Hotell Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kendall - South Miami

This was a very clean hotel. The bed were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Highly Recommended!!!!

will definitly be staying here again. The rooms were clean and neat. the heated pool a bonus with a toddler. the breakfast was really really awesome. the staff were very helpful. location was great for us. cloe to family and friends and close to Turn pike. enjoyed our stay!!!!

My stay was short, I got lost, call the hotel and the guy @ front desk guide me, he was excellent!!!! Room, bathroom, breakfast everything was clean neat and professional... I absolutely will stay again!! Best location ever!!!!

Hotel was a little further out than expected to the other shopping areas, but it was quite peaceful and relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again in the future.

I was very surprised by this booking. It was a well matained establishement. I was lucky enough to get a suite at no extra cost. Only complain is there's not much arround and need a car to move. But that's prettu much anywhere in FL.

4 night stay for a good price. House keeping did a nice job refreshing toiletries etc. Tv included with a long list of HD channels. Breakfast was incl and there was always free fruit or cookies for guests. Enough gym equipment for 2 at a time. Vending machine and ice on each floor.

Very good, the front desk workers were very polite and helpful,awesome breakfast. The hotel was very clean.But I think they should offer more than 1 set of towels per guest for 3 days! not enough,but overall was good.

Upon arriving very late overnight, the hotel staff was extremely accommodating in making sure I had everything I needed and that my early morning departure was trouble free. I've stayed here a couple times and will continue to stay here when I'm in town. I work all over Miami and its centrally located. The hotel is clean and bright and just as you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. They have a great little exercise room too. The only problem we incurred was we requested a disabled room as my wife isin a wheel chair. While they did not have a disabled room available they did go out of their way to get a shower chair for my wife's use.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for two days while we were driving to Key West and back. Simply stated, it's a excellent hotel, clean, modern, with spacious rooms. Absolutely up to Holiday Inn standards that you would expect at any Holiday Inn hotel. Check-in was quick and pleasant. Can't ask for more than that. The rooms were quiet and we were spared […] having to hear any loud conversations coming from adjoining rooms. Especially noteworthy was the hot breakfast. I loved it! Eggs, sausage and much more. Families would love this place. If there were any cons, it would be the air conditioner...probably not the quietest unit in the world. But we were tired enough to sleep right through it. Hotel was very clean. Rooms were nice sized. Comfortable. we had 2 adults and two teenagers and were very comfortable in the room. Small work out room but served the purpose. Breakfast buffet was average but included in the price so definitely a plus.

Staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful . Hotel room was spacious but it is not very modern and seems dated. We spent two nights at the hotel and found that everything rated above was great! I also found the laundry facility was also very useful, especially when traveling with children. The location was also great for shopping etc. Loved and enjoyed our stay. Keep up the good work.

The hotel is a great value for the money and location. It is conveniently located near the Miami Zoo and there are many restaurants in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative would be that there wasn't enough staff during breakfast.

My wife and the kids and I were in Miami for a funeral. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and called us shortly after we went up to our room to make sure we were okay.
