Centralt beläget mitt i city där kläd, sko och barnaffärerna avlöser varandra. Hotellstandarden var bra med god renlighet på rummen. Frukosten var bra. Jag saknade endast bacon, knäcke samt kaviar. En helt OK vistelse.

It is a nice hotel, very conveniently located. Wifi connection, though, is awfully slow. And about the laptop, which is in every room, it's brightness is locked at the lowest level, you can barely see anything on the screen, and you cannot change it. so don't count on good internet access if you are staying at this place.

Vi var en familj på 5 som delade ett rum under en kort vistelse i Malaga. Hotellet var lite svårt att hitta med bil (låg mitt bland gågaterna i innerstan), men läget för shopping och innerstadsturism var perfekt. Snyggt hotell, bra rum, sköna sängar, mycket serviceminded personal (en pratade även norska!). Klart anbefalningsvärd!

The room was not comfortable at all. Very hard bed and hot temperature. The airconditioning was turned off and not possible to activate. It was also noisy from the corridor which made sleep absent. Vistades på denna hotell under en semester vecka i malaga. Lite svårt att hitta i första hand då den ligger inklämd i en gränd, men alldeles utmärkt läge med tanke på att den är ca 5 meter från malaga´s stora gå gata. Ren och fräsch lobby, trevlig personal som pratar engelska. Väldigt hjälpsamma med praktiska ting som taxi bokning, bil hyrning, mm. […] Rummet var lagom stor och fin, dock hade vi lite besvär med thermostatet då det var ca 27 grader i rummet, men det går alltid att stänga av den. Det fanns en laptop på rummet som var helt ok, men internet hastigheten är som hämtat ut sten åldern, riktigt långsamt. Badrummet var stor och ren. I vår bokning ingick inte frukost, men det finns gott om mat ställen runt omkring. Om man väljer att äta frukost på hotellet så kostar det 8 euro, vilket är ungefär hur mycket man skulle ge på någon restaurang. Frukosten var fräsch, mycket att välja på, god service. Allt som allt, väldig nöjd med vistelsen, stora fördelar: väldigt centralt läge, laptop med internet på rummet, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läs mer

Men ibland tar designen över tyvärr. Badrummet är uselt rent praktiskt. Det finns ett stort djupt handfat som står på ett litet bord, men ingenstans att ställa nesesären eller lägga tvålen. Dusch är rent livsfarlig när det gäller möjligheten att halka om kull, stor varning. Plus lite annat.

För resenärer utan bil är läget kanonbra mitt i centrum. Visserligen kör taxin inte ända fram, men det går bra att rulla sin väska de 100 meter som återstår på gågatan. I det gamla hotellskalet har man inrett trendigt. Vårt rum var stort och badrummet enormt och utrustad med high tec-dusch. Även i övrigt märker man high tec-image bl a i belysning med […] rörelsedetektorer. Visst sparar man energi, men det ger inget särskilt välkomnande och ombonat intryck. Sparsamheten går även ut över värmen. Det var lite för kallt i vårt rum och till synes utan möjlighet att justera temperaturen. Sängarna var inte helt komfortabla. En del av personalen var ytterst vänlig och servicemedveten, andra av mera ordinärt slag. Ordinär var också frukostbuffén med lite småvarmt. Fanns att få för 10 euro plus moms per person. This is a nice hotel in the center of the city. But if you are driving it is hard to find, no way to drive to it, and no parking nearby. Plan to spend $25/day to park 10 minutes walk distance. Hotel was unwelcoming and dark. Unlit hallways relying on motion sensors is not how I want to enter my hotel floor. Modern decor felt cold and uninviting. Staff was marginally helpful. The rooms on this side of the hotel should not have been let. The building on the other side of the narrow road was being completely refurbished and had scaffolding six(?) stories high clad in netting to restrict the dust. The only problem we had was finding it as there was scaffolding on the buildings next to it and we couldnt see the name so passed the turn, but with help we found it. To be fair, the rating is more to do with the location of the hotel. The Hotel is great - a quintuple room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers perhaps sounds a bit daunting, but as it's so centrally located to the main plaza in Malaga and all the shops, bars and restaurants it's easy to just vacate the room when the kids are taking years to get ready and fighting […] over the mirror. You can park in the underground car park by the harbour about 5 mins walk away - dead easy (costs about £25 per 24 hour parking - but hey - it's all about the location - right ...) The room is spacious, modern and well provided for - free wifi and a free internet ready laptop in your room provides those essential digital needs. The staff are friendly and efficient but not out of the ordinary. Plus is all done up in a funky orange decor - quite nice in an essentially classic building. Läs mer

