Låg bra till den stora motorvägen, så det var perfekt eftersom vi skulle vidare till Orlando från Miami. Mycket vänlig personal. Frukosten var absolut bra till det priset, fanns både pannkakor, yoghurt och varm mat.

Jätte mysigt hotellområde med pool, bubbelpool och solstolar precis bredvid vattnet. Hotellrummen är inte de modernaste men cubanskt charmiga! Bra service av de anställda och rena rum. Vi blev positivt överraskade av hotellets atmosfär och återvänder gärna!

Rent billigt och nära matställen. Perfekt när man ska kryssa. Gång avstånd till båtarna i port everglades. Gratis parkering och 10 dollar natten för parkering om man lämnar bilen några dagar och kryssar. "This hotel is filthy"
The hotel is in a resort area near the ocean and very convenient to my headquarter office. The lobby wasn't the nicest, so registered and went to the room. It was filthy, rumpled. Although the room was pre-paid by my employer, I walked out and stayed in a nearby Sheraton hotel. I can't believe this hotel even has a 3 star rating. "Close to Cruise Port"
It was a one night stay before cruising. The hotel was very convenient to the cruise port and within walking distance to many restaurants. The staff were friendly, it was clean and comfortable. A larger foyer would be helpful. Our only complaint was the shuttle offered to the cruise port. The 12:15pm shuttle was overbooked so people had to stay behind […] which meant our 1:15pm shuttle was overbooked. We asked for our $8.00 back for the shuttle and flagged a cab down off the street as the hotel couldn't even get through to the cab companies to call for a cab. "Ok for a stopover"
We stayed here for a night prior to a cruise. It was a convenient location to the cruise terminal and local shops to buy liquor for our trip. As for the hotel itself, the room smelled funny but the sheets and bed were decent and the room was very clean. "Pre Cruise stay"
Hotel was close to cruise port and restaurants. Some confusion as to airport pickup hours, not clear on web site. We ended up taking a taxi. Could use improvements with desk staff answering phone, when trying to confirm our reservation. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes (twice) - finally hung up :( -- gave up waiting. Look...it's not a 5-star. Or even a 4-star. It's for "extended stays". But for the price, and the amazing location just down from FLL airport, and it's proximity to Port Everglade, you must consider this hotel. Heck, how many places can you find with a full-blown kitchenette? "Great for what we needed"
A friend and I checked in while at a conference in south beach. The hotel was away from the south beach noise! we were able to purchase some goodies to cook in the room. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. My only regret was no view of the water at least not my room. But the staff was awesome and its walking distance to shops and restaurants. "Convient location"
Prior to arrival, I contacted the hotel to make arrangement for cruise port pick up as stated in their description. I was informed the hotel was simply not able to provide this service because of the large number of people coming off the cruise ships. When I persisted because of the description provided that the cruise port pickup was stated to be complimentary, […] the hotel manager finally offered to reimburse me for taxi fare which he honored. However, over the next couple days, I heard many other people at the desk complaining about the same misinformation. I think the hotel description should be amended to state the correct information. We were offered and received airport shuttle service. The hotel had at least two vans available for shuttle services, I do not know why cruise port pick up was such a major inconvenience to them. Other hotels had their shuttle vans coming regularly to the cruise port terminal. The kitchen was skimpy on utensils and dishes. Hot water took a long time (if at all) to get. "Was adequate for the night before our cruise."
Clean and adequate - we were staying there the night before we were going on a cruise. Just wish they had told us that shuttle reservations needed to be made in advance along with our room reservation as there were no shuttle departure times left on our arrival the night before. My husband and I stayed here for one night before a cruise, and even after calling the hotel directly 3 months prior to reserve shuttle seats at specific times from the airport and to the cruiseport the next day, there was nothing recorded, (and even if they took reservations, there is no room in the shuttle for more than 1-2 small families, so they […] have limited reservations anyway)and we could not be accommodated either way--how awful--especially when planned out and pre-reserved. So, we paid $40 out of pocket for their advertised "Free Shuttle Service" by taking cabs because of no other option. The room was dingy and dated. I called the hotel desk several times before I got to the hotel on several days trying to verifu the shuttle to the airport. When I checked into the hotel and asked what time the shuttle would be there they told me repeatedly that the driver reported to duty and 8 am and that I could get to the airport by my check in time at 8:30. Well, I get down to […] ck out and the shuttle was already at the cruise port and that it wouldn't be back until after awhile. So I had to go running down to the main street and hail a taxi cab and got to the airport for an international flight. Well, had it not been for the bag checker that took my bags into the ck in counter and ck in and then escorted me through customs would I have made it on my flight. Therefore, the employees at the desk are very incompetent. This hotel is an older one but it's clean and the location is conveniently located. The trolley that runs right in front of the hotel provides and easy trip to the beach. The room was clean, cheerful, nicely enough appointed.The bed was good, not fantastic, but good.staff was very pleasant,helpful. You do need to order the daily "refresh" at $5 per day to have a level of stay you might be used to. Only one day did housekeeping miss cues. The hotel was safe, very convenient to all the downtown areas. There are no amenities […] such as a pool, but that was fine. Elevators were slow. No bathrooms in lobby..had to use employees bathroom in back of front desk area. Shuttle service to cruise port but no pick up after cruise.
