We had a great experience with this hotel. The rooms were spacious, with a separate sitting area and kitchen which we rarely used, but did come in handy when we brought back stuff to eat and drink. Everything is close-by, with plenty of restaurants, markets and bakeries near the hotel. The hotel staff were just outstanding: they went out of their way […] to be helpful, from recommending local restaurants they liked, and these recommendations were fantastic, to helping keep our bags safe and booking our taxi to the airport. The only thing we noticed was that noise seems to travel easily in these rooms, and there were a few occasions when we heard things happening upstairs or from the road. Clean rooms, breakfast is basic, bathrooms rather small, good kitchen facilities in rooms, excellent location to downtown and attractions. Not all front desk not very helpful in directing tourists. Pool is not really a pool but an oversize bathtub.Housekeeping and breakfast service was excellent throughout our stay.

This is a 4-star hotel with 5-star service and location. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station, but it is such a nice area to walk through this wasn't an issue. We loved the rooms, the breakfast served there, and we can't say enough about the staff. It is rare to find a group of (young) people like this who across the board were friendly, […] professional, and helpful for all our needs. Excelente hotel, todos muy amables, habitaciones cómodas, rico desayuno a la habitación, muy buena ubicación. Esta fue la segunda vez que vamos y volveriamos a ir.

O hotel é limpo, com boa localização, porém quando fiz minha reserva nohoteis.com a única coisa que filtrei foi piscina aquecida. Minha filha de 1 ano e meio é louca por piscina e achamos que seria uma boa distração pro inicio da noite. Porém durante toda a nossa hospedagem o aquecedor esteve quebrado e a água estava um gelo, tornando o uso da piscina […] impossível. E o pior que a piscina é ao lado da recepção, então toda hora ela via a água e ficava chorando pedindo para entrar. É lamentável pagar caro numa diária e isso acontecer. Tem farmácia e confeitaria ao lado, cafés e supermercados próximos. Todos os funcionários foram muito cordiais, atendendo prontamente as nossas demandas como o fornecimento de travesseiros extras, reservas de shows e passeios, etc.

Estive com esposa e filho no Carnaval e ficamos muito satisfeitos com o Hotel e o quarto. Além de uma cama bastante confortável para o casal, havia uma cama de solteiro para o meu filho. A única observação é que o café da manhã é servido no quarto. Há uma copa com mesa e pia na bancada da cozinha. Da minha parte, nada a reclamar.

Le seul problème de cet hôtel est son éloignement du métro bien plus commodes que les bus pour un étranger.

Apesar de termos um bom entendimento em castelhano os atendentes não tinham em relação ao portugues. Pelo menos uma pessoa poderia falar, digamos, um portunhol. No resto muito bom.
