"Recomended with conditions Good for the adventurer"
The check in was easy but not very informative. It would have been nice to have had an explanation of where the bungalow was that we were staying with, how to use the keys and where thentrance was. We arrived at about 10 am and there was no place to put our luggage while we waited for our room. That would have been nice. Once we checked in , we were […] given the keys and told when dinner and breakfast was, but not much more. The bungalows are very primitive. Each A-frame sytle bungalow, has 4 rooms. We shared the building one night and it was like "going to camp" and sharing the space. It had a shared shower and bathroom for all. It would be fun for a family or a group to rent the whole Bungalow. We discovered the sauna and loved it. It was located in the main building, it cost $5 euro each and was a great place to wind down. We signed up for it and had it to ourselves for the 3 days we were there. The location of the bungalow was great. Right across from the chairlift and not too far from the main building. Parking for the car was right out front. The weird thing was that you couldn't access the building from the front porch. It had just snowed so there were no paths indicating that we should enter it from the back. Just a little strange and at night, there is limited light, so getting the key in the door was a challenge. This place is great for the adventurer. Someone or a family that doesn't need much more than a place to sleep and good skiing. The price was right too. Very affordable that included breakfast, dinner and a bed to sleep in. The food was hot and plentiful. We loved "Marich" the bartender. He was a wealth of knowledge and he very comfortably, spoke English with us. The mountain is great, we just needed a little more snow for off piste skiing. The terrain is exellent for open face and tree skiing. There is plenty of challenging skiing for the experts. It seems not very many of the skiers, seek out the "Free riding areas".
