Betygsatt av en Hotels.com-gäst feb 11, 2013Bästa frukosten hittills i Usa, äggröra skinka med salsa. Det fanns gröt bröd yoghurt frukt osv. Jätte fina rum med ute plats, skön säng och många tv kanaler även soffa och skrivbord. Vi vart glatt överraskade när vi kom över hur trevligt hela stället var. Vi fick även kvällsmat (mån-tors). Ca 10 min biltur med mycket trafik till America airline center. Enda negativa var att det var lite svårt att hitta restaurang på gång avstånd. Men det rekommenderas att bo här!

Ok gym med fria vikter och maskiner, dock ganska litet men nytt. Frukost enkel men helt ok, ingår i priset. Trevlig personal och en liten shop att handla vatten och annat fixi i receptionen. Bra värde för pengarna om man jobbar.

Girl at desk stated our room was 1 king, but I ordered 2 queens. She stated that the 3rd party websites don't book the correct rooms and things like this happen. She also stated she didn't have any rooms that had 2 queens. I had to pull up my email conformation and show I was supposed to get 2 queen room not 1 king room. She then finally said that she […] would put me in a room that had 2 queens. It didn't make any sense that now she had a room for me when just a few minutes ago she didn't. Despite the fact that it was clean and well-designed, the staff was not helpful when it came to dining options. They neglected to inform us of many options. The rooms, while stylish, had absolutely no information regarding the hotel or the community, no phone books, nothing. There is no room service, no vending machines, only extremely over-priced packaged […] food in the lobby and perhaps there are munchies at the bar? Aloft Los Colinas was in a beautiful location. It has a few businesses around it including shopping and also a few places to eat. It was very clean and our room was quite comfortable. It appears like it was once an older hotel that was revamped to be hip. We arrived late during our stay but informed them ahead of time and we didn't have any issue. The […] manager was very professional and made sure that we didn't have any trouble checking in since we were so late. The only downside was that hip techno music was played in the elevator and lobby 24/7, but you can't hear it in the hallways or rooms. The music truly wasn't a problem unless you wake up on the wrong side of the bed like I did that morning. My husband and I would stay here again as we received great service. "Great deal!"
I booked this room from a 50% off deal of the day special, so I wasn't expecting much, but it FAR exceeded my expectations. Aloft is awesome! It's very sleek and modern, and has a young professional feel to it. The lobby is really cute and inviting, it looks like a great place to hang out and meet people. It even has games like Risk and Life and Battleship! […] There is also a nice fake fireplace that is actually warm on the outside towards the pool (which I never used because it was winter and freezing). My only complaint is they have a free pool table the reception told us was 24 hours, but when we went to play at 4am, there were no sticks to be found. Anyway, on to the room, its very small so if you like a huge amount of space it isnt for you. I really liked it though, it's got a great tv mounted on the wall with a detached box that allows you to hook up your Playstation or computer or whatever without needing to look on the sides of the tv. As others have said, there is a $10 bag of snacks that I didn't touch, but don't worry because Chipotle/Schlotsky's/Chicago Pizza are all right next to the hotel within walking distance. Not much else around, so I wouldn't stay there for location. There is also a small gym with new equipment. Aloft is a small hotel in a sort of random location, but I would definitely recommend it! "very futuristic!"
Everything was great in the hotel except the elevator situation. There are only two elevators and they took a long time to move. We spent lots of time waiting on elevators. One of the two elevators was not working for 2 of the 3 days I was in town. Everything else was really great at the hotel except the elevator.Verifierad gästrecension
