Rummet såg verkligen inte ut som på bilden, mycket mycket sämre. Personalen var trevlig och hotellet i sig låg rätt bra. Men för en romantisk resa välj inte detta.

Bra läge nära många restuaranger etc. Sämst, receptionen saknade korkskruv, vilket vi fick inhandla och ge till receptionen. Råd till alla hoppa frukosten absolut alldeles för dyr. halva priset hos grannen intill!

Med tanke på att detta är ett tvåstjärnigt hotell i Paris så förväntade vi oss inte så mycket men vi blev¨ganska mycket positivt överraskade. Hotellpersonalen var mycket trevlig och receptionspersonalen kunde prata hygglig engelska vilket ju inte alls är självklart i Paris. Ytterligare plus till frukostdamen som ju var solklar, morgon nr två hade hon […] lärt sig vad vi vill ha att dricka :-). Vi fick ett rum för fyra med utsikt mot en minimal bakgård så vänta er ingen vidare vy men rummen var funktionella och rena. Grymt trånga korridorer men det kanske är Paris i ett nötskal. Metron ligger alldeles intill så läget är ju tokbra för att upptäcka paris och bo hyggligt billigt. Metron är ju lite slamrig och bullrig men superren och fräsch och relativt säker. Vi åkte mitt i natten och det var helt lugnt. En station till Pigalle och jag tror fem ned till Concorde, mitt i stan. Det funkade tom att åka kommunalt till hotellet från Charles de Gaulle, först pendeltåg till Gare de Nord, sen lite gående upp till metron norröver, sen några stationer till Pigalle och byte till 12:an till St Georges - superbra! Typical small rooms for the area but clean and conveniently located on the center north side. Room was on first level and street noise a problem when the window was open, ok when closed. Rooms toward back or higher better. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast (petit dejene) seemed expensive but it is the best deal if you are a coffee drinker.

Nothing fancy, but the room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. The staff were extremely friendly. The location is very convenient for the Metro, with lots of shops and nice little restaurants nearby... a lengthy but do-able walk from the central sights. Wifi was a bit on the pricey side.

Having stayed in many European cheap hotels, I was very impressed, if not surprised by the standard of Hotel Antin St Georges. The staff were great - very helpful and friendly. Stayed at this hotel for two nights and although we found the hotel a little basic in amenities ( kettle and tea making facilities ) it more than makes up for this with cleanliness and a great location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great stay.

When the first time went to inside the room, it a bit smelly. After open the windown, it is a bit better. In the toilet and bathroom, the roof extract ventilator does not work at all. But anyway, it is cheaper, the price is reasonable.

Very basic, clean and comfortable. Very small rooms, our was facing a wall so was very dark. Great just to spend the night and have a shower, clean and close to metro station. Staff was pleasant enough. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel and preferred to use different cafe for variety.

This hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the subway. I do not require a lot of pampering, so I did not ask a lot of the staff, they were all friendly. The petite breakfast for 12 euros suited me if anything for the convenience, not many cafe's serving breakfast at 7:00am. Hotel is near the Saint George metro station, grocery store and good restaurants (all plus). We had quad premium room in 3rd floor with two windows - one pointing to 2x4m hole with pipes and one pointing to bigger hole with some roof and windows - room got some natural light (plus). Separate WC and bathroom was good for 4 person, even though you could […] not wash your hands in WC but had to walk through the room to bathroom. While in WC I was able to hear everything from next WC, but the room itself was surprisingly quiet - or maybe other rooms' quests were quiet too. Two double beds (160x200), old and springs had seen better days - clean sheets and towels. The room roof had a bubble - looked like it was full of something but luckily did not burst during our stay (reported that to reception but nothing happened). The one saving grace for this hotel is that it's in a great location-- a lovely, safe and convenient neighborhood, and just steps away from the metro. However, our room was absolutely nothing like the web photos, and we were extremely disappointed overall. We had a quad room, which is harder to come by in Paris and we really had less choice, and maybe […] it was different than the other smaller rooms. But, first thing you notice as you enter the room, the carpet was incredibly filthy -- I can't believe a hotel would have the nerve to rent a room with such a dirty and stained carpet. It looked like it belonged in a junkie's squatter flat. The beds were clean, which is the only thing that kept us from checking out, but they were not comfortable, and we were each given one very very slim and insufficient pillow and told repeatedly that there were no other pillows available. The toilet was in its own room on one end of the room, with a door that wouldn't shut properly, and the sink and tub were in another at the other end of the bedroom. So after using the toilet, you have to "open" the door and walk clear across the bedroom to the other bathroom to wash your hands. The tub had a hand-held "shower head," but no shower curtain. One window looked out at a wall and window of someone's bathroom, the other into a dark alley, and the room only had lights above the beds, so not enough light in the room overall (though perhaps you wouldn't want to be able to see the filthy carpet any better anyway.) Also, no free wifi in the hotel, which is ridiculous these days. Overall, we had a great time in Paris, but it was despite this hotel. It was an unpleasant room and we didn't sleep well. But if you need a quad room and can't find another in Paris, the beds here are at least clean. (But it's lousy to pay that much money just for a clean bed.) We won't stay there again. Läs mer