IT WAS "OK" - SOME THINGS WERE GREAT, SOME WERE NOT!! THE RECEPTION STAFF WAS GREAT, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE. THE HOTELS PHYSICAL LOCATION IS GREAT, JUST A VERY SHORT BLOCK OFF THE MAIN PEDESTRIAN PLAZA AND MALL. PARKING/TRAFFIC IS A REAL PROBLEM, WE SPENT 2 HOURS CIRCLING DOWNTOWN MALAGA TR LOCATING THE HOTEL. THERE ARE NO DRIVING OR PARKING DIRECTIONS […] IN EITHER THE HOTEL OR HOTEL.COM'S WEBSITES. ONCE WE FINALLY GOT TO THE HOTEL THE DESK WAS FAMILIAR WITH PARKING OPTIONS, AND WE HAD NO PROBLEMS REST OF STAY....WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW AHEAD OF TIME!! THE ROOM AS WELL APPOINTED, HI-TECH, BUT THE BEDS ARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, A SINGLE HARD MATTRASS ON A WOODEN RAISED PLATFORM. THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN, BUT THE HALLWAY RUGS (ORANGE) WERE FILTHY. This hotel is a very nice hotel in the center of Malaga. One is so close to the main spots and nice restaurants that this city offers. I love the place. One of the things that was challenging is that the bathtub is really high. I wonder how older people are able to get into the bathtub. My husband and I stayed here with 3 children. The rooms were somewhat small but nice and clean. Everyone was comfortable and after we learned how to use the lights it was great. You will hear street noise but that's probably true with most hotels in Malaga. The location was incredible. That's what made our stay most enjoyable.

This hotel is ideally located in the old part of the city, near the main shopping area and within reasonable walking distance of the train station if you don't have much luggage. The room was spacious and clean and a laptop pc is provided with internet connection and wifi is also available. A mini-bar was provided but no tea / coffee making facilities. This one has a very good location, acceptable price level for a family trip. Walking distance to many attractions, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Service was neutral and totally acceptable, room cleaning was not superb, but not (too) bad. There was a free wifi available in a room, kids liked the jacuzzi. We could easily stay again.

We are a family of 4 who stayed at Petit Plaza for 3 nights in February 2012. By an error the hotel had received double booking and, obviously, we thought this would be sorted out easily. The hotel however insisted in charging the full fare twice for all three nights, despite that it had a one day cancelation rule. Even after we we got hotels.com (who […] were very helpful) to call the hotel and argue for at least a cancellation for the 2 last nights for the second room, Petit Plaza insisted on charging everything twice. Of course, this ruined our stay in Malaga. Petit Plaza calls themselves a "high-tech hotel". To earn this they have installed a laptop with the slowest internet connection ever in each room. There is also a Wi-Fi with a 16 digit code that you need to enter every time you log in, equally slow. Petit Plaza has a very funny solution for their 4-bed family rooms. There is a huge glass door between the bathroom and the bedroom. So if anyone has to visit the bathroom during night, the whole bedroom will also be enlightened. I am sure there are a lot of nice hotels in Malaga. Stay away from this one. Läs mer

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location in the middle of the historic district of Malaga. It is beautifully modern on the inside and immaculate. Only less than perfect thing is that the beds are not a plush and large as a could be accommodated in the rooms. There were a few minor omissions that collectively detracted from the overall enjoyment of our stay in Malaga. I had asked for a king size bed and got 2 twins. It stated that all rooms had ipod docking stations but ours did not and when they brought one, it didn't work. The air con in the room also didn't work and the satellite TV consisted of only […] 2 English speaking news channels. I did think that the hotel staff could have done a little more to engage with clients in order to promote the wonderful city of Malaga. Otherwise great location, lovely city.
