Arriving to this Hotel the second time is like coming home. Especially as the staff in the reception welcomes You by Your name, even though it´s many days between Your visits. Large and clean rooms, walking distance to many different kinds of restaurants and to shoppning areas. I can really recomend it ! Fantasic staff!

Verry friendly staff in the reception. Clean and fresh rooms, all five rooms we booked had a nice "kitchen corner". Earlier years we alway stayed in Holiday inn next door, but that is from now changed to Residence inn by Marriot.

front desk is always great, friendly and helpful. the hotel is modern and clean. we love Burbank and the surrounding businesses are nearby and easily accessible.

Very nice lobby. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. No hot tub in pool area. Pretty close to downtown area, within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The parking was $15 but I already prepared to pay it because I read the comments from other who stayed at this hotel. There was plenty of parking available. The hotel was very clean, the furniture and decor was modern, our suite was roomy and very comfortable. The pool, patio area and gym were amazing! The front staff were very friendly and welcoming […] and accommodated our earlier arrival. The location was perfect and allowed me to leave my car parked in the lot and walk down to the local shopping areas. We will be staying here again and again. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family. I personally preferred to stay at this hotel and pay the small difference, opposed to the hotel across the street that is older and dated furniture. Läs mer

The hotel is in a great location near downtown Burbank, close to a mall, and lots of restaurants/theatres. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. My only complain was the AC was really loud and the "continental breakfast" was terrible, served on styrofoam plates with food that had just as much taste. Seriously, Marriott?

Overall this is a great hotel! My only griefs are that you have to pay $15.00 dollarsfor parking park and its the hotels garage and parking lot. If I wouldn't have paid over a $100. Dollars a night to stay there that would've been fine. Second the pool was out of service and that was one of the reasons we picked the hotel.

The King size bed was a Double for some reason, and not rectified because the Rose Parade was in town and the hotel was booked up. The shower head sprayed in all directions, including outside of the shower, but otherwise the room was nice.

very satisfied with cleanliness,service and staff. great complimentary breakfast. Beware of the rooms facing the freeway and construction. very noisy for a good night's sleep (almost impossible) would stay again. Very convenient to shopping dining etc.

This was a weekend trip with my grandson and husband. When we arrived , the staff was rude and unfriendly . The room was very clean and nice. Great beds and very comfortable. Overall, the hotel was clean but for the price I paid I would like to have seen more options for room service, jacuzzi and a friendlier staff.

Stayed 6 nights to help daughter get settled in LA. The hotel is right beside major construction on the I 5 and fairly noisy during the day. The staff did put us on the quiet side to help mitigate the noisy conditions. We were within easy walking to many restaurants in downtown Burbank and the area was safe. Hotel has fairly new. Large studio rooms with pull out couch. Walking distant to downtown Burbank with many fun places to eat and shop. Close to airport. You do have to pay for parking. Overall nice place to stay.

The Hotel was very nice, like a home away from home and the complimentary buffet breakfast was amazing...but there are a few things they could do to make it better. the room only had basic cable, so you got 100 channels with nothing good to watch and you couldnt pay to see any on demand shows/movies. also, they couldnt supply a dvd player so if you […] had rented a movie, you couldnt see that either. lastly, you have to pay to park at the hotel. I think they should include the parking with the cost of the room and if parking is limited, then charge customers for additional vehicles (i parked down the street in a residential area). Really liked having the kitchen in the room with all the kitchen supplies. This was convenient for us. The free breakfast was great! We wished we could buy milk in the evening from the front desk snack area, but that's OK.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time with my family. I was surprised at how large the room was and well appointed. The kitchen is fully appointed and more than I had expected. The breakfast was pretty good too (though a little bit the same every day). The only negative I could mention was that the A/C was louder than I think it should have been […] for such a nice place. We stayed at this hotel for a family trip to Universal Studios. It was very clean. Our room smelled brand new. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient. It took us about 10 minutes to Universal Studios. We will definitely stay there on our next trip!
