Hotell Courtyard by Marriott Prague Airport - Prag

The hotel is very clean, convenient, and comfortable, and, steps away from the airport, makes early departures a breeze. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfy, there's free wifi in the lobby, and the staff is efficient and, for the most part, very polite. Will definitely stay here again.

Incredibly convenient location, especially if you have a very early flight like we did. Just woke up and was at the airport, loved that! Rooms nice and clean, personnel very friendly and extremely helpful. They really went out of their way to make us comfortable. This was our second stay and we plan to be back again. Thank you!

The hotel is excellently positioned for travellers arriving or departing at Prague Airport. It is modern and well appointed and very well kept. However, for our personal preference, the bed was too hard! This prevented us from having a good night's rest.

For a suite, accommodating 4 people, 1 bathroom and NO mirror(s) in the other 2 rooms - sad. :(

First thing was the surprise that all I had to do was walk across the street to get to the hotel. Check in was smooth and very helpful personel and very nice room. price was very reasonable. About the best deal I've ever had for a overnight stay. all was perfect.

At the airport, oposite terminal 1. Good quality and access t othe city (20 minutes to metro)

Great location right at the airport at a very reasonable rate if you want to beat the traffic to airport in the morning. Nice rooms, good service with boxed breakfast to take along if flight earlier than restaurant opens.

While physically the Marriott at the Prague airport had everything necessary, they did not have a porter to assist with luggage, their luggage trolley was incredibly difficult to maneuver, and you could not take it out of the hotel. When we asked how to get baggage across the busy, multi-lane highway to the terminal, the desk clerk assured us that an […] airport trolley would be available. Next morniing a new desk clerk denied that assurance and only after we insisted looked in the closet, where a solitary trolley was indeed waiting. Worst of all for an airport hotel, they failed to give us our requested wakeup call. This hotel was perfect for my needs. I got in late to Prague, and had an early morning flight the next day. The staff at arrival was very kind and gave me a flight update and offered to give me a wake-up call. Nice hotel right across the street from Prague Airport, U-can't hear any annoying noise, I was suprised not to hear planes, landin or taking-off. their's plenty busses public transportation, that take U- directly to the metro, and to the main city strip...

very courteous staff- allowed weary travelers to check in a bit early. Professional assistance and a first class breakfast spread that was delicious and widely varied. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotels!

We stayed at this hotel before we flew home. It was perfect. The room and hotel is super nice! It also has restaurants and a grocery store right in it. It is in front of Terminal 1 - so just a quick walk over to the hotel. It was also very reasonably priced. We enjoyed our two days at this hotel next to the Prague airport. Convenient transporation Bus 119 to nearest metroline to go to centrum. The only negative comment would be the reception desk was not friendly....not even a smile!

Comfortable, clean, new, and spacious. Customer service from hotel staff leaves something to be desired. They were neither able to help us mail a package nor provide helpful info. about where we could go to pack and ship the package. The restaurant was ridiculous as well. The hotel is located right opposite the aiport terminal, an excellent location if you arrrive late at night. The hotel is modern and the facilities are well looked after. When we got to our room, there was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom but is was quickly remedied by a staff member. We did not get a B&B deal when booking and wanted to buy breakfast […] on site but were told that it would cost about £15 per person - this is ridiculous especially when online it cost not more than £5! When we were checking out, we witnessed an argument between a guest and the receptionist. The guest had a printed out confrimation of a booking from one of the online booking sites but the hotel had no free rooms. The receptionist was arguing that the booking is nothing to do with the hotel and that the customer has a contract with the online site and he could not help any further. Hotel location for the airport (either terminal) is excellent; it's within the airport complex and you cross the street and you're inside the airport terminal. Plus, the airport itself has several 24 hr restaurants and a grocery store. Next to the hotel there's another grocery store and several other stores. However, our problem was with hotel management […] because when we arrived told us they were completely full and would send us to their hotel downtown in a very unsensitive way without taking into account that our reservation was already prepaid. We had an early flight and we left our wonderful hotel downtown to come stay near the airport so it didn't make any sense for us to go back but they didn't seem to care. They didn't even offer transportation! They had an: "it's no big deal attitude" and didn't care that we would have to get up earlier or navigate with transportation that early in the morning (if it was available). Of course we refused and didn't move until they found us a room and surprise! They DID had a room available, apparently they were just trying to screw us. The hotel itself is excellent, it's a very modern building. Despite it's location it's not noisy at all. Ammenities are: hair dryer, ironing board and iron, laundry service available, wi fi and cable connection with extra cost, gym, restaurant. To get to or from the city the AE bus (airport express) or 119 bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance. Overall it's an excellent hotel and if you need to be close to the airport I recommend this hotel. This was an excellent location. Once you arrive, you can walk through a covered walkway to the airport. Very friendly staff and very clean. Excellent price.

Most convenient hotel if you intent to stay close to the airport. Located across the street from the airport literally. very comfortable and clean no different from a regular Marriott. Excellent breakfast, recommended.

Very convenient location if using the airport; it is somewhat far from the center so this might not be great for those looking to tour Prague. Very clean and spacious room. Parking is somewhat expensive.

This was the perfect place to stay for an early flight back to the States from the Prague airport. We ate dinner at the Mediterranean restaurant. We highly recommend the pizza and hummus platter. We had an early morning flight and are not fussy about airport hotels. So, I was happily surprised by the comfort and service at this one. Our room was really really nice, and all the staff were helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was slow and overpriced, but the food was very good. the staff were great -- very helpful even though i was on my own they understood & were very helpful -- my family were arriving the next day -- they were great i was worried about visiting prague -- but cant wait to visit again hopefully this year

It was one the best hotel stay experiences. Many reviewers tend to make a big deal out of staffs' friendliness and kindness. In other words, most reviews are emotional not logical therefore often useless. This hotel is clean, modern, green, and well thought facility. I wish it's located in Prague downtown. A keenly priced, high quality hotel if you plan an early flight from Ruzyne. The walk from my room to reception took longer than the walk to the terminal. Pleasant staff, comfortable and spotless rooms, excellent breakfast package for early check-out. Only negatives i could mention was that, in my room at least, the window couldnt be opened - obviously […] for soundproofing reasons - and wi-fi was very overpriced. We were on our way back to Prague from Salzburg, Austria via train, getting in late at night. We stayed in the Prague Airport Marriott Hotel because we our flight back to the US was the next morning. We hadn't eaten dinner and although the hotel restaurant was closed, they had sandwiches, salads, drinks, cookies, chips, etc in a room next to the reception […] desk. We bought a few things when we checked in and ate in the room. The room was large and clean (and the bathroom had washcloths). Check-in and check-out were extremely easy. They had computers with printers to print boarding passes, but the internet was too slow. We walked next door to our terminal in the morning which made the start of our travels back to the US very smooth and easy. We'd stay here again. Läs mer
