Rent och snyggt. Najs utsikt över stan. Smidigt att ta sig med tåg och tunnelbana. Man bor mer eller mindre uppe på Tokyo station!

Prisvärd hotell med direkt anslutning till JR (Japan Railway) samt lokal tåg som kan snabb ta en till olika plater i och utanför Tokyo. JR railpass fungerar dock inte hos Metro, men har ingen ting med hotellet att göra. Finns Sukijaki restaurang i närheten som är ett måste om man inte haft det förut.

Perfekt läge nära centralstationen. Väldigt trevlig personal och fina rum. Rummen är på vån 27-34 där vån 34 är översta vån. Vi bodde på vån 34. Helt underbar utsikt över hela Tokyo.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and it is still excellent. The room I had was small (but typical for Japan) but more than adequate with free LAN or WiFi. The view over Tokyo station and Ginza is breathtaking and you are well located for restaurants either in the station or nearby. There is a Tourist Information office in the adjacent […] building and the staff there are knowledgeable and friendly and speak excellent English. Everything is there. High class for less money (than e.g. Shangri-La). Yes, the rooms are smaller than in Europe but for Japan big enough. Everything else is perfect. More restaurants can be found just downstairs at Marunouchi building or in the Tokyo station. Great location at the Tokyo Station allows easy access to rail transportation; however, the rooms offered on Expedia are super tiny (one side of the bed faces the wall), unless one travels light (you would have trouble finding enough space for two medium-size suitecases).

The hotel appears to be fairly new or recently refurbished. Rooms are comfortable, clean, well appointed and quiet. Location is great being next to the Tokyo Station making train and subway connections a breeze, especially to or from Narita. One caveat is that there are several Maruonochi buildings in the area and a Maruonchi Hotel in one of the other […] buildings. Be sure to pull a map or ask for the Sapia Tower or else you get directed to the wrong place. Only drawback to our stay was the staff while conversant in English is not always fluent in it. We were able to get the information we needed but not without some difficulty. Overall however it's great find, centrally located and reasonably priced. In order to get a room with two beds, we had to take a smoking room, and were worried it would smell terrible, but they have a good air purifier in the room and we could not even tell the room had been used by smokers (although the hallway did smell like cigarettes). The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Chose this hotel for the convenience to the train station. Easy transfer with bags to the Narita Express and the directions are given out at the desk. That is the only thing going for it as we could not believe how small the room was. If you are going to book it, choose two beds. Those rooms were a bit bigger.

WONDERFUL. Hotel is literally steps from the Nihonbashi exit of Tokyo Station. And the staff are excellent. Upon check in, I asked if it was possible to have a room with a nice view. very close to Tokyo station (almost part of it); Nihonbashi exit. Check in counter is located on 27th floor so you need take Hotel guests elevator. very convenient location if you are to hang out central Tokyo area. Hotel offers smoking area at 27th floor for those who needs nicotine relief. very nice view from where I stayed (30th) of Tokyo station. […] Nice amenities. A modern hotel atop high rise building in Central Tokyo, it occupied floors 27-37. Room on smallish side but well-equipped, clean and comfortable offering panoramic views of Downtown Tokyo. Great spot; fantastic service, convenient to train station, subways, & Imperial Palace. Rooms are on Floors 27-35 of a new skyscraper. Great view of city from our room. A little complicated to initially find when emerging from train station, but once we got our bearings it was much easier.

It is not spacious but it is trade off with the great location. Directly connected to Tokyo station, it is really like staying above. There are lots of restaurant, bar and cafe in the station. Also 3 min to walk to MARU-bulding and Shin MARU-bulding. extra convenient!!

A well located hotel near Tokyo station. Also close to taxis on Etai Dori. Plenty of restaurants in the underground within easy walking distance. Free cable internet in the room. Bathroom a little small, but the overalll room was very comfortable and well appointed and clean. Complimentary water bottles. We stayed at the hotel during the first part of our trip to Japan. After going to Kyoto and coming back to Tokyo we debated trying another hotel, but there just didn't seem to be one that was as good. The staff is incredible and bends over backwards to help you with everything. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel was nice and clean. They will even rent you a cell phone since many US phones will not work in Japan, but you have to call and reserve in advance. On the flip side, the hotel failed to have a taxi in which I previously arranged for my departure back to the airport so I had to stand outside in the cold and take a random taxi. Breakfast acceptable, and never tried the restaurant for dinner as there are so many great restaurants in close proximity. including several good affordable choices in Tokyo Station. This was not our first time to stay in this hotel. We were there on September 24-30, 2010 and we loved our stay so much that we said we'd come back and we did! We stayed for 6 days only this time, January 14-19, 2011. Everyone is so attentive and helpful and they (well like most Japanese) really go out of their way to help you! They all can converse […] well in English so there won't be a problem in communicating. Also be sure that when you ask directions for anywhere you'd have to go, give the concierge ample time because they do take some time to look for where ever it is you're going, giving you complete directions and even writing it down in Japanese to make sure you don't lose your way! Like most hotels in Tokyo, the rooms are quite small with encapsulated bathrooms, but impeccably clean and well-maintained. I love the robes provided in each room which I had used as a sleeping gown, super comfortable! They also have free bottled water everyday of your stay and free internet connection in each room (NOT wifi though). Läs mer

