Hotell i svårslaget läge! Rent på rummet och snygg amerikansk stil på rumsinredningen. Fungerar mycker bra med WC och dusch i korridorer, det är aldrig kö och de städas i princip hela tiden. Mycket prisvärt hotell. Det enda minuset är möjligen att sängarna är något hårda.

One complaint that I have is that there was no refrigerator in my room , so the people at the front desk told me that I can leave my food with them and that they will put in their refrigerator and i can pick it up when I need it.. Hotel was nice, clean - what you expect from Holiday Inn Express. Only difference was room was a bit tight with our 2 double beds - not much floor space - but expected in NYC. We liked the hotel, the service was good, our room was small but big enough for the 2 of us. There was a problem with the ice machine running water constantly which was outside our door, but as soon as I called the front desk, someone came and unplugged it. "One and done."
I requested a smoke free room but did not get one. The smoke smell in my room and on the floor was overbearing. I had to run the air conditioning (in December) to keep the smell out. I also had to use a towel at the door to keep the smoke out of the room. There was a hole in the blanket. The TV screen had something spilled on it but never cleaned. There […] was a dead bug under the sink that I asked them to remove. They removed part of it. I used a wet face cloth to get it removed my self. I also cleaned the tv myself. I slept in my clothes because at this point I did not trust the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was included but not in my opinion passable as an included meal. "Worst stay ever"
We arrived at about 1am the night of our reservation returning from a family party. We were given a room on the "C" floor which must stand for cellar or cleaning. All night all we heard were maids chatting and laughing, doors slamming and walkie-talkies and unfortunately the room did not have a working TV to drown out the noise. The window was like […] 2' X 4' and the curtains wouldn't close. There was no clock in the room either. I've never been in a hotel room without a clock and I can say I will never return to this hotel to experience that again. The hotel is walking distance to the Barclay center! Hotel staff were very accomodating and though the room was small it was chock-full of amenities. We drove to the city and were pleasantly surprised when we found out we could take advatage of the on-site parking--how convenient!! "Great hotel, staff, and location."
We had four people so we stayed in a room with two double beds. The room was extremely clean and well kept. The staff was wonderful, very polite and accommodating. They always made sure to greet you when you were leaving or arriving. Housekeeping service was great. Our room did not have a fridge so the complimentry breakfast was a nice touch, food […] was decent with fresh milk, cofffee, yogurt, eggs, bagels, etc. Free wifi was helpful, and the cost of parking was acceptable. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Atlantic Terminal -- where you can take the subway to pretty much anywhere you need to go. Walgreens was really close too. Only issue we had was there was absolutely no space, the room was small so our travel bags took up what little floor space we had. Good location in Brooklyn at the edge of Park Slope, which is a family-friendly posh neighborhood full of restaurants and boutiques. Close to the subway. I was very disappointed with the surroundings. Its very embarrassing for a business traveler who must meet affiliates. The Lobby needs upgrading and the chairs especially need refurbishing. Amenities are lacking, the staff is unprofessional and the surrounding neighborhood is far from appealing. Worst place to stay for the price (overpriced), rooms are tiny and cramped. The entire staff were gracious and very helpful individuals. They were a pleasure. Parking is a huge issue...there are very (and I mean very) few parking spots desiginated for hotel guests. One of the staff members actually came out and found us a parking spot on the street...I was impressed by that action but was worried about leaving our car unattended […] in that area. Hotel is in a pretty dumpy, but (apparently) safe, part of city. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was clean but quite small (the 2 double beds were nearly side by side with no clearance on each side.
