Hotel was a great stay-over for my business trip.

The hotel was clean and in good shape. It is just off HWY 65 which is convenient and I did not notice any noise in the room from highway traffic. It is located on the back side of a mall so it cannot be seen from the road when you come in from the south which was a little confusing. The tub had a strong shower head. checked in late. Room was clean beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good. Ha a little trouble finding motel? GPS lead us to Dillards, but it is behind the shopping center? could use some good signage?

Hotel was clean and quiet, even though it was very busy. I was checked-in in less than a minute from the time I walked into the lobby. Good breakfast and easy to get back on the road. Rates for this Holiday Inn Express are also cheaper than other HIE hotels I've used. I'll stay here again if I'm in town.

Only spent one night, better than average for a chain hotel. Standard type breakfast included.

We paid for a suite that would accommodate 3 adults and two children (a 17-year old and a 5-year old). The suite had two double/full beds and a sofa. However, after we returned from visiting the friends that we had traveled over 1000 miles to visit, and were preparing for bed at midnight, we found that the sofa did not have a bed. When we called the […] front desk and requested a roll away bed, we were informed that there was none - not that none were available - that they had none. So, we feel that we paid for something we did not get. The youngest slept with her mother while one of the older guests slept on the too-short sofa with no bedding. I do not expect that we will ever stay at a Holiday Inn again. Very disappointed. Also, absent the lack of bedding, this facility is located on mall property which appears to be virtually defunct. There is a gasoline station nearby and one or two fast food restaurants adjacent, but the area is sparsely populated by people or businesses. Felt very isolated. Hard to find. Third floor was 80 degrees. Clerk didn't understand how to check us in. In room air conditioner barely worked. Kept it at the coolest setting and the highest fan the whole time we were there. It was barely cool enough to sleep and this after spending the day at the ball park!

The Motel is fairly new,and has been well kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The price was more than other places in Pine Bluff,but the location was perfect for our needs.

The service and comfort of the room was outstanding. It was located close to a mall, restaurants, Walmart, & etc. It is family friendly and is also couple friendly. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking all my future trips to this hotel.

My Wife, daughter, dog & self stayed 3 nights. Room was great, The staff & service was excellent, but the free breakfast was the best I had from any hotel chain. If in town again, we will stay here.
