If you can overlook the weird must-change-elevators thing and the fact that it's in a warehouse district (meaning there's nothing much close by worth walking to), there are so many things to like about this hotel. And the fact that it's next door to a legal (if highly controversial) casino is one of the fun qualities....this hotel has GREAT views of […] the skyline (mine was a side view of the famous arch a few blocks away; a wonderful view) and they are beautifully appointed. If you bought this room in NYC it would cost you five bills, easy. No nearby place to run and buy sundries, snacks, etc. but the mini bar was well equipped and not overpriced. From the moment I checked in until the time I checked out, This hotel staff was nothing less than Exceptional! The amenities provided were top notch all the way. I had a TV in my bathroom mirror! There was a fully stocked bar, and the view of downtown St. Louis was breathtaking from the 14th floor. I will definitely be back!!

Hotel was fantastic.

If you are looking for a place downtown, close to the casino, or the landing (Lacledes) this is the best hotel there! It is walking distance to the ball park, too, but only on a nice day. This is definitely the nicest hotel in St. Louis as I have stayed at many. You don't know that it's connected to the casino as far as the noise factor. Great views of downtown, the arch, and river. The valet parking is a little pricey at $28.00 a night but they do a great job. I did not eat at the restaurant on site but will try it next time. I did […] eat at the buffet at the casino and it was very good but had to stand in line for 1 1/2 hours to get in. I will not be doing that again. If you are a gambler it's too bad they can't do anything about the smoke in the casino like they do in Las Vegas. They don't have a very good ventilation system and it will definitely bother non-smokers. Läs mer

Celebrated my wife's birthday at the Four Seasons and everyone from the front desk man, Alex, to the bellhops to the valet guys were absolutely fantastic. This place has one of the best spas I have ever been to. The help there was top notch as well. Will definitely take in this hotel again and again.

The Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis was the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The Arch view was beautiful (but the illuminated Lumiere Casino sign took some getting use to), the room was spotless and the overall hotel experience was very accommodating. Downside? Skip the restaurant. The food was overpriced and not at all worth it, same with […] the wine selection. Housekeeping had it quirks. Apparently all of your bathroom items need to be displayed on washcloths. It was a little unsettling to have my personal belongings constantly rearranged. The same held true for my jewelry that I had in a nightstand drawer. I opted out of the evening housekeeping as they just seemed too invasive. The hotel, however, is beautiful and relaxing. The hotel went the extra mile and a half to make this birthday weekend extra special for my son! Everything was simply "over the top!"

We enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons. Not much going on in the direct neighborhood. If you're into views, get a room with the "Arch View". The "City View" looks over some pretty run down areas. Staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. I stayed in an Arch King room, great view, great location. The room was spotless, the bathroom amazing (separate tub + tv in the mirror), comfy bed. It was also the first time I have enjoyed in room dining. It arrived HOT, timely, and delicious. Order the hazelnut cheesecake, it's to die for. The margarita pizza […] is delicious as well. The food was just okay. Service was less than to be desired. Had 2 spa treatments and while services were exceptional it was the service from the staff afterwards that was horrible. The services staff was young and to interested in closing at 8 and less about me getting dresses after my scheduled services. The cleaning staff stood there while I got […] dressed to make sure I was out within the 10 mins. I had till closing time. When I checked in for my services the front desk girl asked for me to prepay and also pretip before my services so she could close out. After getting dressed and the cleaning lady walked me out I asked for hair gel and the staff played stupid and said they did have any...they have a hair salon. Needless to say I was and have been treated better at massage envy for a whole lot less. I paid $175 for my massage and $110 for a facial. Plus tip and the services were great! Läs mer

The hotel was fabulous and exactly what you would expect from the Four Seasons. The hotel restaurant (Cielo) was a bit limited and extremely pricey for alcohol.... but the food was very tasty and beautifully presented. The room was wonderful, I had a great view of the city and the arch. I will definitely return!

FIRST AND LAST TIME WE EVER STAY AT A FOUR SEASONS!!! ENOUGH SAID.

