The staff was great!! Amazed by the great hospitality of all the staff members!! The concierge and receptionist were exceptional!! The in-room dining staff were fabulous and the food was GREAT!! The room was clean and the pools were heated which my kids loved! I couldn't have had a better stay!

Fint och fräscht hotell med trevlig personal. Enda nackdelarna var att Wi-Fi inte ingick och att hotellet ligger en bit från piren, där man hittar de flesta restaurangerna. På dagen är strandpromenaden fantastisk men på kvällen, i alla fall under lågsäsong, kändes det lite olustigt att gå där. Skulle trots detta gärna bo på The Waterfront Beach Resort igen.

Mycket bra alternativ! Snabbt, trådlöst wifi, fri parkering precis utanför rummet, bra frukost, trevlig personal, gym, pool, tvättmöjligheter. Nära highway. Kanske lite långt till sevärdheterna, men dte var det enda som var lite minus...Verifierad gästrecension
"Laguna Hills"
Ett litet men välskött motell strax norr om Mission Viejo. Lätt att hitta, då det ligger längs motorvägen Los Angeles-San DIego. Dock tillräckligt avskillt för att inte störas av trafiken. "Hard to find a fault, but still misses the mark"
Everyone was polite. That sums up the service. The bed was stiff as a board, and the linens were so thin I had to check twice to make sure there was actually a sheet on the bed. I guess if price is your paramount concern this is a good value. It is across the street from a fire station and the walls are thin, so don't expect to sleep in too late. "Rude customer service"
The customer service at registration was non-existent!!! I've never encountered such rudeness with checking into a hotel, especially one that was already paid for in full. "Light-hearted Southern California Motel"
Nice motel, lovely garden rooms, decent breakfast, ample parking. Don't expect much from front desk, There is a lost and never found. Housekeeping is nicely responsive. Pleasant outdoor heated pool. Great location - near every famous fast food eatery in southern California and close to many magnificent malls - from Irvine to Mission Viejo and the Laguna […] Mall is across the street. "Service above and beyond!"
The staff at Laguna Hills Lodge went above and beyond to assure our comfort. Not only are the grounds and pool meticulously maintained, but our room was spacious and clean. We had requested a ground floor room for our elderly mother. There were none available but the staff called me to let me know that they had given mom an upgraded room right next […] to the elevator! "clean room but average service"
The Room was very clean and room service was excellent and breakfast was good but the coin-operated laundry and dryer are only 2 to serve 121 rooms which was pathetic and one of them was out of order ,in addition the pool was dirty .we complained about the laundry and the pool ,they apologized and cleaned the pool once after the complain but did nothing […] about the laundry .Their response to the complain really made us think twice before we refer anyone to the hotel or come back again. "Great value"
We have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times in the past 3 years and have always been very happy with our stays. The staff are always courteious and helpful. We think it is a great value and particularly enjoy having a refrigerator, microwave oven and safe. "Location Great and Very Clean"
I enjoyed my stay at the Laguna Hills Lodge. The only problem I had was when we checked in.. The gentlemen that checked us in wasn't the friendliest.. Once we got in the room we were happy. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Was nice to have breakfast there in the morning but wished they had a waffle machine, then it would be tops.. "OK, but nothing special"
The Laguna Hills Lodge served our needs for this trip, with a couple of caveats. The beds were just passable - I did OK, but it was very uncomfortable for my wife. Secondly, the walls/ceilings did nothing to dampen sound. It was not a huge issue - no late night partying etc. - but a bit annoying to hear everyone's conversations. Great location, right in the middle of town next to the City Hall. Close to restaurants, shops and highway yet hotel setting is tranquil, relaxing and quiet. Nice landscaping with lots of plants and flowers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are well decorated and clean although the bathroom is a bit on the small side. "Not bad"
Location was decent. Next to Laguna hills mall which is the mall time forgot! The rooms were old but at least clean. The whole place needs a update! Inside the rooms the decor was from the 60's or 70's and the AC machine was really loud! Tip, if asked garden view...it doesn't matter! "Cannot Believe how rude the front desk staff are.."
Stayed here again as the location is convenient to visiting relatives. This is not the first time that one of the front desk staff was appalling. Three groups of people were checking in at 2:45 (check in is at 3) all of a sudden I heard one of the front desk agents tell a gentleman who had been checking in, " You know Sir, it's ONLY 2:45. Check in is […] NOT TIL 3,." (15 minutes early? seriously you are giving him attitude for that? I have stayed in many other hotels, sometimes checking in at noon if a room is available) " You don't have to be rude!" She proceeded to turn her back on him, give a audible snort. Meanwhile this man was standing there with two children, and I was not far away from him, I am sure I would have heard him being rude. My jaw DROPPED as did my families. This is not the first time I have witnessed completely unprofessional behavior here. Unacceptable in my days of customer SERVICE. The place okay, the location convenient, but wow, if I had a choice I would not stay here just because of the staff. I have stayed at worse hotels with 1000 times better customer service. I'm always nervous trying to book a hotel in a place I've never been and am very picky about a place being clean, but I felt that the reviews were consistent enough that this would work for us.
