Bästa frukosten hittills i Usa, äggröra skinka med salsa. Det fanns gröt bröd yoghurt frukt osv. Jätte fina rum med ute plats, skön säng och många tv kanaler även soffa och skrivbord. Vi vart glatt överraskade när vi kom över hur trevligt hela stället var. Vi fick även kvällsmat (mån-tors). Ca 10 min biltur med mycket trafik till America airline center. Enda negativa var att det var lite svårt att hitta restaurang på gång avstånd. Men det rekommenderas att bo här!

"Terrible check-in"
We got there a little after 3 there was a line that wasn't moving. The hotel lost my and about 10 other groups (from what I noticed) reservations to start off. After getting everything straighten out with that around 3:30-3:45 we didn't get a room til 5ish because they didn't have rooms ready. There was a massive line forming waiting for rooms. "Comfortable"

"Didn't get what I reserved"
My online reservation was for 2 double beds. I checked in after a very long day at Six Flags and entered my room that turned out to be one king bed. They said they were full since we checked in so late (although I made RESERVATIONS for double beds). Also, the hotel was not as nice & clean as the pictures. "not at all what i was expecting"
Toilet and sink were stopped up and not useable. Took 20 min for them to fix it. The pillows were so stiff I woke up with a headache and my neck hurting. "An OK hotel"
I booked this hotel because the ratings said it was a good hotel. But in reality it is just OK. The halls smell weird, and the overall hotel looks a bit off. We booked for two nights and the second day we were there went out with our bags, and the hotel front desk kept calling us to know if we had left so they could clean the hotel. We got what we paid for......at one point I had to call and ask for hotel maintenance to unclog our sink....but it never happened and one day after cleaning our room, we were left with no towels...called but ending up going to the front desk to pick them up because we needed to take showers.Verifierad gästrecension
"Wasn't the best, wasn't the worst"
First and foremost, when you walk in the lobby, there was a very strong odor of natural gas. Made note of this several times to the front desk clerks, and they were aware, but acted like management didn't believe them that people were complaining. Overall, you get what you pay for here. It's just a general hotel that for a few bucks isn't too bad. Mind […] you, its no Ritz or Montage, but its a cheaper option available for an overnight stay. The hotel is located RIGHT next to the interstate, but we didn't have any problems with road noise. One complaint that we had in the room is that the toilet would intermittently run throughout the day and night. Not great when you're trying to sleep. "Broken pool/dirty rooms"
The only reason we chose this hotel was because it has an indoor pool. In fact that is all my 6 year old daughter asked for when we planned our spring break vacation was an indoor pool. She would have been happy staying in our home town as long as she was able to stay in a hotel with an indoor pool. When we arrived the pool was broken and her trip was […] ruined. This hotel was good for the price. The service was good. The breakfast is 9 dollars and it was not worth it. The dishes and napkins were dirty, and it was just not good. "Management gets A+ for effort!"
The management at this hotel did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, and it was. However, the pool was not heated and judging by the stale water, I would say it's been a while since it worked. They sent us to a nearby hotel to swim. Very nice, just not convenient. "Workin on it hotel!"
The wifi was being fixed the whole 5 days we were there. The pool heater was being installed the whole 5 days we were there (both reasons I booked hotel) There was my husband and I and our 3 kids. And everyday we had to ask for blankets for the foldout couch because room service would take them. Everyday we would have to ask for more towels because […] they leave 2. When we would call for these things it would take them 45 mins to bring them. We had to remind them because they were just hanging out at front desk. Hotel restaurant is expensive and gross. "Rooms adequate , hotel rundown"

"Fell way short in a couple areas."
Room was clean, felt old though. I was in a non-smoking room, but not on a non-smoking floor. Smokey smell crept into room, and the hall was like running a gauntlet of smoke. "Great for a Dallas Cowboy Game"
We went to Six Flags and then to Watch a Dallas Cowboys game. The location could not be better especially for price. They have a shuttle that will take you to the game and back ($15.00 per person) and is well worth it. "Great for weekend Cowboys game!"
Hotel is in need of a "haircut and shave" but was clean and fine for our football trip. Staff was very nice and helpful. Bar/lounge was good and everyone was nice. Breakfast buffet was adequate also. I felt the linens on the beds were very old and thin and the pillow cases had yellow stains.
