Hotell Hampton Inn Pendleton - Pendleton

This Hampton Inn is on a little hill off I-84. Very convenient location with good parking. Upon first entering, there is a side table with tea, coffee and snacks. However, the first person we saw at the front desk (this was around 7ish) was a young man who didn't say, "Hello" or "Welcome!" or "Good evening." He only said in a dry, impatient voice, "Reservations?" […] Check in was fast, thankfully. It was a bad first impression. Our room was extremely clean. The swimming pool is small and there was no water in the hot tub so we didn't use those facilities, although I wish we could have. Breakfast the next day was more than adequate, with sausage, scrambled eggs, cereals, pastries, etc. Everyone else we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. Without a discount or Rewards $ to apply, the hotel is a bit pricey, but would stay here again if in the area and the price was discounted. Läs mer

I've stayed at surrounding hotels on prior trips, so I have something to compare to. I had never stayed at this place before but found a terrific rate on the web. This hotel was cheaper, quieter, cleaner, and just generally better maintained than the other hotels that I stayed in nearby. Great Hotel - clean, and very comfortable. Beds and linens were excellent.Complimentary breakfast was very good quality and a wide selection of offerings. Location of the hotel provided for easy access off the interstate and there was adequate facilities for fuel and dining within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

I was really looking forward to this stay. The reviews made is sound fabulous. However, we were disappointed. Pros: A couple of things were good. They allowed my sons to go soak in the hot tub after hours, since my son had a football injury that needed the hot water. Also, the room was clean and orderly. I loved the clean duvets and the pillows were […] comfortable. Cons: The rooms are very small. If you have four people needing to get ready in the morning, the design of the room sucks! The sink, mirrors, toilet, and shower are all in one enclosed room, so it is only convenient for one person to get ready at a time. Even the hair dryer and coffee makers are in there! VERY inconvenient! Also, the internet was VERY slow, whether using the Wi-Fi or the internet cable. My son didn't even have fast enough internet reception to do his homework! Happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Could have done with a fridge in the room, but other than that, all was well. Breakfast offered a nice selection of good foods. I would chose Hampton Inns again for sure.

Spiffy clean and specious room, friendly service - we had an excellent experience at the Hampton Inn in Pendleton, Oregon. We would definitely stay there again if we should travel that way in the future.

Nice hotel, only far away from the Historic part of Pendleton and restaurants! Pool is small, but works for kids. Breakfast is ok The guy behind the reception did not seem to like his work, I asked him a couple of questions and he gave me the feeling that I should not ask anything but just keep my mouth shut and go to my room.

This hotel served us well both visits. Young staff a little aloof at checkin when they are together, separately they are more personable and welcoming. The bathrooms could not be smaller! Rest of room was clean and fine. Great linens!!!!!

Everything was awesome! Service was great. Just one issue and it was not the fault of the hotel.....internet and all Credit Card Services were down due to fiber optic cable was cut. Spa and pool were excellent. Loved the nice hot breakfast.

I stayed at the Hamptons inn Pendleton for two nights in April. The cleanliness of the room was fantastic, and there was absolutely no stale odor in the room - possibly because of the new construction. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean and luxurious. The complementary breakfast was fantastic in quality and with reasonable choices. What […] I liked most though, was the service. I was able to get an early check-in, an late check-out, and on the morning of the day I was to leave, I even got access to the breakfast about 20 minutes earlier than the 6AM start. Very friendly and helpful staff - cheers to you! Only downside I saw was the light road noise as my unit was facing the freeway. This wasn't loud enough to wake me up (and I am a light sleeper), but you could hear it in the background if you are up. If I am traveling through this area again and need a stop over, I am defenitely staying here. Läs mer

Clean comfortable hotel. We were located next to gym and staff room and there was loud music at times and a lot of doors opening and closing. Staff were very friendly and I would stay again but request to not be in the same location.

I travel quite frequently across the US and have stayed at many places...this Hampton Inn was great. Comfy beds, nice and clean, friendly staff and very convenient. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. It was just okay and had variety, but not the best meal. But...considering everything else...I would stay here again!

Overall it is a was a nice place to stay. Spent two night there. Downside, if you need to use the desk, you probably need to be around 6ft 5in. or taller. The chair provided has no height to it. I am 6ft tall and felt like little kid sitting the big table. I'm not sure if the hotel has a full-time maintenance staff. The last morning there, it was freezing rain and no sand, salt or anything was applied to the sidewalks and you pretty much slid to your vehicle, that is, if you didn't fall on your buttocks. This hotel is easy to find (it can be seen from I-84) and the front desk staff is gracious and welcoming. We appreciated the tea in the lobby and the wonderful breakfast the next morning. Although we enjoyed the breakfast room, we noticed there is a "grab and go" option for travelers who don't have time to sit down for breakfast - sack lunches with […] guests names on them were at the front desk, which is a very nice touch. We also liked the pool, and the photo's in the elevators and on the room numbers for each room. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious and attractive, and the bathroom was clean with nice amenities. Three things could have been better: 1. the carpet in the room's entryway is a bit worn and tired. 2. there are scuff marks on the lower side of the shower stall which could be removed. 3. ask for a room which is not on the freeway side of the hotel - 100's of trucks go up that hill during the night. This is a comfortable, clean, and accomodating hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room and hotel were very neat and clean. The breakfast was very satisfactory. The room was not supplied with a microwave or refridgerator which was an inconvenience for us. Nice place to stay.
