We stopped here on the way from Vancouver to Calgary, and loved the hotel. They gave us a great treat bag for our dog, and we found the hotel to be much fancier than expected. Two thumbs up!

We had business in town for 2 days and this was a perfect location for us. The breakfast was amazing! Not your typical "free breakfast" that a lot of other hotels offer. Well done!

I enjoyed my visit to this hotel. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The only negative is the flip side of being very convenient, I found the sirens in the night a bit annoying.

Great place to stay considering it is rated a 2/12 star! The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a great start to our day!

People at check in were very nice, the room was adequate, breakfast was good with plenty of room. The host at breakfast was very friendly. Surrounding neighborhood strip malls.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean but on the smaller side then what we are used to. King bed was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and very nice for a 2.5 star hotel. The continental breakfast had lost of options for food and beverage. Overall, the value for your money at the Fairfield Inn was excellent!

The room was very nice but smaller. With three adults travelling together ther was very little space to put our luggage. The women in our party like to have a sink outside the washroom but this one did not. The washroom was quite large and very nice. friendly and easy check in...clean hotel, nice staff...we did have coffee in the AM in the breakfast room which was very clean and well stocked with breakfast items..however, we had made plans to meet people for breakfast. The motel was clean and very comfortable but came up as an option for accommodation in Calgary. For a visitor to Canada this was very misleading as Strathmore is not Calgary and meant that we didn't have time to explore Calgary during our stay. The motel was extremely good but inconvenient for us.

Overall good hotel for the price. A bit far from downtown but central to airpor/downtown and shopping resturants overall enjoyed our stay!

It was only for a night but the staff were friendly and the hotel was as it was described. The bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was an easy way to start the day.

biggest issue was wall mounted A/C that blew on everyone all night long couldn't adjust air flow direction and if turned off room got too hot

We were in Kelowna to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites did not disappoint. We asked for a quiet room away from the highway and waterslides, and they provided that.

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was good for the price. The shower was not working when we arrived but they fixed it quickly after I called the frontdesk.

The overall stay was good, staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable at all. Box spring broken on one bed and the other bed very soft and lumpy.

so the hotel is pretty close to a hwy97 so there is quite a bit of noise even at night...doors are pretty thin so you can hear all the quietest of noises in the halls...but the staff were very accomodating when I showed up with my dog after booking online and the online service had not notified them of the dog to also be accomodated.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites was a very comfortable, clean and friendly hotel. We would return and recommend to others for a stay in Kelowna. Our only complaint was the showerhead was poor quality, leading to the water streams going haywire. Seeing as how that is our only negative comment, we feel the hotel was great.