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed at the Antin Saint Georges during our second trip to Paris. We knew what to expect from a European hotel and this hotel met that expectation. While it is not the most luxurious hotel, our room was clean, we always had hot water and we had clean towels everyday. The location can't be beat - it is within walking distance […] from the Roissy bus stop and is just steps away from the St Georges Metro stop. On our stay we met four members of the desk staff and all were very friendly and courteous and spoke very good English. I must say that Selena was very helpful when we checked in and Priscilla was especially helpful in the mornings when we had questions about the train to Versailles. If you want to really get a taste of Paris, stay in this part of Montmarte (far enough from the Red Light District but surrounded by artist's flats and delicious bakeries). I was a bit wary after having read other bad reviews of the hotel on other sites after booking but I had nothing to complain about. Our room overlooked the street but noise was never an issue even with the Moulin Rouge and other late night clubs being at the top of the road. The room is fairly basic and not particularly large but we found it cosy and […] perfectly fine. The bathroom was a decent size and the water pressure was good in the shower. We found the staff at the desk very accommodating. Location is the main selling point as it is literally 1 minute from a metro station. The road it is on is also very convenient as there is an excellent bistro (Bistro Lorette) 2 minutes up the road and a decent sized supermarket 30 seconds in the other direction. Overall, if you're looking for a well positioned hotel (it takes 20 minutes to walk from Gare du Nord) which you can use as a resting point for sleeping and showering then this is a very well priced option. It's not the Ritz but at that price you don't expect it to be and when you're staying in one of the most beautiful cities in the world you don't expect to be spending much time in your hotel anyway. I decided on this hotel due to the good reviews it had received. It is by no means a luxury hotel, but for anyone looking for a cheap weekend away in Paris then I highly recommend this hotel. The room was small but tidy and suited the 2 of us fine. The hotel is not even 100m from the station which was a pleasure. The hotel is situated in a fairly quiet area and I felt completely safe walking around. It is a 5 minute walk from Moulin Rouge and about a 35 minute walk from the Louvre. We made use of the Paris Bicycle scheme which was a pleasure, especially since there are 2 racks situated nearby the hotel. Being a budget hotel there were a few things that would not please everyone. The walls are fairly thin and I could hear the room next door when they opened cupboard and closed doors. People in the passage could also be heard. This did not bother my wife but it did me. I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. That said, I still managed to sleep until well after 9am so it could not have been that bad. When we arrived we were given 1 room with one queen (double) bed and two single beds without a crib, and 1 room with one queen (double) bed, one single bed and a crib. We are also told that the hotel doesn't alllow a family of five (two adults, two kids and an infant) to sleep in […] one room. We had to pay for an additional room. My son and his new wife had stayed here and recommended it for us when I took my daughter and two grandkids to France. We had the quad and it was quite big for Paris standards. The room was keep clean and the staff was very helpful, especially the lady on duty when we arrived. Très bon accueil et suivi. Des petites choses à redire au niveau de la chambre (TV fixée de travers, cuvette également, mirroir fendu, pas de rideau de douche). Mais sinon position parfaite, quartier super (calme et bien situé) et lit confortable.
