convenient location, reasonable price, very helpful and friendly staff. minus: no free internet and wi-fi

Check in was delayed do to late room cleaning . I was unable to do any business because no wireless was available in any part of the hotel even for a fee.

easy access around Osaka. The beds are very comfortable and loved the Japanese concept for bathroom. I will return to this hotel.

Cross Hotel exceeded my boyfriend and my expectations in so many ways: 1. Staff spoke excellent English, was very courteous and went the extra mile to help us 2. Room was extremely spacious and we were pleasantly surprised given that it was Japan. Loved the bathroom with the modern take of Japanese Bathhouse and the Bathtub 3. We loved how we could shop and take a short walk back to our hotel to drop off our purchases and continue shopping. It was located within the shopping area of Namba and Shinabashi which is much better then the Umeda area. The hotel was well situated, near the main street where all the shops are and near all the restaurants. Nankai Nanba station is just 10 minutes away from the hotel.. I recommend this hotel!!! 4 starts well deserves......!

We stayed for 4 nights in March and had a wonderful time. My husband and I had a double room and our two 20-something sons had a twin room. Both were comfortable, relatively spacious for Japan, and had a wonderful bathroom. The front desk staff was helpful, could speak English, and even printed out a page from the website of our next hotel in Kyoto […] in both English and Japanese to help us get there. Hotel location is perfect w/ an easy walk to Shinsaibishi & Namba train station. I booked a semi-double which is small. This was the second hotel during my stay in Osaka.

Hotel reception desk had limited English skills but were very helpful. Excellent location which is close to restaurants, shopping and Namba station. Recommend taking cab from station when you first arrive but after orientation you are able to walk without further cab use.Very safe area. We stayed in a semi-double room which is small but very functional. The bathroom was sufficiently large with very nice features. The hotel was clean. Bed sheets and towels were very clean. The Namba station and Dotonbori district are within couple of minutes walking distance. Compared to the other hotels (in the same price range) we stayed in Japan, […] this hotel scores very high. This hotel's location is perfect. Dotonbori is practically right outside the back door. The restaurants and shopping arcade there are excellent and it is only a short walk to the higher end stores along the main road. It is about 2 blocks from the Namba subway station -- good news when toting around luggage. The room was clean and modern. The bathroom […] consisted of two parts -- a shower room with bath tub & a toilet area with vanity. Everything in the room was in excellent condition. My only complaint is about the staff at the front desk. They were professional but not overly helpful nor gracious. We knew that from reading other reviews of this hotel so we basically avoided contact with them except for checking in & out. That being said, there was an incident that did irk me enough to rate the quality of staff as a "2" and also why I only gave an overall rating of a 4 (when all my other aspect ratings were 5s). There is complimentary tea in the room. We were in a double, so there were 2 sets of 2 teas (one bag for each person of 2 different tea types) per night. We drank both teas every day (one at night and one in the morning) On our last night there, the room cleaner forgot to replace the 2 sets of tea bags, so I called the front desk to have them replace it. The staff member that came to replace it handed me 1 bag of each type. I told her that this room is a double and we should have 2 bags of each type. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier or not, but after me gesturing to the two beds and telling her that there are 2 people staying in this room and that there currently were NO teabags replaced today, she reluctantly pulled out of her pocket another set of tea bags and handed them to me. First of all -- don't treat me like I'm trying to cheat the hotel out of something. It's just a couple tea bags! And it's not like I called every day asking them to be replaced. Awesome hotel. Great price for the location. Right next to Dotombori, Glico man sign, etc. Very kind and helpful staff. Cool, modern interior design. Room was a little small but I guess this is Osaka right? All the high-end shops are on this street. short walk to major train station.

旅館就在道頓絕，離心齋橋也近，無敵方便。喜歡飯店的大浴室，走了一天泡泡澡，真舒服。

被子长度要至少2.2m

整個位置就是好到一個不行,出飯店門就是戎橋,去難波站或是心齋橋站都不會走到腳酸,而且邊走可以邊逛,但是任何電視節目全部都是要付費的,想看日本購物台的可能要注意！飯店附近就有兩家便利商店還有一家藥妝店！對於自助旅行或是背包客是非常方便的!但是鄰近戎橋附近的紅燈區,到了晚上會覺得有一點驚驚,深夜回家就走大馬路比較不覺得可怕！(但是日本人修養都還不錯)總之如果下次要再去osaka還是會選擇這一家飯店!

위치도 좋았구요 역이라도 가깝고요~ 주변에 쇼핑도 편하고 호텔도 깨끗하고 정말좋았어요 조식만 한끼 제가 1390엔내고 먹었는데 조식은 그다지 가격에 비해 별로였어요 차라리 나가서 한끼먹는게 낫습니다.^^

크로스 호텔은 오사카 도톤보리 바로 옆에 위치해 있어서 관광객들에게 편한 곳에 있다. 객실도 청결하고 욕실도 넓어서 여행객의 피로를 풀기에 아주 좋다. The Cross Hotel is located right next to Dotonbori. Very convenient for tourists. Clean and nice room. Large bathroom. I'd love to stay here again if I visit Osaka next time.