My husband and I stayed for one night at the Four Seasons St. Louis for our anniversary. The main reason we wanted to stay there was to hang out at their rooftop pool all day, and the pool did not disappoint! Great view and relaxing atmosphere. It was crowded that day so food/drink service was a little slow and we had to wait a little while to snag […] a chair, but otherwise it was a fantastic afternoon! We brought our little 5 lb. dog so we woudn't have to find someone to watch him, and they were very accommodating. They even brought up a little dog bed, treats and bottled water for him - he was spoiled! We ate at Cielo, the hotel restaurant, which was very nice. The outside rooftop bar is a great place to hang out at night. I had tweeted a couple days earlier that we were spending our anniversary at the Four Seasons, so they saw that and we were greeted with complimentary glasses of prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries at dinner and more chocolate covered strawberries and truffles when we got back to our room. Excellent service, as expected. Lobby, outdoor restaurant, and pool are on 8th floor which gives a great view of the city. Concierge was well above expectations. Well constructed building.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was wonderful! From the moment we arrived we were extemely pleased with our hotel choice. The reception area was beautiful and the check in process was quick and easy. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the Four Seasons in St. Louis except the very slow food service. The wait staff was good & attentive, but it took a very long time for food to come out- especially hard with young children. We got a grand premiere room that overlooked the St. Louis Arch. The view was breathtaking and the room was very spacious and had excellent amenities. The large soaking tub was great, as were the floor to ceiling windows. The only problem was that the water (tub, shower, sink) felt very slimy. It was difficult to rinse soap off and it felt like you […] had a coating on your skin whenever you touched the water. You almost had to scrape it off with a towel to get the feeling to go away. We were there on Valentine's night and decided to go to the hotel restaurant (Cielo) for dinner. Unfortunately they had a very limited menu because of the holiday and the prices were quite expensive. Luckily the hotel is connected to the Lumiere Casino, so we wandered over there and had an excellent dinner at the buffet for half the price of the limited selection at the hotel restaurant. The next morning we were happy about the late checkout time (noon). We were also happy that we were able to walk to the St. Louis Arch without having to drive. Upon checkout, I found that the woman at the front desk was not very friendly (the gentleman at check-in was nicer, but not exactly "nice"). If you want a 4 star quality hotel, you will find just that at The Four Seasons St. Louis. Great service and all the fun little extras that make it exceptional.Plasma TV in the bathroom mirror,9ft walls,huge deep tub separate from glass encased shower.Gorgeous view of the arch and much more. Will definetly go there again.

My sister and I love the 4 Seasons St Louis. We try to go at least once every 2-3 months to enjoy the spa and the wonderful dining. The hotel is truely 5 Star all the way. This has to be the best accommodations in the downtown area. First class all the way.

Basically you get what you would expect from a four star hotel, but the spa is an added amenity. However, you will have to pay extra.

We stayed at the Four Seasons for a Saturday night after doing some downtown sightseeing and catching a Cardinals game (and taking some of the Lumiere's money!). We returned to our room hungry, and ordered some food (burgers and fries) from room service at 12:30. The indicated it would be there by 1:15 am--seemed a bit odd that it would take 45 min, […] but we were hungry and decided to wait. At 1:30, no food...so we called. They said they had delivered it to the wrong room, and now they were going to have to re-prepare it, and it would be another 30 minutes. Unacceptable, and I don't buy it. Seemed like a cop out to say it was made and delivered to the wrong room and needed to be remade. When the food did finally arrive, we were already asleep...but forced ourselves to get up and try it at least. It was AWFUL. The chicken club was spoiled tasting, and the burger...well, I couldn't even choke it down. The fries were good, and the meal was eventually comped...but experience left a bitter taste in our mouths in several ways. I'd return, but would not recommend the room service to anyone. Läs mer

The Four Seasons Hotel was an amazing hotel. We had great service from Hotel staff and great location to have a good night out if you choose. Hotel was quiet at all hours. Rooms were incredibly clean and very new and comfortable. A great place to stay and get away!
