Good value and convenience.

The Hotel itself was nice, clean and a nice location. That is a good start! The Front desk person was unfriendly, had an atittude and didn't even where a name badge!!! Note to the management team............. HIRE team members who at least smile!!!! The Front desk person was also misleading, not only to us but other guests as well. She tells you as […] you check in, brekfast is served from 7-10. Well the way it sounded was that it was included. Breakfast was NOT included. After you eat they present you with a bill?? Really??? No one let us know............ no signage !!!! The servers do not seat you or let you know either. Then we overheard another guests complain to management about the same thing and the Manager stated it is your fault for not understanding. Again, as mangement you would think they would at least apologize for the inconvience and try to correct the situation. In addition the service was slow and the food was not very good. It's sad that such a nice looking hotel has such a poor team . Please have your staff where name badges and treat your guests with more respect. Again, remember your Front Desk person is the first impression your guests see and that reflects the image of your Hotel. Läs mer

Wow, we couldn't believe how large our room was. It was amazing. And the bed was sooo comfortable. Wow, great. Thank you so much. It was a great experience for us. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel was right off 9A which made it convenient to get around the area. although in a residential area (Apartments) it was very close to a shopping area with restaurants. It was modern clean and upscale! room wasn't really big, but very nice with great furnishings and flat screen TV and internet! Everything I needed. This hotel was great and my stay was great as well. No problems coming in and leaving out. Will come again anytime.

We stayed on a fri nite & this is a business hotel. After arriving we were hungey and the bar area served food, the food was hot & good and the service was excellent. For breakfast the next day they didn't have a buffet but we were allowed to pick a menu item for our included breakfast. We were taking a cruise out of Jax and this hotel was 15 mins away […] and an easy ride. Läs mer

it is difficult to navigate into the hotel - need some signs at exits and intersections also disapointed that we were not informed about the breakfast procedure - was not aware that we needed a voucher for the buffet or that we could order from a menu since we did not have vouchers. The breakfast buffet was definitely not worth what we paid, no hot […] eggs or breakfast meat. Läs mer

Most aspects of the hotels were good. However, the internet connectivity was awful.

the room was the largest i have ever stayed in..very clean,and the best buffet breakfast we ever had. only a short distance to the mayo clinic. would recommend it to my friends and family.

Great place to stay. But no complimentary breakfast..

A brand new hotel, pool and gym, free WiFi and within two miles of my son's family residence. What more could you ask for.

The hotel was easy to find, it's surrounded by plenty of places to eat & shop. The staff was great & the hotel was as described. I would definitely stay here again. The hot breakfast wasn't to bad and I LOVE the breakfast to go brown bags they had at the front desk!

Everything about this hotel was just as described and it was definitely worth the price.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It was so quiet and clean. The location was great. I felt very safe. Check-in was fast and easy. The staff was polite and friendly. It even smelled good!

This was my first stay at a holiday inn in a long time. But i must say i was very pleased and impressed with this location. A little hard to find at night buy WORTH your trouble. Rated as a three star property should be a four. Secluded but not far from several shops etc. I havde already recommended to friends....The Lobby, rooms etc were very clean […] and spacious. It was a wonderful hotel, well-maintained and accomodating. While located away from Jacksonville's center, the hotel's location added to its feeling of privacy and security. The price was extremely reasonable and helped my husband and I save money while enjoying a stay in a comfortable, attractive hotel. For the price and locale you can't beat it

Apart from being a little hard to find this was a fantastic hotel. The service was phenominal and the rooms large and clean. The beds were way above average and the free wi-fi made the day as this was a business trip. I will stay here when ever I am in the area

This hotel is new and well maintained. My room was very nice and tastefully furnished. The hotel is somewhat hard to find off Baymeadows and 9A -- although it is very visible from 9A you have to take a circuitous route to get to it off Bay Meadows. The bar and restaurant are very small (both are staffed by the same one person ... who apparently does […] the cooking too. I stayed 4 nights in this hotel, gone most of the day, so wanted a safe, clean room at a good value. This hotel hits the mark. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing particularly fancy, but great for an affordable stay. Nice fitness room.

Not like any Holiday Inn I have been in over the years. And Linda in the restaurant/bar makes the best Margarita in the world! Double yum!

The facility was new, well-kept and had refrigerator and micro wave in the room. The room is similar to some that I paid much more for. I was impressed with the no-smoking policy and the additional pillows on the bed.

Nothing worse than a hotel with unruly kids. I normally will not darken the door of a Holiday Inn, but this one is nearly as nice as any Boutique Hotel I have stayed in up and down the coast. We are regulars in Jacksonville, stayed at the Omni and Hyatt, at more than double the cost, but this Holiday Inn is extremely nice. This hotel is fairly new. Everything was in top condition. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Did not eat in the restaurant... too pricey. The hotel was relatively close to two or three shopping centers. With all this though...I would probably stay in St Augustine next time since Jacksonville is not a tourist area.

This is the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. It is new and very, very nice. The kingsize bed was heavenly. I definately recommend staying here. Plus the price can not be beat.

Nice place in some ways, but for the money, not worth it. In my oppinion, a family would be better off going to one of the hotels that is priced almost the same, but includes free breakfast. My sone got the kids pancake breakfast. The pancakes were TINY.
