Fräscht hotell som har bra läge, perfekt om man inte vill bo mitt i pulsen men ändå närhet till både pulsen och stranden. Fina rum och bra poolområde. Poolhandukar finns att låna vid poolen.

Vi bodde 3 nätter på detta hotell i slutet på vår 3 veckor långa semester i Thailand. Bra pris på rummet och det var rent och snyggt, vi är supernöjda och hade vi kommit hit tidigare hade vi förlängt vår vistelse här. Allt var enligt oss bra på hotellet, rummet, poolen, renligheten, läget. Det som kanske var lite minus var att det är lite längre till […] havet, kanske tar 12 minuter att gå så inte så farligt, men på stranden finns inga toaletter. Hotellets mat är lite dyrare men om du går bara 2-3 minuter så har du hela Patongs nöjesliv med utbud på massa shopping och restauranger. Inget vi stördes av när vi var på rummet. Så det är jättenära men ändå lugnt. Precis nedanför hotellet finns en supermarket man kan handla som har det mesta nödvändiga. Skulle absolut rekommendera detta hotell, och åker vi tillbaka till Phuket kommer vi absolut att stanna här. Läs mer

My family and friends 6 in total stayed at this hotel in 2011 for 7 days.We stayed again this year 2013 but there were 7 of us.This hotel met all our needs and cheaper than some of the bigger hotels.Its about 20 minutes to Bangla road,a nice stroll and plenty of time to check out whats for sale along the way.You don't need a tuk tuk to get back to this […] hotel from your journeys around Patong beach.When you do book a room ask for a pool view room.The breakfast buffet is good and plenty to choose from,even this Aussie was satisfied with the selection.I could not fault the Hotel nor its staff,rooms and Hotel were clean and the staff are very friendly some times there was a language barrier but there not losing points for that.I noticed the Hotel even had a kiddies play room,so this Hotel would suit all ages.Our age range was from 23 to 65.Can't wait for our 3rd time here. The hotel was great. Breakfast was kind of expensive and they had flavorless bacon. Flavorless bacon! I didn't know that was possible. For dinner, walk to Break Point and you will not be dissapointed. Great food for a great price. I would say, pay extra for a room on the pool side as it is quiter than the outside ring of rooms. The view of the pool […] is better than the view of the city anyway. I did not care for Patong and would not stay in Patong again, constantly being harrassed for a suit, tuk tuk, or a massage, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. If you go on one tour here, go on a sea cave kayak tour. Take a more expensive tour as they limit the group size. Skip Phi Phi if you are here in the high season, the crowds are sickening. Läs mer

Toilet has terrible odor even after they try to clean it; only sprayed air freshener but never actually clean the toilet and its surrounding. Only provided two towels. Door knob/handle installed upside down. Water pressure is weak; shower drain clogged and causes flood. Bed sheets were stained when first checked in to the room.

This was the nicest hotel I stayed at in Thailand, and easily one of the least expensive as well. The hotel is in the south Patong area, a block or two from the beach, and a short, inexpensive taxi or tuk tuk ride from the nightlife area. (The nightlife area itself is quite noisy and a bit of a scene, so I think you're better off being a short taxi […] ride away.) The room are very clean and well-appointed. The staff is friendly. And the pool is nice and relaxing. My only complaint is that, like other reviewers, I found the shower to be quite cold. I used the shower head in the separate bathtub, which was fine. Overall, I recommend this hotel highly. I ended up extending my stay in Phuket for a few more nights, and I tried a different hotel further north (the Album Hotel) -- but it was difficult to get to sleep there because there's so much street noise. It's a good idea to be a little bit outside the main area. I ended up moving back to the Mercure, and I definitely would stay here again on a return visit. Läs mer

We stayed in a pool view room. Room was spacious and comfortable, although we did notice a musty paint smell when we checked in. It soon went away and didn't bother us after our first night. A very good place to be. Service is great. Staff speasks English well is very helpful. We managed to get all useful information about places to visit and best beaches nearby from the staff at the reception. The only annoying thing there is that WIFI is free only at the lobby.

Very nice hotel, beautiful pool. Staff was friendly. I liked the fact we were right at the end of everything, not right in the middle of busy patong, but still close enough to walk to eat, shop, & beach. I think I would try another hotel next time just to see what thats like, but definitely recommend to others.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Patong beach. There was a great pool in the center of the hotel. After visiting Phuket, I can say one thing that this hotel was FAR FAR better than the rest..just by looking at it from outside, it was evident that i had made the right choice. This hotel is in a great location and has a great pool. The management should STOP the "sun bed hogs"from claiming them as soon as it opens at 7am.Not once in our 8 night stay were we able to get one in the sun. The rooms are well appointed and we had a pool view (413) Breakfast was a good range of foods from freshly made omelets to an array of Asian […] dishes. Main problem was that the food was NOT hot! Even when they brought out some new baked beans... always cold.I would have preferred individual tubs of yoghurt other than a bowl you (and everyone else) helped themselves too ! They made great coffee, but only once was it hot. Reception staff do not speak very good English and it is a bit hard to communicate.Check in was fairly easy and we were given a lovley refreshing cold drink while we waited. My sons room had a mouldy smell to it. They were totally aware of this as a scented candle had been put in a corner, but the smell was constantly there (room 551)The hotel is nice but i wouldn't stay here again.I feel the complex is too big and has the feel of council flats when looking across to the other side. There is a small pool on the roof (which was not clean). It would have been nice to sit up there but there were no umbrellas.They had 3 happy hour sessions at the various bars.This is my 3rd trip to Phuket and stayed at a smaller hotel the previous times which I feel suits our family better.
