We have stayed at this hotels many times and know that we can always count on quality service. It is conveniently located near Pearson, good restaurants are a drive away and parking is cheap. With high customer service, clean room and pleasant atmosphere we will be back again.

14th floor room overlooking golf coarse. Restaurant was not so efficient and we thought breakfast pricey although food was fine. We were surprised at $12 charge for parking but I guess this is normal for the area? People at front desk friendly, checking in very fast. We didn't use pool or other services. We would go back, maybe for a golf weekend.

Very close to the airport and free shuttle. I was disappointed that I could not arrange my shuttle for pick-up beforehand. I was told that I had to call for pick-up at the airport, but I don't have a cell any longer and since I was going out of country I didn't have any Canadian change for a pay phone. Nice, new, great wait staff. One thing - on 5th floor there were birds. Some one ledge, others not sure where. Was woken once by tapping noise. 7:30am ongoing and very noticeable tapping and scratching that seems to travel through the length of the walls. Not good.

Excellent service all around, from the airport shuttle to check-in & very comfortable beds. Moxies restaurant has great food & amazing service - even offered us take out coffee with our breakfast. The conceirge was so helpful in arranging a rental car on a long weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

The Signature Sandman in Toronto ON. Had an incredible bar and grill. Moxies was an incredible place to eat with very good service. Food took some time after we ordered but it was quite worth the wait. Everyone always had a smile and the hotel and accomedations were near perfect in our 3 day stay!

We picked this hotel because it had bunk beds and we were not disappointed! Our two girls very much enjoyed the bunks along with having their own TV and two bean bag chairs just for them. The convenience of having a little kitchenette was great! We brought some breakfast items with us so there was no need to rush out to find some early morning food. […] The pool was also nice to have, although it is smaller in size it was perfect for keeping track of two active children who loved being in the water. It being a salt water pool was an added bonus! The beds were very comfortable. The noise from the airport was minimal during the day and the bigger planes seemed to stop around 10 pm so we didn't hear anything during the night. We didn't have to go far for the restaurants we choose to eat at. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back next year! Läs mer

I stayed here before catching a morning flight. We arrived late in the evening, but it was not a problem for the front desk staff, who were very friendly and accomodating. As we checked in we signed up for the airport shuttle, which was complimentary. The room had an empty refrigerator and a microwave, as well as plenty of space to decompress before […] the flight. I flew in to Toronto on my way out of the country and had a great experience with the staff, rooms and restaurant. On my way back I decided to stay again and had acompletely different experience. The front office staff were very nice during check in. When I got to my room there was still a cleaning bucket inside. As I work in a hotel myself I didn't […] think much of it and just put it out in the hallway and let the front desk know about it, and they apologized. I went to Moxie's for dinner and was sat at the very last table as they were busy. I was completely forgotten about. I waited for the initial contact from my server for about 10 minutes. I felt as if I was more of a hinderance to her. Room was great- very clean, comfortable. When I went down to catch the shuttle to the airport I was told that it would be there at 7:35am. I saw other guests waiting as well. At about 7:55 another guest went up and asked what the delay was. The manager on duty, and said that one was not booked. I decided to join in the conversation since I was told it was going to be there in five minutes when I checked out. The manager started arguing with the guest and said they didn't book the shuttle so there wasn't one on the way. There were about 10 of us waiting for the shuttle- one would just assume in this industry that if you tell someone that the shuttle is coming that you would ensure that it was on time. I was not the only guest that was told that the shuttle was en route. The manager kept arguing with all of us- extremely unprofessional. All we wanted to do was get to the airport, very simply solution. If I am ever in Toronto again I don't know if I would stay there again. Läs mer

Convenient hotel for a overnight stop over. Restaurant downstairs is very good. Five minutes to the airport. Check out was a breeze and free shutle to the airport.

I am a regular client at this hotel. I spend lots of money here and even when i order room service I give my servers atleast $100 in cash as a tip. As of January supposedly they have this new rule that you can't stay there if you don't have a real credit card. They won't take an authorization of any amount at all from you debit or in cash....even if […] the room is fully paid for in advance. They need to change this policy, a lot of hotels accept debit authorization. They have now lost a customer. Läs mer

i love this hotel...2nd time staying there...the room we stayed in had a kitchen and basic utensils...i didnt like that parking wasn't free :(

Moxie's resturant and bar on site makes for an excellent place to relax while overnighting on business.

The Staff was very accommodating. The only thing lacking was a shower cap for my wife. Overall, our stay was very comfortable.

Exceeded our expectations with regards to all things "hotel" but their wireless connections was "iffy"!

