Perfekt i allt utom läget . Vi har rest runt i flera veckor och bott på många olika hotell. Detta var det mest prisvärda. Läget var bra i förhållande till närservice men saknade sjöutsikt och promenadavståndet till centrala Newport. Man kan inte få allt till det pris vi betalade. Ett enastående bra hotell med trevlig personal .

Trevlig personal och fint gammalt hus i bra skick speciellt badrummet. Inget frukost närmare än 5 minuters promenad.

"hairy sheets"
Upon arriving and inspecting my room I found both short and long hairs within the sheets. Immediately I complain in after another room which I was given the room directly next door. The bed this rumor fine but the furniture and chairs had a gross stickiness to them that we stayed away from. "Okay for overnight"
The room was fairly large and had a microwave and small refrigerator, but there were no comfortable chairs to watch television or read. The desk was small, but outlets were numerous. My biggest complaints are the filthy corners of the bathroom floor, the flimsy towels, and the dispenser amenities. For a Best Western, I expected a bit more.Verifierad gästrecension

"This is a BEST best western!"
This hotel was very accommodating! The staff were excellent, the breakfast was by far the best that I have seen at any hotel in a long time! The rooms were clean, and pool was excellent. "Convenient location"
The hotel is adequate, staff are all very friendly. Small exercise room that had the basics. The jacuzzi was out of order when we were there. "Great hotel"

this hotel was the "plus" version of best western? it was not horrible, but I would not have stayed here if given a chance to do a walk though. "Wonderful weekend getaway"
This hotel was located in a great area, minutes from Providence. We were visiting my niece from Roger Wiliams University so we were conviently located to either location. Very clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.Verifierad gästrecension

"Very relaxing hotel for everyone"
Very comfy, clean and very good facilities- hairdryer, iron, ironing board, toiletries, tea and coffee, microwave and fridge. Efficient air conditioning and very roomy. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Swimming pool and jaccuzi also very clean. The gym looked good although we didn't get chance to use it. "Great base for Providence."
This was a great place to stay -- great customer service attitude and nice facilities. I had a meeting at the Providence Convention Center. The motel is about a 15 minute drive from there, very convenient. There was a bit of congestion during rush hour, but Providence is a small city, so for someone from a large city, it was nothing. "Best Best Western Hotel I have stayed in"
The staff was unbelievable. The staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have seen. They had scrambled eggs, beacon, sausage and fresh fruit. I did not use the indoor heated pool but I did use the Jacuzzi. And that was very relaxing.Verifierad gästrecension

"Amazing hotel for the price!"
My stay at this hotel was awesome! Right from check in the staff were very friendly and helpful - even the cleaners were very nice! The hotel itself was in great condition, and despite being quite small both the gym and laundry facilities did exactly what I needed. The free breakfast was excellent - a nice selection of hot and cold items, and the breakfast […] room was never overcrowded. You could also get hold and cold drinks from the breakfast room 24 hours a day (as well as cookies) which was a very nice touch. My room was very spacious (for the money paid), comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. The hotel itself was also very quiet. Obviously this hotel is not the Ritz/Trump, but for the overall price I paid I was extremely happy, especially when compared to similar priced hotels I have stayed in within the USA. We had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is substantial, the room is clean. "Better Than Expected, Two Small Disappointments"
I was pleasantly surprised with this Best Western Plus. Everything was clean and well maintained. The price was right and the location is very close to Providence. The minor disappointments I had was that our shower's Shower Gel dispenser ran out on day one and the breakfast. I really expected them to check that sort of thing before anyone stayed, […] but apparently they missed it for some reason. As far as the breakfast goes, don't count on anything other than bagels and toast. The egg patties and sausages were pretty questionable.
