We had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was great, the manager's reception was GREAT!!! Everyone was friendly. The only thing I would complain about is that we used the fold out sofa and the sheets and blanket that were there for the sofa seemed to be "used" from before. The hotel was all as promised except we had virtually no water pressure in our room. It was just enough to rinse off soap and shampoo but not the eye opener or muscle massage I had expected. Great hotel. Not centrally located to downtown, but overall a great facility. The staff was friendly, the breakfast and happy hour were great. The gym is about as good as you can ask for at a hotel. Comfortable rooms.

AWESOME!!!! Hotel we will definetly stay here again. Love the size of the room great with having 3 kids. My daughter left her teddy bear there and they shipped it to me even had it wrapped in bubble wrap so he was safe. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Took our 2 kids for a zoo trip. Love this hotel! Drinks, chips and salsa, popcorn from 5:30-7:30.ids loved it!! Pool was nice and big! The room was amazing, huge room with comfortable beds. Onl 2 small complaints were some mold in the shower and the front desk didn't call us back when we had a question about a restaurant, otherwise peferct.

we love staying at this hotel. wish there were more eating places close to the hotel. would recommend this to all our friends.

The only negitive that I had was that the pool and hot tub were out of service. The front desk kept telling us that it would only be another hour or so until it was open again, but it was closed the whole day and wasn't open when we left at 11 the next morning.

This was a stay cation for us. The last weekend of the yr we have made this a family tradition to come and stay and the kids have a blast. We love this hotel and all it has to offer. Will be back next yr!!!!
"Relaxing decor and easy access"
Suite was spacious, tastfully decorated and very comfortable. The design of the hotel lends itself to some noise travel from the atrium in the center, to the rooms surrounding it on all levels. Very family friendly. Breakfast was fabulous!!

Our stay was short but sweet. Our room was fabulous. Very clean and loved the bedding and decor. My 2 sons loved the pool and work out area. It was a wonderful stay and very accessible for West Omaha.

my family stayed at embassy suites at lavista over the christmas weekend 2011. our stay was +++++! totally awesome. the staff was supperb the complimentry breakfast was outstanding, THE HAPPY HOUR WITH COMPLIMENTRY SNACKS WAS AN ADDED BONUS. the rooms were a+ THERE IS NOT ONE THING I WOULD SUGGEST CHANGING. OUSTANDING

We enjoy staying at this hotel, the staff is FANTASTIC and knowledgeable and it's a beautiful facility. This time, however, I believe our mattress was on the verge of needing to be replaced and the hide-a-bed mattress one of the boys slept on was horrible. Hotel was in excellent condition. Everything was clean, new and great decor. Pool was really nice to swim in. Our room was fresh smelling and was impeccable. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Breakfast buffet was a treat as well the next morning.

Hotel is very nice. The rooms are typical for Embassy Suites, large with an actual bedroom that you can close off. Having stayed next door at the Coutyard, this hotel is comparable in cleanliness, staff, and quality. The benefits of staying at the Embassy Suites instead of the Courtyard are: room size, bed comfort, free breakfast, free cocktail hour. […] The rate was a couple of dollars more, but it was well worth it for me considering all of the extra's. Check them both out if you are staying in this area. You can't go wrong with either. Hotel was very nice. Good breakfast. Crowded do to baseball tournament in area. Hot tub was not working.
This is a great place to stay. Even our grandchildern loved it. My only comment would be is the pool area was really hot and heavy with clorine. They need some air movement in there.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. The suite aspect was nice because my baby could sleep in the bedroom while I read/watched tv in the front room. We went to Embassy Suites for our 44th Anniversary getaway and it was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was lovely. We'll probably be back.
Love the managers reception in the evenings and hot cooked to order breakfast in the mornings. Would stay here again.