值得再來的好飯店

心齋橋的旁邊,側門離逛街點只有15公尺,卻又完全遠離人群, Location 滿分~

Ungewöhnlich großes (Doppel-)Zimmer, schönes, schlichtes Design. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Lage inmitten Osakas Ausgehviertel, jeodch ruhige Zimmer. Auch für längeren Aufenthalt über mehrere Tage empfehlenswert.

크로스호텔은 전에 한번 이용한적이 있어서 매우 만족했기때문에 안심하고 저렴한가격으로 예약할수 있어서 좋았는데. 전과 같은 싱글룸이었지만 객실의 수준은 전과 너무 달랐습니다.. 매일해주는 청소도 ... 청소를거의 안하시더라고요 그냥 어메니티와 타올바꿔주고 쓰레기통만 비워주는정도?? 전에는 외출하고돌아오면 청결한상태의 객실이 참 맘에들었는데, 끝까지 찝찝한채로 머물다 온 느낌입니다. 계속이용하고싶었던 호텔이었으나, 다음부터는 다른곳을 이용하고싶다는 생각이 절실히 드네요.

일단 완전 부띠끄 호텔은 아니지만 어느정도 심플한 맛이 있고요. 호텔 입구는 부띠끄느낌입니다. 객실 내부는 깔끔합니다. 공기청정기도 준비되어있고요. 다만 환기시키기가 편하진 않네요. 직원들 모두 친절하고요. 체크 아웃할때 알았는데 한국인 직원도 있습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 도톤보리 바로 앞이라 접근성이 굉장히 좋습니다. 야간에도 편하고 관광할 수 있고요. 결과적으로 가격대비 굉장히 만족하고요. 이정도 수준으로 서비스만 계속 유지되거나 더 좋아진다면 다음에도 또 이용할 의향이 생기네요~

緊鄰大阪熱鬧商圈,離地鐵難波站非常近. 晚上10點之後因為在酒店街旁所以治安有點令人擔憂

最初は迷いましたが、ロケーションは抜群！ お部屋も最上階にUPGRADEしてくれ、素敵なステイでした。各階どこでもアロマのさわやかな香りで癒されますし、おしゃれでお値打ち感がすごい！！ 2日連泊でしたが、私の外出時間が遅く、お部屋の掃除の時間を過ぎてしまっていて、お願いをしたら”タオル交換だけですが”といわれ、しょうがないなあ、と思っていましたが、帰ってきたら綺麗にメイキングもされていて、アメニティーも補充されて驚きました、おかげで気持ちよく2日目も滞在できました。 また、大阪へきたときはお世話になりたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

飯店位置極佳,浴室很讚!採乾濕分離又夠大間,浴缸大又寛,工作人員服務品質一般,上網每10分收費100日幣,是美中不足的地方!評分之所以不高,是因為看太多此飯店的評論,期待過高,反而不如想像中來得好,但還是推薦入住,真的很方便!

房間比一般hotel大，床超軟超好睡的，備品(POLA)也很好用，是一間下次再來大阪會優先考慮的飯店^^

Definately worth staying at if visiting Osaka. Location is very convenient in the heart of Namba area. If You arrive to Namba JR Station it´s only a good 5 minutes walk from there. As we arrived early and needed to have a sleep we upgraded our standard room onto the available superior room by paying a little extra. Rooms seem to be quite small, but […] well equipped and clean. Bathroom was nice and the amenities included Lóccitane products plus razors, tooth brushes,shower caps... We didn´t check out the breakfast but they do offer one with extra cost. 난바역 근처라 찾기도 쉽고, 잠깐 들리기에도 좋습니다. 또한 도톤보리,신사이바시와 가까워 밤에 돌아다니기도 좋습니다^^ 실내 청결도도 굿!good! 바닥도 깨끗하고 침대도 찝찝하거나 불결한 느낌은 없었습니다. 세면실과 욕실이 분리되어 있어서 무척 편안하고 좋았습니다. 관광으로 피곤해 지쳐서 들어와 욕조에 뜨거운 물 받아서 반신욕을 하고 자면 그 다음 날 관광도 끄떡없습니다. 다만 흠이라면 조금 춥습니다. 전 3월 10일~11일(2박) 묵었는데 커튼을 치지 않으면 찬바람이 들어와서 금새 공기가 싸늘해져서 추웠습니다. 하지만 덜덜 떨 정도는 아니었으니 추위를 많이 타신다면 온풍기를 세게 오래..유지하시면 좋을 것 같아요. 전 […] 호텔 조식은 이용하지 않아 식사에 관한건 모르겠습니다. 하지만 숙박시 조식을 이용할 경우 정확히 기억은 나지 않습니다만 20%정도 할인을 해주는 쿠폰을 주었습니다.