We only spent one night. But it was very close to Racetrack Slots which we enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable and the room quite spacious and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Great Hotel !!!! We stayed at the Sandman to catch an early morning flight. Even though near the airport and having our room facing the runways, was very quiet at night. The room is very similar to that of an Embassy Suites, with a sitting area, seprate bedroom and bathroom between the both. Considering the hotel is located in wide open surroundings, far from any urban congestion, the additional charge for car parking in the spacious outdoor parking lot is completely unwarranted. The charge is not large, but it's unnecessary and, to me, it signals an exploitative attitude towards the guests. Otherwise, I liked this hotel and had no other […] complaints. Läs mer

Very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable. Lots of good restaurants nearby (within walking distance in the good weather). Also close to the Toronto Airport. Will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

A plus this was a great deal and the hotel is 1st class

Really dug the minimalist feel of the hotel and rooms. The pool and whirlpool we're great for a chill night in. The only bummer was the beds...too soft, too few pillows, no blanket.

This a great (suite) hotel with everything you need except neighbourhood ambience. There are several restaurants around and the best is probably the Moxies restaurant attached to the hotel. I like the comfort and space (separate sitting room and kitchenette) with 2 TVs and the free airport shuttle. I've used their meeting rooms for modest sized groups […] as well. Moxies does the catering. The price is right and is superior to most of the others in the area and I've had occasion to try most of them. Läs mer

We travel to Toronto regularly and have stayed in many hotels around the airport as well as downtown, The Sandman is the BEST hotel we've stayed in, The room, the view, the area... definitely 5 stars.... We WILL be staying in this hotel every time we come to Toronto....

I was in town for a weekend of recreation and shopping. The hotel was great. Location was good. Close to airport and not too far to shopping malls. Good access to main roads. The only down side was that our rooms were not serviced well while we stayed. Coffee mugs and water glasses not replaced. But the decor of the room, the front desk staff and the […] free internet was all great. I would definitely stay here again. Wish the coffee bar was open all day instead of just a few hours in the morning, closing so early that we never got a chance to get a coffee on our way out of the hotel, each morning. Läs mer

Nice and clean hotel Room was perfect with bedroom, bathroom and tv/office as seperate rooms Restaurant at hotel had room service. Ordered food, left the room to get a bag from the car, by the time I got back to the room, the food was there. I had ordered ribs and my wife had chicken.

Had 3 rooms for wife's birthday and ate at Moxie's downstairs. Very comfortable rooms nicely decorated. Moxie's was the perfect spot for wife's birthday...fun atmosphere but upscale. Only disappointment was with size of pool and pool area. Small L-shaped pool with very narrow deck...only 2 plastic chairs.

We stay at a lot of hotels especially close to the airport and usually we leave unsatisfied, but FINALLY we have a great place to stay!!

Great with one notable exception. We arrived on the Friday of the Thanksgiving weekend. i received a detailed list of opening times of facilities including the restaurant for the next day. When we came down we found it wasn't open at the advertised time. Not really acceptable.

I had a 9 days stay at the Sandman signature Toronto. Clean rooms, clean sheets, clean toilet, no bed bugs (for me as a business traveler the most important thing), friendly service. The only negative point was that the internet had problems several times. If you need to work over the internet this can be an issue. However Internet was fast when connecting […] in the lobby. The personal told me that they will refurbish the whole internet installation in Nov 2011. Relief is coming ;). Food in the Moxies restaurant was well for me. Comparatively inexpensive at the level of provided quality. Rooms had a small safe. No minibar? But nicely large tea cups in the room (~250 ml). My room had a bathtub. Surroundings of the hotel are nice: Lots of meadows and a Golf course nearby. Notable points which I do not judge: -The hotel is close to the airport. Airplanes were flying close by (but that did not disturb my sleep). -This implies that you need 30 minutes by taxi or 90 minutes by public transport to get to the city center. -Public transport to city center (Bus 58, get off Lawrence West Station and change to the subway) came frequently including late night except for Sunday morning. -Breakfast is menu-based, it is not a buffet. -There is an HSBC bank close (<100m) which accepts VISA and Maestro (popular as ec card in parts of europe) among other cards. The hotel itself was great for the price. The rooms were clean and modern. My only complaint about the room was the terrible TV reception. The hotel resturant was quite expensive and the service was slow at times, but the food was very good.

Great place, close to the airport. Moxie's of course has good food.

Sandman Signature Hotel offers top comfort and quality for a moderate price. The place is well designed and the rooms are very functional as well as elegant. The staff were very professional.
