It was good, a container of food from last guest was in refrigerator. Other than that no problem.

Very satisfied with our room. Rate was reasonable. Staff was friendly and breakfast area was nice. Room was large with full refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The room needed a table for eating. The room A/C was turned-off on arrival so the room had a slight musty smell until A/C had been on for awhile. From the rude indifference at check in, to the horrible breakfast and the dirty room it was a bad experience.

great location off the interstate personable staff , helpful and friendly not my first Hawthorn, but will be back to this location great hospitality

Light above the coffee area was out and it made it hard to see in this area. Overall cleanliness and accommendations were satisfactory.

We had a basketball tournament for the weekend and checked in after 10pm. When we checked in both of tvs were not working. Asked the desk did they have another room which he stated they were booked for that night. Asked to speak to manager but they wouldn't be in till Monday(Josh). The next morning went to front desk and ask for another room and explained […] the situation and she was very helpful she changed out the room for another one. The night time came and the pull out sofa had old dirty sheets attached to the bed. Told the front desk and she gave us (Josh's) number. This was the worst experience ever. The complimentary breakfast was not according to advertising. The juice maker wasn't working. Cart of clothes was in the hallway in front of elevator and vending machines. Never plan on going back. The hotel service and staff was great. Everyone was very kind and helpful.The location to Ft.Gordan ,shopping and eating was only minutes away.

On the second day of my stay after Thanksgiving I decided to sleep in late. Because I put a Privacy card on my door until I was ready for cleaning, I was told they were short staff and my room was not clean when I return. I ask for a change of room and was told that was not thier policy. Needless to say I was not happy in my unclean room all night. […] The next day I was told by another hotel clerk that I should have been given another room and the general managers name and number to call. This hotel had us a little worried when we saw the outside of it. We decided to check the room before we made our final decision. Best choice we ever made! When we got to the room, it was immaculate! There were two rooms, a huge bathroom, a full size fridge, and everything was beautiful! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the […] Augusta area. Good price for such a spacious room. Great location, not far from Fort Gordon or the Augusta Mall. My kids and I enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was very nice, way more than my husband and I expected for the price. Our King suite had a living rooom, kitchenette and a bedroom in a separate room with a door. Would recommend, and we will be staying again. We have stayed in many hotels that were suppose to be more stars but this hotel holds its own with the more pricier more star hot […] els. Läs mer

Very close to Ft. Gordon. Extremely clean, updated rooms including full fridge, safe, coffee maker, microwave and blow dryer. Would most definitely stay here again.

This hotel was so convenient and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchenette was a welcome feature. Beds were very comfortable and having a sitting area was a big plus!! Very convenient location. Near shopping, dining establishments and major places of interest. Would definitely choose this location for my next visit to the area.

The staff was helpful in letting us know about the area that we will be relocating to and making our stay in the hotel pleasant. Bernice was especially knowledgable and friendly. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. If you stay here, know that the coffee in the breakfast room is always available (I figured that out the day I checked out). […] Also, there may be a special night where free beverages are served for a limited time. Be sure to inquire about this because we missed it by 15 minutes and I really could've used an adult beverage after looking at 30 houses. Also, if stying multiple nights, don't forget to turn your door card to "service please." I forgot to do this but asked somebody in housekeeping on my way out and she said she would take care of it, but must've forgotten. Only there 1 night but definitely enjoyed the stay. I would stay again when in that area, hoping to enjoy more of what the hotel offers with a longer stay.

The hotel and staff were very nice! The outside of the building looked a little run-down, but the room was delightful. I will definitely stay again!

We had to change room, problems w/shower, and they gave us smoking section, even do we had request NO SMOKING.

This place was very nice. Comfortable and roomy. The grounds and building were well maintained -- like a new build. I will definetely stay again.
