we rarely give 10/10 but we could not fault this hotel. quite expensive compared to some but by no means the most pricey. . we took the advice of others to ask for a room overlooking the lake and fountain and the additional cost is absolutely worth every cent. it is a short walk via the Mall to the hoponhopoff bus. there is also a shuttle to the metro […] station. the only gripe is the crazy cost of wine but that is a Dubai issue, not just the hotel. we had a 3 day detox! Large, comfortable, well appointed room with balcony overlooking fountain & Burj Khalifa. Nice bars & restaurants. Close to the Mall. Pleasant helpful staff.

We got upgraded, although I'm not sure why (perhaps because our room wasn't ready when we checked in?) but they were really wonderful about us and called to tell us when it was ready. We didn't care because we had planned to be at Dubai Mall anyway, which is just a short walk away. The Palace The Old Town was fantastic! The food to the service to the accommodations were unmatched. It's close to restaurants, shopping and great views of the Burj Califa. We had a driver from the hotel take us across town when we wanted to sight see and the experience is first class all the way.

Very convenient location, walking distance to the dubai mall and with fountain view room access you can watch the dancing fountain straight from your room balcony. Very entertaining. Good room service and very nice breakfast as well.

We arrived at 7pm. It took us over 45 minutes to check in. They upgraded my room which was an upgrade to make up for the tardiness, the suite was dirty. The bathrooms were messy with dirty robes. I complained to reception, they promissed to clean but I had to run out for business dinner. Unfortunately, after 4 hour dinner, the room was still messy, […] no one cleaned anything and the TV did not work. I called again and they asked if they can send house keeping, butit was almost 1am and I needed to wake up early for meetings and check out. I complained to management which offered an upgrade for next trip. I was actually booked to return for two nights with several coleagues within 10 days fom March's stay. My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel was very nice, the staff went out their way to help, and the location was fantastic. The really hot and humid weather kept us from being outside long, but we could walk in A/C corridors almost the entire way to Dubai Mall, which was where we spent the majority of our time. We booked a last minute trip to Dubai in early Aug and booked The Old Palace on line with Hotels.com. I wouldn't speak more highly about this hotel, we arrived early in the morning and despite check in being at 3pm, they arranged our booked for 10am. We were shown to our room by Hannah who was so helpful. She told me about the general area and gave […] us lots of handy tips. The hotel itself was amazing, its in an ideal location on a man made lake with the worlds largest building, The Burj Khalifa beside it. There are amazing fountains shows every day. There is also the Souk Al Bazar & The Dubai Mall on your doorstep. Our room in the hotel was beautiful with a huge king size bed, beautiful bathroom with two sinks and separate shower and bath. It was spotless and really comfortable and the air conditioning was great with the extreme heat. The facilities in the hotel are fantastic, there is a great pool at the back with brilliant views of the Burj Khalifa and the staff are so friendly. They bring around cold towels during the day and the sunbeds are very comfortable with towels supplied. We ate in Thiptara on our first evening and the food was top class. Staff were friendly and efficient. The spa is also out of this world and one of the best I have ever seen. Overall, I couldn't fault the hotel at all, if you are looking for some luxury, this is the place to go and the location is ideal. Läs mer

The hotel is stunning and is designed in traditional Arabic style. The staff and service was very good. The location is great as the Dubai Mall is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The world's tallest building, The Burj, is opposite and the lake and fountains are amazing. The only slight downside was that there is still some construction going […] on in the area but there is no disturbance in the hotel. Un superbe hôtel qui change des tours habituelles de Dubai. Un environnement original, Old Town, proche de tout surtout quand on considère la facilité du transport en taxi (le métro, à emprunt au moins une fois, n'est pas tout près). Mais surtout une âme qui doit tout bien sûr à son architecture traditionnelle mais aussi et surtout à son directeur, […] omniprésent et d'une rare compétence, pour la plus grande satisfaction de la clientèle ! Het hotel heeft een duizend en een nacht uitstraling. Het ligt aan de voet van de Bur Khalifa, naast de fontein en de Dubai Mall. Zeer sfeervol hotel met geweldige bediening en faciliteiten. Mooi zwembad, goede restaurants. Vooral Thiptara, Thais, gelegen aan het meer met uitzicht op de fontein is de moeite waard. samenvattend; een hotel waar we zeker […] nog eens terug naartoe gaan. Im maurischen stil, sehr schöne anlage. Wenn man keinen wert auf nähe des meeres legt, dann ist das eine perfekte wahl (dafür gleich neben der dubai mall)

ドバイモールにものすごく近いホテルでした。 バージュカリファやファウンテンを見に行くにもとても便利。 １泊だったので、ホテルにプールとかもあったみたいですが利用するに至りませんでした。テレビの日本語放送もあり、とてもよかったと思います。

室内のインテリアデザイン、ホテルマンのホスピタリティ、食事、すべてが期待以上でした。ホテルの部屋をランクアップまでしてもらえました。 また、立地としてもショッピングモールが隣接しており、そのモールを５，６分ほど歩けば最大のショッピングモール・ドバイ・モール、そしてバージ・カリファに接続できるということで買い物も気楽に楽しむことができました。 いつかドバイを訪れることがあったらぜひまた訪れたいと思っています。
