The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Great proximity to airport and downtown. We had nice view of the new baseball park. First floor room on street had some traffic noise. Overall, extremely satisfied with the hotel.

"Shuttle service was a great perk!"
Shuttle was just a phone call away & arrived within 10 minutes both times we called. Breakfast was also very good - lots of hot items, great availability & plenty of space for seating.
"Nice room, but noisey neighbors"
Shuttle to Old Market was very nice. They drop you off and pick you up wherever you want. Couldn't sleep due to noisey neighbors, however. You would think that a nice hotel like this one would have more insulation between the rooms. I marked the comfort category lower because of this.

A newer hotel that will meet and beat your expectations. This property is such an outstanding value for your stay. Impressive lobby, friendly staff. The room was outstanding - large, clean, comfortable beds, thermostat for temperature control and important for me - very quiet. The hotel had lots of wedding guests and some ball teams - and not a peep. The […] BEST complimentary breakfast I have ever experienced - it was outstanding. Lots of fresh choices and options, several people working to fill things in, tasted good. The manager was even walking around chatting with people. It was very busy but they handled it well. There is an outstanding pool and hot tub - both good sized and very, very clear and clean. While I didn't use it, they had a nice work out room with modern equipment and a cool climate control feature. If they can keep their prices competitive, this will be the only place my family and I will stay as we visit our daughter at Creighton University - 1.3 miles from this property. "Great Hotel close to the Century Link"
The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I did find a piece of broken mirror on the floor in the bathroom which makes me wonder how well it was cleaned. Also, when we were ready to take showers on Sunday morning there wasn't any hot water.

"Awesome example of Hampton Inn excellence"
No I don't work for them, but I rarely stay anywhere else. For the price, I dare you to find a better mix of current style and luxury features, old fashion good service, and terrific locations with any other hotel chain in the world. They took care of all our requests and provided an excellent and fabulous experience!

The staff was excellent. They were considerate of our needs and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was outstanding. Overall, a great experience.

This hotel was at a reasonable price and a great location in Omaha! It also had a free shuttle service to several great restaurants and the casinos. Extremely comfortable beds and a big, lavish bathroom. Worth every penny!

Hotel maid came knocking three times to clean the room, all before 10am. Checkout time isn't until noon. I hadn't had a good night's sleep the night before and was still in bed because the hotel was packed with kids running all over the building late at night and then again very early in the morning. I won't be returning.

Very nice room with a perfect view of DT Omaha and the new stadium. Hotel room was nice and loved the large walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent and had a nice variety to choose from. Close to the Old Market, but away from all the craziness and no paying to park!

My family rates this a great stay. Matt at the front desk gave friendly, upbeat, and professional service. His restaurant recommendations were spot on. The shuttle service to restaurants and the zoo was so helpful, and Anton was, again, friendly and professional as our driver. The room was spotless, thanks to our housekeeper, Norma. The pool was excellent, […] and the whirlpool was the cleanest I have ever encountered when traveling. "Decent Stay"
Overall it's a very decent stay; most notably the cleanliness, convenience shuttle, breakfast selection, and fitness room. The only low mark would be its location next to a busy road and an up and coming neighborhood which still needs a couple of years to fully gel.

Hotel was right in the heart of Downtown Omaha, with a shuttle to many locations which was very convenient. This location was extremely comfortable, with a a very large room. Very satisfied and would recommend you to anyone.

The room was booked for a bachelorette party. It was located on first floor which made it easy to load/unload gifts,luggage, food. The room was HUGE and had everything we could ask for...very modern, clean and open. Two Queen beds and a sleeper sofa allowed everyone a place to sleep, and breakfast the next morning was very convenient. A great place to stay. We were in town for a team camp at Creighton University. Convenient location to campus and to Old Market. Service from staff was terrific. Rooms very clean and beds very comfy.

Very pleased with recent stay. Downtown Omaha is becoming more tourist friendly all the time. Staff very helpful in finding somewhere to eat within walking distance. Typically frequent more budget minded lodging, however this may change in the future. Only complaint, ice machine on our floor not working. Got ice from different floor.

The hotel was basically fine and the staff was very accommodating. The two items that were disappointing is that the rooms did not have mini-fridges or microwaves (less expensive hotels often have those) and occupants apparently are not allowed to adjust their own room thermostats - they are master controlled by the hotel. The front desk clerk was rude, the room was not clean and the bathroom was filthy. You could clearly see that the bath tub and toilet had not been cleaned from prior guests.

What a fantastic find! Long weekend stay over the 4th. Reserve a suite! Couldn't have asked for anything more perfect for a family with 3 small children. Very nice-close to everything! Fireworks right outside. Wonderful!

My sister and I were in town for the Taylor Swift tours opening nightand I wanted a hotel within walking distance or had a shuttle to save on parking and have one less thing to worry about. When we checked in the staff asked us if we were in town for the concert and told us about the shuttle and also how to get there walking. We decided to walk and […] thhe Quest is literally right around the corner! Love the location of the hotel and the front desk was very helpful when I called late to ask if any food places still delivered at that hour (1130). "Great Hotel for the Price; Close to concert venues"
Had no major problems at this hotel. Nice beds and rooms; great staff. Continental breakfast was not good at all, but otherwise no complaints. Close to great concert venues.
