Vi stannade på detta flygplatshotell en dag istället för att stressa ned till kusten redan på ankomstdagen. Hotellet är rent och snyggt. Servicen oklandring men möjligtvis något opersonlig och man var oväntat dåliga på engelska i receptionen. Vilket förvisso är ganska vanligt i Thailand. Hotellet är ju inklämt mellan motorvägarna till och från flygplatsen så omgivningen var väl inte så trevlig. Poolen var dock fin och ren så där stannade vi för att vila upp oss. Vi skulle gärna bo här igen om flygtiderna var de samma nästa gång.

Hotellet alldeles utmärkt, fräscha fina rum utmärkt service. Poolområdet fantastiskt bra, men en stor besvikelsevar frukosten , all maten var slut när vi kom , ljudnivån förfärlig ..restaurangen verkat rejält underbemannad med tanke på hur stort hotel det är. Men trots allt så återkommer vi mer än gärna.

Det är en mycket trevlig hotel, bra läge och kommunikation, internet/WI-Fi funkaar inte om man bor högt upp, väldig svag signal. Bra service och personalen var toppen.

"Fantastisk service och atmosfär"
Vi bodde två nätter på hotellet och var positivt överraskade. Vi valde faktiskt hotellet, i det enorma utbud som finns i Bangkok, pga av andra gästers recensioner om frukost och service och det stämde till punkt och pricka! Frukosten var fantastisk, ett utbud som var överväldigande och hög kvalitet på allt. Servicen var oklanderlig på hotellet och […] rummen härligt utformade. Det enda som man kan ha synpunkter på är att Internet inte var gratis på rummen, endast i lobby och allmänna utrymmen. Vi utnyttjade också fitness rummet, fullservice även där med personal som delade ut vatten och kalla handdukar, liksom vid poolen. "Modernt trendigt hotell"
Trevligt inrett rum med häftigt badrum. Något hård och stum säng. Poolområde med sol till ungefär 16.00. Stor frukostbuffe. Något lite frukostpersonal så påfyllning av maten fallerade ibland. "Le Meridien Bangkok - Best breakfast ever!!"
Modern and urbanly chic 5 * hotel in the midst of hectic Bangkok. The atmosphere at the hotel feels somehow quite european/western and therefore everytime you step outside of the hotel, it comes like a surprise that you're actually in Bangkok. That suited me more than well 'cause I wasn't that fond of Bangkok. The staff, like in all the Le Meridien […] hotels I have stayed at, is very helpfull and friendly. The facilities feel fresh and the hotel breathes high quality all the way from the lobby to the guestrooms and to the fitness centre and pool area. This hotel was the last one out the eight 5* hotels we stayed at during our trip and we felt more than satisfied with our choice. Had maybe the best slept night of our trip in the very comfortable bed. Can mention that the hotel includes 24/7 gym and that is always appreciated by a actively training folks. The best part of the hotel is still after all this the BREAKFAST. It is at the least to say the best breakfast I have ever had, and I stay only in 5* hotels and travel frequently. The selection is so wide that one can maybe taste everything during one morning but then you're already so full that you can forget to actually start eating the things you liked the most. And in this case the quantity doesn't mean less quality, vice versa. Absolutely top of the line was the waffles, home made ice cream (yes, ice cream at the breakfast) and fresh coconuts and the sublime selection of fresh fruits. For a first time visit in Bangkok this is the ideal hotel. It's located about a 10 minute walk to the sky train and you're surrounded by street food, bars, and other conveniences (like getting laundry done for dirt cheap)! Not a 5 star hotel. I was having breakfast a breakfast buffet with grill stations and the grill cook and staff refused to let me cook the salmon sashimi. This is ridiculous , why does it matter if I eat my fish raw or cooked? This is not 5 star service. You are just being cheap trying to make people eat as little salmon as possible by only serving it […] raw and the price for Sunday Brunch was $87.00, this is absurd behavior at this price point . "Oasis in Sodom and Gomorrah..."
Clean organized well kept hotel. Location was questionable but it was like an oasis in the middle of Sodom and Gomorrah... Professional friendly staff with welcome frapaccino upon arrival which was nice touch. Room was clean and modern and well decorated in a chic fashion. Hop across the street and lots of cheap interesting food to taste. Shopping street […] about a block away which seems to disappear and reappear every night. Tips on bargaining: they start up high, so counter at quarter of asking price then raise a bit more and start to walk away and they will drag you back where you can really bargain. Foot massage was great, Thai massage was painful but good. They expect tip for massage, so plan on 20% tip. Try the local noodle soup, ignore the surroundings (my friend was clean freak and was not enjoying) and focus on the food and taste. Love this hotel. It is modern, slick, small and comfortable and the service from most at the hotel is beyond superb. I personally love the Latitude coffee shop to work and the staff are so kind and considerate. We love this hotel! The moment we checked-in, we felt that we are already well taken-cared of. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always there when we need help or something. It seemed that they have very limited working space to do work effectively at the front desk. (1) We booked 2 rooms but no welcome drink given. We saw other check-in guests had when we went out after putting our luggages. (2) Our rooms were not cleaned/packed after a day. At check out after 2 nites stay, i was then told that there's this Green Programme […] or something that offers a drink voucher in exchange of not cleaning which we were, obviously, not told. (3) I didnt have my newspaper hung at the door while the other room has one. I'm surprised for a 5 star hotel that's rather disorganized. (4) Try turning the shower knob with only half a cm of button jutting out while you are soaped up & u'll probably be agitated that u cant turn the water on. it's so tight. I recently stayed at this hotel with friends. We had stayed before when the hotel was quite new. This stay was also pleasant and the staff are friendly and professional. They also serve great coffee if that's your thing. My friend really enjoyed her spa treatments. Good breakfast, though one morning had to ask 3 times for tea. Food could have been replenished […] faster at breakfast. Music in public areas, especially in hallways on guest floors is way way too loud. Conceirge and guys on front door always helpful. Like that they give you a taxi slip with rego number on it. Showing some signs of wear and tear like stained carpet in public area. All in all a great hotel for the price. I would recommend. Holel is clean and well designed. The staff are friendly and helpfull. Hotel is located close to major shopping centre. Many good sevices are offered by hotel.
