipping situation is not very excepted or desired. I was kind of surprised by higher than usual cost of in-room internet (20 Euros). Restaurant was superb, but generally more expensive that your usual Spanish meal. We thought that 26 Euro for self-serve breakfast was too much, and opted to eat at the airport. After two weeks at tourist hotels in Morocco, this Hilton was quite a step up. The room was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom. We found a decent rate by pre paying on Hotels.com for a triple room, and I was pleased they didn't try to charge us more at the hotel. The hotel has a free shuttle that comes every 15 minutes. Clean and modern rooms. The only drawback for the business traveler is that they charge 20 Euro for internet access.

Wonderful Hotel and terrific staff! Hotel was spotless. Just a little difficult to find with GPS, so make sure yours is up to date. The restaurant and bar were quite nice and very accommodating. Highly recommend it!!!

located 15 min from airport is a very modern spacious hotel. Has shuttle every 20 minutes to/from airport and their service is excellent. Very modern, spacious rooms with probably among the best bathrooms I have stayed at. We travel a lot and Hilton Madrid airport is the best option for Madrid layovers or one nighters, especially if you get to Madrid […] late afternoon and have to depart in the morning. First time at the Hilton. Previous stays were at the Feria de Madrid hotels. The Hilton has an amazing property, and the service was outstanding. The room was extremely modern and very clean. Loved the morning breakfast buffet - had a selection for every palette, and mine is gluten-free and dairy-free. Cannot say enough positives about the stay!

Room was comfortable though a few things didn't seem to work. E.g. I could not get the side lights to come on on their own and the drain for the shower was blocked. Shuttle to the airport was reasonably quick and of course free. Staff seemed very attentive and always happy to help. Breakfast was fairly standard but there was a good selection. Far from the centre but only 15 min walking from the underground. Very good for those who need to be in the proximity of the airport. I have not had any meals there so cannot comment and the bar was deserted when I got back from the centre.

This is an airport hotel with design, comfort and service more like a luxury hotel. But it's not priced like a luxury hotel (approx $150 USD) so it's an excellent value. If you need to be near the airport on arrival or prior to departure, stay at this hotel. You might also consider staying here for your entire visit in Madrid but it's in an industrial […] neighborhood, not the kind of place you'd go for romantic strolls. So if you are wanting to see the sights of Madrid you'd need to take cabs or rent a car because there's nothing much in walking distance. If you could move this property and place it in the Plaza Mayor, I'd say this is a must stay hotel. Of course then it would cost 2 - 3 X... The hotel bar and restaurant are very good. So if you are in Madrid on business, stay here, it's great. If you are a tourist, stay here pre or post flight, but you might want to move for the duration of your time in Madrid to a place closer to the action. Läs mer

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hilton, the room was very modern and spacious and the pool was lovely too. The only let down was the food I expected better for a five star hotel. I stayed at the hotel the night of Dec 3. The good: very easy shuttle pick up. The room was pleasant and reasonable size (I was travelling alone) The ok- gym has an indoor part and covered outdoor part (which is the better by bar) and was 3 deg - very cold. The bad - I am a diamond member. There was no separate check-in. While there was no wait, I was […] attended by a non-experienced trainee - I asked if upgrades were available - "no", no internet access was provided nor access to the lounge area. Swimming pool was closed. Water maintenance meant a note in the elevator "guests are forbidden to use water in their rooms between 10am and 3pm due to high chlorine content". The lounge had cereal, juice, breads, water and coffee for breakfast - no fruit, nor other Lounge fare. This was below standard. The check-in was the worst.. My room was in a different tower. I love the hotel. The only unfortunate thing about it is that they charge American style prices in Spain. The wine and beer at the bar are terribly over-priced by Spanish standards. Stayed at Hilton Madrid Airport for 3 nights during a business trip to Madrid. Normally stay closer to Feria/Congress Centre area (Campo de las Naciones metro) but all the hotels in that area were full. We stayed one night before catching a flight next morning. It provideswi-fi service with $22 euro per device. It means if you have I phone and I pad, it costs you $44 euro. Also they charge you to make a phone call even to toll free number, it was .75 per minutes! Because wifi connection was poor, we needed to call airline to check in the flight .