Very good experience. Hotel was clean and room was small, but not incomfortable. Restaurant in hotel was good, with small servings. Expensive however, compared to restaurants in the area. Tokyo station had many restaurants to choose from, as did surrounding area. Great sights to see, and having a nice hotel to come back to after a tough workday, or […] busy weekend day really helped. Very nice hotel. Room very small, but that's normal in Tokyo. Service was great and friendly. If you have to catch the bus to Narita, just let the front desk now and they have a bell boy carry your luggage to the bus station.

Very nice clean hotel with good decor. Staff speak English very well and are always great. I've stayed about 6 times here. The bar is small and quiet but ok for a relaxing after work drink. The food is good as is all of Tokyo really. The main thing for me is the location right next to Tokyo station which means I can get from the airport to this hotel […] very easily. This was our second stay at Metropolitan Marunouchi, and again, we were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and service of the hotel. Although the rooms are small by Western standards, this is par for the course in Japan, and we did not spend much time in the hotel except to sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has an early train […] to catch either to Narita or elsewhere because of it's proximity to Tokyo Station which is right next door. In fact, for both stays at the hotel, our room overlooked the Bullet Train tracks so we could view the trains as they pulled in. The hotel is also near Maru Building & Shin Maru Building which, when combined with Tokyo Station, offer a plethora of shopping and dining options within 5 minutes walk. Additionally, the staff is very professional and polite, and helped me not only send items from the hotel to other parts of Japan, but also overseas back to the States. Great for when you don't want to travel with your luggage, or if you bought too many souvenirs! The main restaurant in the hotel also features a rotation of regional dishes (Iwate Prefecture Fair) while we were there - so guest can sample cuisine of other regions in Japan. Läs mer

I would recommend this hotel for business and travel in Japan - it is right next to the Tokyo Station Nihonbashi exit, but Expedia bookings are put into very tiny rooms. If you want to upgrade is it based on full rack rate. I paid an extra Yen13,000 just to have a room that would fit my wife and I and neither of us are large or heavy by U.S. standards. […] (I have been travelling and living in Japan over thirty years so not a novice). The hotel airport bus access is five blocks away at the bus station, and the route to the NEX through Tokyo Station is almost twenty minutes of stairs and escalators (they are not luggage friendly) . The Prince in Shinagawa is far more convenient., cheaper and only another five minutes on the NEX. The one good feature is that JR Stations Kitchen Alley has one of the better sushi bars - better and cheaper than Tsukiji and very convenient to the hotel. Läs mer

We loved our stay. The location of the hotel is particularly convenient, connecting right to the Tokyo Station for JR and subways. We did not even have to get wet when it was raining out. The room was not large but was very clean and up to date.

駅のそばという立地は、確かにとても便利です。 部屋は少々狭さを感じさせますが、場所がら仕方がないかなとも思います。 あと、夜景はきれいでした。 只、見えないお部屋もあるということなので、その部屋だとより狭さを感じるのではないかと思います。

場所的にはとても便利な場所にあります。雨にぬれることなく地下に移動すること無くJR東京駅から行くことができます。ホテルもそれなりに奇麗ですが、何故か暗い照明で、ここまで暗くする理由がどこにあるのか少々疑問でした。部屋は奇麗ですが、この場所でこの金額ですから相当狭い事は否めません。長期ステーには全く向かないビジネス用のホテルと割り切る必要があります。スタッフの皆さんは可もなく不可もなく、ビジネスユースの短期滞在と割り切れば問題ありません（コンラッドやフォーシーズンズ等一流に比べてはいけません）

場所は便利です。雨に濡れることなく駅から直接入れます。ただ、部屋は狭く廊下も狭くあくまでもビジネスユースにはOKですが、休暇や連泊での利用はお勧めできません。スタッフの方々は礼儀正しいですがヒルトンやコンラッド等と比べてあまり親近感を感じませんでいた。

東京駅の真上というロケーション。仕事をするには本当に便利な所でした。ホテルは高層なので、静かですし、窓からの視界も広い為、閉塞感はありません。２週間滞在しましたが、非常に落ち着けました。
