Den här hotell vistelsen är en av de bättre jag haft, rumen var ljusa, rena och allmänt fräscha. Personalen är väldigt hjälpsam, vi anlände 4 timmar för tidigt men dom såg till att lösa vår inchecking direkt ändå. Frukosten har inte den största buffén men den är väldigt välsmakande. Det går även att äta lunch och middag till väldigt förmånliga priser. […] Hotellet ligger även väldigt bra till, det tar ca:5-10 minuter att ta sig till centrum till fots och det är även väldigt nära till The Beatles Story, Maritima muséet och Tate Liverpool alla dessa sevärdheter ligger i samma område som hotellet och är väl värda ett besök. Jag kan med gott samvete säga att jag aldrig tidigare varit så possitivt överaskad av ett hotell. Om du söker något som är centralt beläget och väldigt prisvärt så är Jurys Inn det självklara valet. Jättebra hotell, trevlig personal och bra omgivningar.....parkeringshus nära hotellet var inte så roligt...fick gå fram och tillbaka för att lämna väskor, växla o.s.v.

A fine hotel. Used for a weekend break - well placed, near town center. A few hen nights and stag dos in the area but nothing to worry about at all. Great service. Recommended.

Hotellet har väldigt bra kommunikation från flygplatsen via bus (arriva airlink) som stannar i närheten av hotellet alternativt taxi som inte blir alltför dyrt. Resan tar bara ca 20 min. Enkla, men väldigt fräscha rum och trevlig personal. Frukosten var underbar, mycket bra mat och öppet till 10.30. Jurys Inn i Liverpool är modernt och mycket centralt men ändå lugnt beläget. Man kan parkera i ett p-hus alldeles intill och få rabatt från hotellet. Vi trivdes bra här. Städningen var dock inte helt bra. I ett rum hade vi fläckade om än inte rena lakan. Det andra rummet glömdes en dag bort av städarna. My friend and I booked the hotel out of default as all other hotels seemed to be booked for that weekend. We thought the pictures and location looked fine for our shopping trip. When we arrived we were surprised by how majestic it was, we double checked out booking before we went in!! The view from our window looked right over the docks, the Liverpool […] Wheel and Echo Arena. Perfect if you were going to a concert. We had to catch the ferry back to the Isle of Man on the Sunday night, we checked out on Sunday morning and they were kind enough to lock our bags up until we were ready to go to the ferry. This meant we could do some more shopping without having to carry everything with us. Pizza Express is also right outside the door also. Great stay of two nights in 3 person room, wife and son. Excellent quality for rate. Location is great next to Albert Dock, never got into Liverpool as there is so much around the Dock to see and do. Lady who hosts the breakfasts (Chrstine, I think) is great, very proud and passionate scouser and very informative.

really nice hotel well located for city centre. We stayed for two nights. Key problem for me is that there was a conference across the road and it was busy. Everytime you wanted the simplest thing from reception you had to wait a long time. Not enought staff around to help out.

we got what we expected from Jurys Inn,very sufficient..No room service available however. My friend had to wait 45 mins for chicken and chips at the bar and when her order did come there was no chips.it was a busy day as there was a festival on but I dont think this is accepable. Excellent value for our short break in Liverpool, Hotel is modern, clean and convenient for all central locations and Albert Dock, Museums etc.Staff were courteous and friendly

excellent servoce from staff but pillows too hard was the only fault

Extremley firendly and helpful staff and hotel was very pleasant, clean and accessible to local attractions and shopping centre.

In a lovely setting surrounded by water and just minutes from Liverpool one with every shop you can think of. Next door to the Echo Arena so perfect for concert goers. Not luxurious but perfectly comfortable and great value.

We stayed at the Jurys Inn Hotel in Liverpool, having attended a concert at the Echo Arena that same night. How convenient it was to just walk a matter of yards from the arean to the hotel.

Were turned away on arrival at 1600, room wasn't ready, eventually got booked in at 1835 when the room is paid for from 1400. Others guests had been waiting in reception since then. When you've got tables and concerts booked, not very good!

I booked this hotel to coinside with a trip to see disney on ice. The location to the arena was fantastic could not have been nearer. There was a little confusion over car parking. Overall very happy with my stay and will definately stay again when we go shopping at Liverpool One.

