Close to the falls, walking distance for us (non-american) walkers. Good restaurant and bar staff and adequate food. But the city of Niagara N Y is a run down place so anyone who can should stay omn the Canadian side which is nicer, livelier and with a slightly better view.

The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was good. No hot tub in pool area like another Best Western we stayed at before. (I was really looking forward to that.) Service was great. The hotel was clean and the service friendly. Only issue was a wedding party that came in around 2 am in the morning, yelling profanities and rapping on people's doors. Not the hotel's fault but would have liked to see them respond to the disturbance (don't think the hotel has any kind of security though). The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a quick, straight drive to downtown Buffalo. My only complaint would be that there is not much insulation in the walls so you can hear everything. A hidden gem we booked online not knowing anything about the area. What a wonderful surprise considering the surrounding area. We were greeted warmly by the person at the front desk on arrival. We were pleasantly surprised, as it wasn't advertised that there was a continental breakfast that included make-you-own waffles. Our room was beautifully appointed […] and the mattress was great. Bathroom was large. Obviously the rooms were newly renovated and our room was quite large. Only down-side of our stay was the pillows. They looked great but were way too soft. I would stay here again but you need a car as cab service is unreliable. It's relatively close to the McKinley Mall. It's minutes away from the Peace Bridge so easy to get in from Canada. "Great hotel and staff; a bit of a drive"
I had a great stay while at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were great and were willing to help me with whatever I needed. The bedroom and bathroom were large for the price and were very clean and comfortable. My only problem was that the hotel was pretty far from the airport (about a $50 cab ride) and there was very little to do in the area. "very satified"
After spending one night in a different filty hotel for the same price, we were so relieved to find a clean, welcoming hotel. Tastefully done. Rooms were spacious and very clean. I am somewhat of a neat-freak, so it was wonderful to end our trip in a room we felt comfortable in and were able to get a good night sleep.
