Stayed here several different times. Always clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff is very helpful

Super nice, awesome cold and hot breakfast. Clean inside&out. Beautiful pool & gorgeous fireplace next yo pool!!!! We r coming back next month and already booked hotel for July can't wait! !!!

This Hampton Inn is not the best I've ever stayed in, but it was clean and quiet and good for a weekend stay. The staff were nice, and the hotel is convenient both to the highway and to the local historic district. Breakfast was pretty good; very typical of this type of hotel.

Easy to get to off I-10. Very clean and new or recently updated. Rooms were adequate size, well appointed and beds very comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast.

This hotel was very nice. The king suite was large and comfortable. Being s "green" hotel, the room temperature warmed up while we were out for the evening, so the room was a bit stuffy upon return. TV remote needed fresh batteries. Good coffee in the lobby.

Rented 2 rooms and one was fine. The other room (the TV didn't work). My daughterinlaw told me that she found strange hair in the bed sheets, telling me that the sheets were not changed after the previous occupent left. Ask for another room and was denied another room. It was late at night and I guess they didn't have another room to give us. My kids […] had to sleep in a dirty bed. Läs mer

Beautiful place. Staff needs help. We loved the overall place, and on reflction, most of the mistakes were made by only one at the desk. Key cards were only activated for 1 night instead of 4. With a group our size, we had several rooms and had to make several trips down to the desk during the second day as we found keys no longer working after 11 AM. […] No sodas on the 4th floor machines explained only as, "well they don't ever come to fill it." No help at all in setting up the reception room we rented. We moved all the tables and chairs and were left an iron and stained linens. Rooms were beautiful, and the pool area is as pretty as ANY Las Vegas pool, if you can get them to turn on the fountains, waterfall and torches. Läs mer

Suficientemente cerca del parque Six Flags - escogimos este hotel porque los otros en el área inmediata del parque ya estaban llenos. Pero los 15~20 minutos de viaje no son mayor problema en una autopista de tráfico moderado como la I-10 en ese sector. La construcción es moderna y agradable, la decoración interior con toques texanos nos gustó. El […] lote de parqueo quizás se está quedando corto pues no hallamos un puesto con facilidad. Quizás esperábamos una habitación más amplia como acostumbramos ya en nuestro hotel de preferencia en San Antonio, pero éste estuvo suficientemente bien para pasar la noche. La habitación estaba OK en orden y aseo. El desayuno estuvo OK. Nos encanta cuando no hay ni el menor olor a cigarrillo que para nosotros arruinaría completamente la experiencia. La cercanía de un nuevo y moderno supermercado fue de gran conveniencia. Los procedimientos de check-in & out fueron rapidísimos. Hubiéramos querido unas almohadas extra pero el conserje no pudo conseguir nada a esa hora (medianoche). Läs mer
