The hotel is of good standard, very clean and good maintained. Great breakfast. Possible to leave luggage at the hotel and take a shower if you have a late flight and spend the day in townr.

Jättefint hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fräscha rum med bra städning. Minus för poolområdet som var skymt från solen.

Ett bra hotell med närhet till Skytrain som är ett smidigt sött att färdas i Bangkok. Hotellet var ett fräscht hotell. Poolen som låg på 7:e våningen är däremot inget man badar i. Personalen var trevliga och serviceinriktade. Rummen innehöll det som utlovats.

Bodde på hotellet i två nätter. Kändes inte som ett fyrstjärnigt hotel, mer som tre stjärnor. En härlig frukost och ett stort badrum var de positiva sakerna jag tar med mig. 5 minuters gångväg till skyway där du snabbt tog dig till Siam och MBK. Annars var resten inget speciellt.

Väldigt trevlig personal i receptionen - vi fick välja rum. Mycket bra städning. Fick t o m presenter till barnen av städpersonalen. En liten överraskning som fanns på rummet när vi kom tillbaka från en dag på stan. Mycket oväntat men uppskattat. Portieren var också mycket hjälpsam och kunnig med bra engelska. Förklarade taxisystemet och rapporterade […] taxibilar som inte körde på taxameter eller vägrade ta körningar. De gav ett pålitligt och tryggt intryck av personalen och hotellet. Frukostbuffén var fantastisk med gott bröd, mycket olika sorters yoghurt, frukter, varm buffé, sallad, soppor, dumplings, omelettkock och bakverk. Finns en liten pool i anslutning till frukostmatsalen. Men den hade inte så mycket sol när vi var där (feb-mars). Det går bra att behålla rummet för en sen utcheckning mot en avgift eller använda deras SPA avdelning om man vill byta om innan en sen flygning från Bangkok. Hotellet ligger en kort promenad in från Sukhumvit. I kvarteret intill, soi 4, finns en del barer och Minimarkets med det allra nödvändigaste. Läs mer

Great hotel in city of Bkk, near skytrain and many various resturants. Very good service and they speak good english in the reception. Very good fare for this excelent hotel! This is my choice of hotel next time again!

Fancy and misleading name on rooms/suites that was of very poor standard. Photos on web did not correspond with what you got. Not even close ! A minipool with no sun, which looked fantastic on the web – hardly any chairs to sit Staff not very friendly when you wanted to change room ! Met several others in the same situation. This is a great hotel. I always stay here when in Bangkok. For the price it cannot be beaten. Great service with good size rooms and good facilities with very attentive staff. Near to BTS stations and nice restaurants. Highly recommended.

About a 3-5 min walk to the street market , 10 min walk to the sky train. Easily accessible to places . 1 block off the main road so a little quieter . Breakfast was great. Was disappointed with size of pool plus minimal sun in its location

This is a decent hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it is a short walk to the nightlife one Soi 11 etc. Also good access to the Sky train.

I am a frequent business traveller but stayed here for a personal trip with my family. The service was excellent as was the physical condition of the hotel. The daily breakfast buffet was a highlight with the whole family. If traveling with family be aware that it is very close to an adult oriented neighborhood. All in all a very good experience.

Excellent Hotel. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also in a perfect location right in Sukhumvit area. At the same time it is far enough away to get some peace and relaxation if you need it.

Lovely hotel with well above average breakfast buffet, pleasant rooms and helpful staff. First night had to be in a twin bedded room, but as promised for subsequent nights we were moved to a kingsized room. Fairly small bar and lobby area didn't encourage us to spend much time there, but the lively neighbourhood was enough of a distraction

It was My first day (ever) in Thailand, as I got to the hotel I found very courteous and helpful staff. the room was nice and clean. breakfast was decent. overall I was please with the hotel and its location. one thing that bothered was smell in the room the hotel left a note that it's due to semi annual pest control that have done. The grand majestic was a great hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Location ok near market stalls and sky train so if we used the sky train we could get to main sights. Breakfast good.

A very nice hotel with great amenities. A good value for what we paid. The staff was pleasant and organized. The breakfast buffet was awesome. It's only a few blocks away from an above ground train station. We were able to access most of our itinerary using that train system. Otherwise, the concierge would hail us a cab. With traffic, it was about […] 40 min away from Suvarnabhumi Airport. There is also a small mall a few blocks away with ATMs, general stores & Starbucks for those who need their caffeine fix. At the time of our stay, they were constructing a new restaurant in the hotel. I'm sure the hotel would have been even more beautiful had that not been going on. Läs mer

The concierge and travel service desks were particularly helpful. The breakfast buffet was magnificent and diverse. Advice from fellow travelers to upgrade to a room on a higher floor was wisely heeded.

Excellent value for money hotel. Large spacious rooms. Helpful staff . Pay for the breakfast and sit outside by the pool. In BKK for business so a short walk to the Skytrain proved to be a bonus. Good location to see the various Bangkok sights.

Hotel is located in a very convenient spot, just minutes walk from the BTS train. Food and shopping places are abundant. Hotel staff was very friendly. I needed a taxi at 4:30 AM to get to the airport and it was waiting when I came down to checkout. Room had free Internet and all the small conveniences one would expect. Arrived to find out that the room i booked was not available and would not be ready till the next day.That was the only thing that when wrong.Hotel in great location, rooms great restaurant good and the concierge is excellent where organising trips or just making sure the taxi's don't rip you off.The skytrain is at the top of the road as well.

Very nice hotel and great value for money. A good 4 star hotel. Only problem was the constant smell of adhesive in my room from the floors above/below being refurbed! Would definitely stay there again, although if there's building noise or a smell in the room next time, I would ask to change the room asap instead of hoping it would soon go away, which […] it didn't this time. One other annoyance was the amount of taxis that hang around outside the hotel. Every time you leave the hotel you have to run a gauntlet of drivers offering you their services.
