Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Hotellet levde upp till det som utlovades i beskrivningen. trevligt rum med kylskåp och kaffebryggare. Mysig utemiljö med pool, hottub och lägereld, flera bord etc... Lagom promenadavstånd till Sonoma Square, gratis parkering, vacker inramning av Sonoma Mountains. Vi kommer att återvända och då stanna flera dagar. Frukosten var helt ok, även om den serverades på engångstallrikar etc.

En jättemysigt B&B, kul med en varningsskylt att boendet sker på egen risk pga något skadligt i huset. Men en eller två nätter funkar. Supertrevliga, god frukost och bra läge!

"Great Hotel!"
We were in town to see our youngest son who plays golf for GCU and was able to book a room in this same hotel that the team was staying in. We splurged and went for the Jr Suite and boy what a beautiful room for the price - $ well spent! Hilton Garden Inn is an excellent choice in Fairfield,CA. Nice rooms, good service, and a convenient location. A bit noisy due to the amount of guests but nothing that would've prevented a relaxing night. Breakfast buffet was delicious as well.

It did it's job - we had somewhere to sleep and bathe. Nothing special or fancy. The epitome of average - which can be a good thing if that's all you are after (like we were).

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Large, comfortable lobby w/ adjoining restaurant. Room was good sized and comfortable, however the SelectComfort bed would not adjust. Slept great, notwithstanding. My only complaint is with the restaurant staff. I planned on eating there the evening I arrived. The sign up front asked that I wait to be […] seated. Several staff members passed by, without acknowledging me or offering to seat me. They were not overly busy and there were pleny of available seats. Eventually, I left and ate at a nearby restaurant. Getting driving instructions was a bit "iffy", but the hotel satisfied our needs in every other way. The parking weas excellent, the room was just right and very clean and comfortable, the service at breakfast was excellent and was very convenient. I made our reservations (2) via the telephone number on my computer, which did not specify the AAA and […] senior discounts available. Had a great two day stay, enjoyed the surrounding area witht the stores, restaurants and convenience to the freeway. My room faced the freeway and with the window open it was noisy.

I,VE STAYED AT THIS HILTON PREVIOUSLY AND FOUND THE SERVICE EXCELLENT. HOWEVER THIS WAS NOT MY MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE. WE CHECKED IN EARLY ABOUT 2AM 5/29/11. WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA DAY AT THE SAME RATE WE GOT FROM HOTELS.COM . THIS DID NOT SEEM UNREASONABLE HOWEVER NOW I LOOK AT CHARGES LEVIED AGAINST MY CREDIT CARD WHICH […] FAR EXCEED WHAT I WAS QUOTED AT CHECK IN. ALSO THE MAID SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. WE EXITED THE ROOM ABOUT 10 AM UPON OUR RETURN ABOUT 3 PM THE ROOM WAS NOT YET SERVICED. WE NOTIFIED GUEST SERVICES AND STILL NO TIMELY RESPONSE NOT UNTIL MY WIFE ANGRY AND UPSET BY NOW CONTACTED A MAID IN THE HALL AND INSISTED THAT OUR ROOM BE CLEANED. THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF SET ABOUT CLEANING THE ROOM AND SUGGESTED THAT WE CHANGE ROOMS TO ONE ALREADY CLEANED. WE TRANSFERRED ROOMS ONLY TO FIND THIS ONE HAD NO TOWELS TOILET PAPER OR SOAP. "Good Location"
This hotel was in a good location for what we needed. Comfortable room and very clean.
"Not The Best..."
I reserved a double bed room about 3 weeks in advance, upon arrival was booked into a king room. I called the front desk and was informed that the only room they could offer me was a king with a pull out couch. There were NO sheets/blankets/pillows on the pull out couch and when I called the front desk it took a good 30 minutes to get a pair of sheets, […] two pillows and a duvet cover?? Apparently there were no blankets to be found in the entire hotel... we could also hear people running up and down the halls, slamming doors on the floor above us and talking loudly outside our room till at least 1:30 am. On the second day of our stay we went to the ICE cold pool where a maintenance guy told us that they had just fixed the heater. There was also a lot of debris floating in the pool. On the day of our checkout, we were woken up around 8am by the sound of a weedwacker. Our room was facing the back of the hotel and there was also a lot of traffic noise. "An Excellent Experience All Around"
My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at Fairfield CA. was as close to perfect as one could expect. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the restaurant was great. I would definitely come back again and commend hotel management for running a fine establishment. Thank you!

Had to stay here for one night for my girlfriends cosmetology test... Easily the nicest place to stay in the city of fairfiled. Gave the service a 4 because a member of the staff gave some misinformation that impacted the beginning of the day negatively, but nothing catostrophic. Staff was very friendly. Comfort didn't get a five star rating because […] the bed was good but not great and the pillows were also good but not great. If you need to stay in the area, I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn, prices are comparable to other places in the area.... At the most you may pay an extra twenty or so dollars for a whole lot more that the competetors can offer. They are also located a walking distance away from a movie theater, plenty of dining and lots of shopping . Läs mer

Probably the nicest hotel in the Fairfield area. Good location near the freeway and shopping area nearby. I would stay again in the future.

Room was on the freeway side of the hotel, was pretty noisy. AC was loud and kept waking me up. It was close to the place that I was going the next day so it was convenient, there is a mall and plenty of restaraunts nearby. Just expected a little bit more comfort for the price that I paid

Good option than staying directly in Napa Valley. Nice breakfast buffet available (not included but not expensive).
