Ingen städning på detta hotell. Handukar fick man byta ut själv. Frukost bestod av en vagn i lobbyn med kaffe ovh muffins.

"Mislead into thinking the king suite was better"
The staff and the cleanliness of the room were fantastic, however, the room that I got was not the same room that was described in the pictures. It was the king suite but did not have a pass through from the bathtub to the living area, it did not have a hot tub like the picture shows, there was a microwave and fridge but no plates, silverware, or stove. […] Fairly disappointing considering the girlfriend and I had purchased items for breakfast in the morning and had no way to cook them. If not for the friendly staff, I would have considered leaving. Very comfortable and attractive room; much nicer than comparably-priced competitors. In fact, for me, only a larger standalone shower would make it any better. Quick check-in and checkout. Adequate parking. Good location, near to everything. One and only complaint...where's the pork? Breakfast was carbo-carbo-carbo; bagels, cereal, cinnamon rolls, toast, […] pancakes, biscuits & gravy??? This is California, not the southeast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, the bed really comfortable, and very conveniently located - close to many amenities. The bathroom was really clean, and the shower was wonderful! We were pleasantly surprised at how very quiet our room was. The only noise we ever noticed was a very faint sound of an occasional train, […] which we rather enjoyed! The breakfast was very nice and the lady that was taking care of it went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of - stopping by our tables to see if we needed anything else. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The only issue we had was that the hair dryer in our room did not work, but that was very minor and we reported it to the front desk and they assured us it would be taken care of. Hotel was pretty good until checkout. I was charged 250.00 for smoking I let them know that I do not smoke and I never have they said the said smelt smoke. Excellent service, front desk very, very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding , beds and pillows very comfortable and we tend to be kind of picky. Breakfast food and service was very good, they even have a lady standing by to assist you if you happen to need something. We were unaware of the quality found in a Holiday Inn […] Express hotel. We have stayed at the Crown Plaza hotels and some other 4 star hotels and this particular hotel met our expectations and more. If all their hotels are similar, we will be booking the majority of our stays with them, as a way of loyalty to good service and truthfullness in the way the hotel was described. They are up there with the 3 star hotels, at least at his particular location. We will stay there again and again and again. They have gained 2 very satisfied customers.
