We were both very surprised by the hospitality of all employees! From the moment we arrived we got an upgrade to a whilpool suite becouse it was our ann. the shuttle took us into old town and picked us up we had planned to walk but it was raining.We returned to a card and a gift bag of candy to help us celebrate! Excellent hotel and stay. Staff was friendly, clean rooms, great breakfast. Hotel is close to the Old Market District and the complimentary shuttle was much appreciated. A short drive to the zoo also.

My visit was during winter, including a snow storm. The room's bed was dressed with a summer coverlet and one flat sheet. It was rather cold, even with the very noisy heater running at it's highest temp. When I asked management for a blanket, I was cheerfully provided with a flimsy mattress cover instead. loved it cant wait to go back

a nicer, newer hotel, but a couple blocks off the main streets. the semi truck traffic on north side is noticeable and will awake you. the railroad track directly on east side had me concerned, but no train traffic experienced. good value given the area competition.

from the time i checked in to the time i left, it was a wonderful experience. nice people. my room was extremely clean. breakfast was fresh and varied. i wont be back in omaha, but recommend this hotel if you go there.

We were initially surprised at the location of the hotel (kind of an industrial area) and the size (felt kind of small) but once inside the stay was quite adequate. Had a king bed room which was also unexpectedly small but well appointed and very clean. Looked like new carpet and wifi worked well. Beds very comfortable and the air con was a pleasant […] surprise. It worked consistently, quietly and very efficiently. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was super nice, though we did find a coke can under one of the beds. The location is a bit iffy, as it is right downtown, in an industrial area. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful with checking in and out. They helped get us to the venue for the concert and advised how to get back. The only "problem" was that the room was located with a block of the railroad tracks. While it was not a main, busily traveled line the cars did move along it all night. We stayed here because it was close to the Qwest Center. Very nice and modern decor. Check-in staff was super friendly and nice. Loved that they had a shuttle service to take us to the concert and pick us up. Good breakfast. Room was a little spendy but I think it was worth it.

This is a newer hotel, so everything is in good shape. The lobby and rooms are nicely appointed. Hotel is locate within 10 minutes walking distance of the Qwest Center and the restaurant next door offered a shuttle to and from the Qwest Center. The only thing I would change is the comforter on the beds. . . . . . it was very thin and there was no blanket. […] I like to have something a little more substantial to cover up with. The bathroom was beautiful in black and white with green accents and I liked the decor of the rooms. The free breakfast was also decent: Fruit juices, milk, coffee, teas, apples, bananas, yogurt, fruit cups, cereal, oatmeal packets, fresh waffles, bagels, english muffins, delicious blueberry and cinnamon muffins, & microwavable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches! Hotel was also pretty quiet. Did not use the pool area: there was a hot tub spa and a pool that was on the smaller side. Very nice and updated hotel. 32" LCD with all adapters in the double bed rooms. 40" and 32" LCD in the King rooms. If attending concert at the Slowdown it is about 5 minutes walk from the venue and the staff was cool to us after the show, it was a nice evening so about 15 of us were out in the front lawn of the hotel drinking/smoking and no cops or […] word of keeping quiet was mentioned. highly recommend if you have the 100-130 to spend on the room Läs mer
