Bra lage pa en lite lugnare boardwalk. Vill man ha mer tryck kan man knalla langs boardwalken till de omkringliggande hotellen. Bra beach!

Fint och trevligt hotell, omgivningen var förstås trist men det visste man vid bokningen.

En förutsättning för att nå detta hotell är att man har bil. Bilen behövs även om man ska någon stan. T.ex tvärs över gatan. Det finns inga trottoarer och övergångsställen är en bristvara. Förutom detta så är själva hotellet utmärkt. Mycket rent och prydligt. Vissa delar så nybyggda så att en svag doft av målarfärg hänger kvar i luften. Frukosten var ,med amerikans hotellstandard, riklig. Gott bröd, flingor ,mjölk ,äggröra eller jättegod ostomelett. Kaffe och jordens godaste(och fetaste) kanelbulle! Jag kan värkligen rekomendera detta hotell. Perfekt läge om man ska till Atlantic City. Mycket trevliga utflyktsmål i relativ närhet. Ocean City och Kap May t.ex. Och inte Lucy the elephant.

"was a little cheap but still not worth it"

"Just a Motel"

We felt we were in a crack house. The front office was dirty. Nasty people walking thru. The room itself was clean but we were affraid to sleep in the bed. "Pick another Place!!"
There are no non-smoking rooms even if they say there is. My room had the disgusting smell of smoke that it gave me a headache for my entire stay. I couldn't sleep. Too close to the street...lots of noise. I had to ask for an iron and iron board and I had to get it from the office. The board wouldn't even stand up. Parking was horrible. Not enough room […] for even a compact car to park. You can't even have more than 2 people nt the elevator because you would get stuck. Very unsafe. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. This motel was perhaps the worst I have ever stayed in to the point that I couldn't wait for daylight to leave. "OK place to stay if you need something cheap"
Old motel with old furniture, room was small but....bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked great, bathroom was clean, staff was nice and we felt safe when walking back and forth from our hotel to the boardwalk. "Don't bother, spend the extra money and stay away!"
Where do I start? I was beyond disappointed in this motel. I knew I was not checking into a 5 star hotel... but based on the other reviews that said it was fine for a night, I trusted Expedia and the previous travelers. I suppose the negative tone was set by the parking lot on the ground level under the first floor of rooms... I did not feel safe parking […] my car there. This uneasy feeling only got worse upon entering the lobby, a guest in line in front of my boyfriend and I, was fighting with the man at the front desk. Apparently her name is on a list of guests not welcome at the hotel. When she saw us waiting behind her, she let us go ahead of her. We got our key walked up the stairs and out the covered walkway to our room... I tried to look past the appearance of the hotel, the smell of the interior of the building and once we got into the room I looked around and decided that I would not feel comfortable sleeping here... let alone walking back here at night after spending time at the casinos. I didn't even walk into the bathroom.. I didn't want to see anymore. My boyfriend and I knew it wasn't worth our time to stop back at the desk... that woman was still there fighting with him... we drove over to the newest casino, Revel and sat in their lobby overlooking the ocean and booked another room at Showboat through Expedia. This hotel was fine for the price. The staff was great; incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the room itself left much to be desired. The towels were clearly dirty, so we asked for new ones. Also one of the outlets didn't work and the building was pretty run-down. However, we really weren't in the room a lot, pretty much just to sleep. On-site […] parking was available, which saved us a lot of money. The hotel was within our budget and we didn't have the highest expectations so it worked out. Another plus - the location was great. "Our stay at the Red Carpet Inn in Atlantic City"
Inn and Suits? There was nothing sweet about this place. It was dirty both in the rooms and the hallways. The lobby and the halls smelled. Entrance to the rooms were from the outside. The elevator was so small we were afraid to have more than one person in at a time. The management limits occupancy to two. It was so bad we were supposed to stay three […] nights and left after one. It was worth the additional money we had to pay to another hotel for the remaining two nights to get out of the Red Carpet Horror Inn and 'suites'. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, PS - don't even want to talk about the parking or lack thereof. There is such limited space management had cars blocking each other so people had to leave their keys with the lobby office so cars could be moved to let other cars out. Great security!!! "Don't judge a book by it's cover."
When we arrived at hotel I was a bit concerned as outward appearances are less than impressive. Upon entering our room I was very pleasantly surprised, our room was very nice and quite clean. I believe recently renovated from floor to ceiling including the bathroom. They were working on other rooms during our stay. "Only if you can't afford anything else!!!!"
Let's start with the parking: VERY tight and if you got the wrong spot you might get parked in!!! Hallways: No AC, carpets were absolutely filthy and everything smelled like mothballs. Elevator: For GOD Sake stand perfectly still when riding. I made the mistake of moving to the other side and the whole thing shook (took mothball smelling stairs the […] rest of the time there) Balcony: Filthy Carpets and crappy view unless you like parking lots and the backside of buildings. Red Carpet Hotel is close to everything in AC. However we were there the week before the 4th of July.The price was great but the air conditioner motor was keeping us up,. "Decent Stay"
Stayed memorial weekend. For the price for this weekend it was great. Rooms are nothing of a 5* place but what do you expect for a motel. well 1st off the pictures of the inside of the rooms are not what you get.. our walls were peeling, beeing a (NON SMOKING ) room there were at least 20 cigarette burns on the sink..not to mention the ones on the comforter, the sink wouldnt drain, brushing teeth the sink would fill up and take 1/2 hour to drain..2nd person had to spit in the toilet..shower […] was a single stream of water, same as if shower head wasnt even there. exposed wires going to the heater/ a/c. 1 of 3 lights worked in the room. ALL smoke dectectors in hallways were beeping because of dead batteries and going off all day and night ...trash everywhere in the hallway starwells and out back.. the view from our balcony was of the ripped out sinks..vanity tops...mattresses ect. from the rooms..wall had hole in it where telephone lines went thru wall...walls separating at wallpaper seams..umm... all i can say is...( HORRIBLE!!!) "READ THIS FIRST - USEFUL INFORMATION"
My friends and I attend the Beer Festival in AC every year. We always stay in a casino hotel and waste our money. This year we decided to just spend less and go somewhere cheap. The keyword here is CHEAP. If you expect a great, beautiful, clean room, you're not smart. This is a cheap motel next to the Taj in a not-so-great neighborhood. However, the […] rooms were clean, smelled fine and got the job done. I'm pretty uptight when it comes to things being clean, and this place was fine for me. Also, we had girls staying with us and they weren't grossed out either, which says a lot. The staff was attentive and kind. My group had a few issues checking in, in terms of parking and the number of guests, but everything got worked out amicably. The manager of the hotel just wanted us to be happy and comfortable, he was very easy to deal with. The condition of the hotel is not great, it looks like the wind could blow it over. But, again, if you are expecting a nice room, you're not smart. This is a cheap motel and you get what you pay for. Here are some points that need to be mentioned: 1. Parking The motel only allows one parking space per room. If you are going with friends, make sure to carpool or be prepared to park the extra cars in a pay lot, and they aren't cheap. 2. Guests per room The motel only allows 4 guests per room. My friends and I tried to pack 6 people per room. The hotel staff was nice about it though, and only charged us a small fee for each guest per room that exceeded 4 guests. They didn't make us get another room which would have been extremely expensive. 3. The Room It was clean and smelled fine. The bathroom was stocked with toilet paper, towels, soap and shampoo. It doesn't look great and honestly I'd bring your own sheets or a sleep sack if you have one. It's just seems like it's not that clean under the surface. 4.
