Comfortable for those early morning flights. Clean and located fine (15 mins brisk walk to the main terminal). Recommended.

Rent, frächt och bekvämt. Trevlig personal och väldigt bra rum för att stanna en eller ett par nätter. Dock kanske inget att ha sin semester i, mestadels för att vara nära till flygplatsen. Va inte så nära själva centrumet men taxi kostar inte så mycket så var ändå helt okej!

Bra ställe att sova på natten innan hemresan. Ligger mitt ute i ett fält, men nära till buss som går till centrum. Typisk engelsk frukost, från kl 04:00. Litet rum men helt OK, för "one night only". 20-30 min gångväg till/från flygplatsen.

Ett hotel med Holiday in förväntar man sig bra mycket mer av än vad vi fick. Byggnaden och rummen i sig (förutom att det ligger vid en väg med mycket trafik) var ok men personalen som jobbar här verkar som hittad runt hörnet totalt utan erfarenhet att bemöta betalande gäster. I booked the hotel, including b/f, on hotels.com. On arrival Saturday night (8th June), I was immediately asked for a credit card, as a deposit. I had already paid for the stay, and there is no minibar in the room. The deposit was required, she said, in case I break something in the room. I offered three times the amount in cash, but the receptionist […] said it has to be a credit card. Otherwise, she said, she would not allow me to stay in the hotel! So credit card it had to be. On checking out on Sunday, another girl at the front desk asked me whether I had paid the deposit in cash or with a credit card (!). Breakfast, on a Sunday morning, ends at 10am. This in the UK, a country renowned for late breakfast on a Sunday. And the bread was out at about 9:30. I was very kindly offered gluten-free bread. Other guests were not so lucky. Läs mer

Second stay at this hotel within a month and totally consistent. The staff are great and special thanks to Terri on reception who was so helpful - even helped me find a parking space because the hotel was full. Great value for money.

it was a lovely hotel to stay in and when i eventually worked out how to work the wall lights it was great haha, slight noise from the nearby airport but it was to be expected, i would reccommend adding more milk or coffee to the complimentary drinks as i found there wasnt enough to make a decent cuppa.

Second time I've stayed here. The staff were very polite and helpful from check in to check out. Plus it's so close to the airport. Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area again.

The hotel was clean and fine for an overnight stay, however we arrived late evening and the availability of food was poor and although the girl that checked us in and out was very pleasant some off the staff could have been more helpful.

This Holiday Inn Express does exactly what iit says on the tine! No frills or extras just a decent airport hotel. Only disappointment was the location. Its not on any bus routes or walking distance from either the train station or airpport so you have no choice but to use a cab. Cheap enough though.

Did not realise there was a hotel just across the road from the airport when I choose this one so was disappointed with my choice as we walked to it and it took about 15 minutes (walking past Hampton & Premier Inn). At least the taxi back in the morning only cost £3. Happy with hotel other than that

I used the hotel on a recent business trip and I arrived late evening and the staff were very helpfull and I was even able to get a bite to eat even though it is a limited menu

right we were on the fifth floor there was a circus generator going till 10.30pm which we complained about three times the duty manager did deal with this however then we had to listen to another generator all night from the hotel only for the fact that we had come from the childrens hospital and my sick daughter was asleep we would have left at 2am […] when both my husband and i had had enough. We complainted in the morning and they were not surprised but said that the manager would ring later that day guess what they did not. Have stayed in holiday inn frequently but they have got so much wrong its disappointing. beds short bed for 2 only 4ft wide duvet not big enough to cover 2 sofa bed mattress less than an inch thick had to sleep on the duvet kettle kept coming on during the night breakfast was poor croissants had been out since 4am inedible by seven need to address many isssues plus we were not the only people complaining Läs mer

Overall very good, conveniently situated. Rooms clean and comfortable. Big let down was breakfast, arrived around 8.30 to find only one sausage left and no more to come !!! Party of around 12 followed us in to find only powdered egg to be had on the cooked breakfast on offer - disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. In the details, we were told we would receive 2 beds and a pullout couch. We received one bed, and a broken pullout couch. I basically slept on the floor. As well, the service was at a minimum. The location was approximately 45 minutes from dowtown Liverpool by bus. We visited family in Liverpool and they hadn't enough room and this hotel was very close by. It was a good size room , very clean and a great bathroom. The price was unbelievable too. Plus you get a breakfast as well. Thank you

Hotel is good including staff and services. The only thing i dislike about this hotel is breakfast. Breakfast is pathetic.

Our stay was quite comfortable. The location was a bit of a distance from the town centre (long drive on the bus!) Hotel was clean and airy, staff were friendly, portions for the evening meals should have been bigger! In all, it was great to get away and stay at a nice hotel. Would do it again!

New clean and comfortable hotel used as an overnight stay before an early flight. Very good. Service was helpful ,24 hour bar and a decent complimentary breakfast which was unexpected and started at 4 am ! All round very good value .

A good option if you have a flight to catch in the morning. It would take twenty minutes to walk to the terminal, but the taxi fare is less than £4. Although the hotel has free wifi, I was only able to get it in the bar/foyer area and not in my room. Slightly disappointing. Room perfectly clean and tidy. Simple and a fair price. Good stay, helpful staff. Room very clean, excellent facilities. Breakfast good and plentiful. Second stay at hotel. Wasn't expecting to have to pay a deposit of £60 on arrival, this was refunded on check out. Will use hotel again as excellent price for Liverpool.
