Hotell Regency Inn & Suites - Crestview

Clean room. Breakfast provided. Internet connections did not work very well. WIFI connection did not work at all.

Holes in the ceiling, mold in the fridge and shower and a terrible stink in the room overall. Butts up to a degraded trailer park...doesn't feel safe.

Rooms are a bit old, but my stay was comfortable.

Our greeting was very professional and our reserved room had to be changed to meet our accommodation needs but this was done expediently. It was raining when we arrived, there was no lightning or thunder in the area but the pool was still locked. The next morning glass was found in the pool so we were still not allowed access to it. This was our ONLY […] disappointment. Management has a very limiting pool policy but that could be due to insurance regulations and can not be helped. The breakfast was quite good but the first day (Sunday) food was limited but the second day when breakfast was more important to us, we got all we wanted and the breakfast was VERY good. The hotel seemed quite run down and in need of a little TLC. The room smelled quite musty. The wifi was very poor and could hardly work. There were too few towels in the bathroom. The front desk staff did not even look at me when I checked in although later did call to check on whether the room was OK.

The rooms need to be updated, the refrigerator was moldy and cleaned out. There were no towels in the room. The ironing board was broken. The outside window hadn't been cleaned properly and the toilet had pea on it and the linens on the bed were probably not cleaned from the last guests, there were cob webs on the ceiling and in the corners. Hotel was not clean enough. Ice bucket had water in it. Pillows were stained and nasty. Had to go and buy more. Towels were dingy. Had to go and buy more.

hotel was 30 minutes from beaches, next to interstate. Great restruants nearby.

the woman at the check in desk was super nice, but as for the other employees, they were very rude. and we got in our room, looked nice and clean but then walked in the bathroom and the floor was sticky... gross... will not go here again...

If you need a place to stay in Crestview, Fl great place. very comfortable, clean and staff was very friendly.

The only thing I kinda disliked about the hotel is when we went to their breakfast buffet, the lady in charge of the food, was watching everyone, making sure we all sign in on a sheet with our room # and our names and the # of guests and ALSO she made sure NO ONE left that dining area with coffee or anything in their hands, I understand there are rules […] to follow, but coffee??? c'mon, I thought it was a bit too much, somehow exagerated, not only that, but she NEVER once greeted any one, I, myself had to say Good Morning! after answering her that I had signed in when she asked me about it.