At breakfast we had to clear our own table before we sat down due to lack of staff. Breakfast food was of a very poor standard, bacon was left by one and all. Bar snacks - had to give back a ham sandwich with mustard due to sandwich being smothered in mustard, it looked like the whole jar had been poured on, completely inedible. Bar area - overall cleanliness […] was of the poorest I have seen in a hotel in Liverpool. Again due to lack of staff nobody was clearing up and this left tables with plates with left over food and glasses needing to be cleared before we sat down. Alrite luv, great location, ate in hotel restaurant, my fish pie was frozen in the middle. Staff really nice & helpful. Doors of other rooms were slaming all night which woke me and I couldn't get back to sleep. I loved the location - everything on your doorstep! H - Dublin.

I booked this hotel for a few days away for my wife to see Liverpool and to experience the city as it is now, rather than how I remembered it 20 odd years ago. Overall, service was very good throughout our stay; the room was clean and well stocked. TV worked, beds were comfortable enough and there was more than enough spare bedding when the weather […] turned. Breakfast was the usual for British hotels, a fat laden fry up or an attempt at a European continental breakfast with baguettes, croissants, fruit and yogurt; but as it's effectively, an all you can eat buffet, pretty good for the price. The only drawback was a water problem on the last day resulting on no hot water for the hotel; we were offered a late check out after the problem was repaired but unfortunately needed to be on the road fairly early. Parking is on the ACC car park and you get a 25% discount for staying at the hotel. personally, I despair at hotels using parking as a money spinner, but as we travel a lot I have come to accept that in harbour destinations there isn't a lot you can do. The charges are quite favourable compared to some places we have stayed, and there is not another real long stay parking option in the area. The main selling point for this hotel is it's location: Next door to the ACC and Albert Dock complex. 5 minutes walk from Liverpool One and Museum of Liverpool. 10 minutes from the Matthew St quarter or Mersey ferry terminal. Unless you are willing to pay 2, or possibly 3 times what this hotel would cost using others in the area, you can't really go wrong. Läs mer

The only think that let this hotel down was the temperature of the water in the shower in the evening, it was too cold. Other than that the hotel was in a great location and the breakfast was very nice.

Lots of stags and hens at the hotel on the same weekend as us. Noise in the corridors went on to 4/5 in the morning therefore wouldnt recommend bringing small children for a stay at jurys inn. Nightclubs on your doorstep other clubs are just 5 mins away as well as all the shopping!

Extremely very good value for money, very convenient for city centre

The Jurys Inn Hotel is a great hotel to stay in for Location. Liverpool one shoppiing district is just minutes away and not to far from the night life either. The only thing I did not like in the hotel was the bar food it was not nice granted the hotel was very busy during my stay and the bar staff seemed to be out of there depth. I would also not pay […] for Breakfast in the hotel 10pound is to expensive and frankly it wasnt that nice, you can get much nicer breakfast down in the shopping district for as little as 5pound. We had a terrible night's sleep thanks to the lack of soundproofing in the room, an amorous couple next door, drunken people partying in the corridor at 3am etc. I'd never stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Service, especially at reception was excellent. Our room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making, a flat screen tv, hairdryer, iron etc. It is in a great position for all the attractions of Liverpool especially The Albert Dock and the The Echo Arena & Conference Centre. Sitting next to albert Dock, this hotel is ideally situated for the bars, museums and restaurants by the dock (as well as the arena) and also is still only 5 minute walk from the main shopping area in Liverpool.

Room was fine, but could hear the people next-door through the thin connecting door. Very poor breakfast scrambled eggs were hard and dry, bacon was hard and dry, fried eggs were hard and dry.

Avoid this hotel in Winter! They turn -off heating in the night and it is freezing. Food is DISGUSTING. But therefore the service is very nice, wonderful, helpful PEOPLE that make the experience of staying in this hotel tolerable. The location is excellent, breathtaking surroundings of what is probably the most succesful regeneration project in the […] world. The rooms are good size, with comfy beds. We enjoy our overnight stay although we need to ask for duvet for the other sofa bed. it was very convinient for the venue and few walks to the town centre.
