I arrived half an hour after reception closed due to heavy snow shutting roads in Northern France, to find an envelope taped to the machine in the lobby, addressed to me and containing my room documents. Not the safest way to do it but very welcome. This hotel is so convenient for the Bordeaux to Spain motorway (think it's the A63) that you cannot really find anywhere else to beat it. there was no one around in reception when we arrived at 5pm we had to use the machine, the room was passable at least we had clean sheets but the bathroom smelled of damp and animals the air condition when on leaked water there was noone to complain to, as it was a stopover we put up with the room and left at 6am the next morning over all not worth […] the money paid the surrounding area of cestas was very good Läs mer

I've stayed here several times and the booking-in process is improving, as is the phone signal and internet access. It is a motel with car parking outside the two accommodation blocks - often it's possible to park right outside your door. The rooms are much quieter than the other Premiere Classe hotels a few kilometers away and there is better access […] to the main roads too. based on the pictures we saw online before booking, the rooms look MUCH larger than they actually are. this is really just a bare bones hotel, motel style (ie outdoor entrance to each room), and the room itself wasn't much larger than the bed -- just a small area to walk around the bed no more than a foot or two on each side. literally a bed-in-a-box. […] our room was clean, but there were several dead cockroaches outside the room on the sidewalk, which was unpleasant to see. if you're just looking for a place to show up, sleep, and leave early in the morning, and don't mind being in the middle of nowhere, this may work for you. otherwise, don't be fooled by the pics and the low price. we were aiming for middle of the road type hotels and felt this was sub-par. La personne de l'accueil était charmante, souriante et compréhensive.Heureusement!!! Hotel très bruyant pas du tout insonorisé. Douche minuscule. C'était bien cher pour avoir passé la nuit blanche Je ne le recommanderai à personne.

L'hotel se situe à environ 30 mètres de l'autoroute, protégé du bruit par une haie de murriers discontinue. Les camions circulent toute la nuit et sur route mouillée, c'est encore plus bruyant. on ressent même les vibrations du passage des véhicules. . . franchement dommage!

de retour pour la 2éme fois dans cet hôtel, il est très agréable, dans la verdure à côté des sapins, la chambre modeste, mais sans avoir un lit au dessus de la tête comme dans les autres 1ère classe, et un vrai bac à douche, (mais avec sortie sur les toilettes). l'hôtesse d'accueil est très serviable, et gentille.
