Thıs must be one of the few B&B places ın London that does not have a breakfast room. They offer a VERY basıc tray breakfast ın your room ıf you pre-pay but ıt was not avaılable when I was there and they had to refund the payment. The posıtıon ıs reasonably central and the receptıon ıs frıendly.

This hotel was well-located about 5mins from Marble Arch tube. However, we received pretty poor service when checking in - our booking (for saturday 2nd July) said we could check in at 1pm and we were there exactly at 1pm but the unfriendly guy behind the front desk told us the room would not be ready at least for another hour. After some nagging he […] gave us a key to another room which hadn't been cleaned and we got ot at least change our clothes, but after doing that he had a really unfriendly attitude when we asked him to lock our bags away and kindly put them into our rooms when the room was available as we knew that by the time we got back in the evening the reception would be closed. We had to leave our bags in the hall way and he seemed to have really negative attitude when I asked if they would be safe and we were felt left feeling like we would not have the bags when we returned. Luckily our bags were waiting for us in the room when we turned up after midnight so that was good - and the rooms itself were clean and the bathrooms were good too so nothing bad to say about the actual hotel - just the service left a bad taste. The location & area are very good & room was clean & comfortable. I thought the customer service could have been better- we asked for an extra pillow each before we went out for dinner & I advised them my mother in law was in bed asleep & we would pick the pillows up from reception when we got back. For some reason they knocked on the door & woke her […] up to give her the pillows. Next morning at 7:30 we advised the toilet seat was broken & that it was not safe because it kept swinging off to one side. At 9 o'clock that night when we were all in bed/ pyjamas a man knocked on the door wanting to come in and fix the toilet seat. I felt that was very intrusive and rude. Läs mer

Very small but decent hotel in a convienient location for both business and leisure. Central line at Marble Arch on Oxford street is 5 mins away from the hotel and will take you to the City in about 15 mins. My room was at the top floor (no lifts) and newly redecocated. Hotels are insanely expensive during the week in London. This was the compromise hotel. Expensive but not as bad as the price of most hotels in London during the week. Very old, lots of stairs. Friendly staff

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hadleigh for one night in August. We arrived early and they didn't have a place to store our bags, so we had to leave them in front of the "front desk" (really just a counter) under a sign that said "Hotel Hadleigh is not responsible for damage or theft to luggaage" or something in the same vein. They were fine when […] we came back, but it was a little disconcerting. There is no lift and exceptionally steep stairs (our room was on the highest floor). There was a sign posted that indicated that they were remodeling, but we never saw nor heard any evidence of that. Opening the door to our room, I was nearly knocked over by the smell of mildew. Even with the windows open and a fan on full blast, the odor never subsided. The carpet was wet to the touch in spots (leaky radiator? Improperly closing windows?). There was what appeared to be mold on the ceiling. The advertised free WiFi only worked if you stood in a particular spot with the computer up against the wall. On the upside, sheets were clean and the hotel was quiet, as well as a 5 minute walk to the Marble Arch underground stop. Läs mer

hotel was quaint. no lift, and one bed (not surprised by price). however, roof leaked, light didn't work, bathroom leaked. fine for what i needed it for but needs a reno.

Outstanding setting. Excellent pool and health center. Friendly staff. Perfectly spotless rooms with comfortable beds, great towels and sheets.That is the good. The bar area needs refreshing. The staff needs to inform all guests that the English breakfast buffet ends at 9:00 a.m. That may be a given for those who frequent this lovely chain of hotels; […] not all do. Propre, bien localisé à Londres, de bonne qualité pour sa catégorie, wifi gratuit, chambre de bonne taille, rien à redire à part le chauffage qui ne marche pas en journée.

The hotel met my expectations for a 2-star hotel in central London. The decor was a bit dated (the hotel had for example crooked, narrow staircases and no elevator, slightly frayed towels) but everything was clean and the twin room was of decent size compared to other affordable London hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, […] as it is only a 5-min walk from the Marble Arch underground station as well as the Oxford Street shopping area and Hyde Park. A pre-order breakfast package was available, but we never had it since there were several cafes within a few blocks. The free wi-fi was a nice bonus. If you're looking for a hotel close to downtown and don't need (or can't afford) anything fancy, this one will serve its purpose. Läs mer

Semplice, centrale, abbastanza pulito (molto per gli standard inglesi!!!) forse un po' costoso (non molto per gli standard londinesi)

très belle chambre, salle de bains un peu défraîchit mais correcte. On y retournera cordialement

assez bon rapport qualité prix; mais coexistence d'éléments refaits à neuf et d'autres , conservés dans l'état ancien: par exemple:plancher de la chambre en pente tres nette.

De eenpersoonskamer (dat was kamer nummer 10) die ik kreeg toegewezen was schoon maar wel klein en ik moest een aantal trapen lopen. Er bevindt zich geen lift in het hotel dus niet geschikt voor rolstoelgangers.Het is in verhouding een van de goedkoopste hotels in Londen dus veel mag je niet verwachten. De twee of meer persoonskamers zijn ruimer. Voor […] alleen slapen voldoet het hotel prima. Het hotel ligt dicht bij de underground, ongeveer 5 minuten lopen, het ligt dus gunstig. Na 23.00 uur is er niemand meer aanwezig bij de receptie, je krijgt bij het inchecken de sleutels van de voordeur dus is het geen probleem om na 23.00 uur binnen te komen Voor personen met smetvrees is dit Hotel geen aanrader. Lille hotellet er af ældre dato. Hvis det eneste der ønskes er en seng og et bad tæt på centrum, så er det ok til prisen..
