Overall the stay was nice. The pool was very convenient but was extremely crowded. When in our room at the top of the steps on the second floor, the noise from the lobby and pool area was very loud. Wonderful stay! EXCEPTIONAL customer service by all of the staff who went above and beyond to help my daughter and I feel comfortable at the hotel and competent to navigate the city. And thankfully this hotel was tucked away enough to be quiet, but very easy to navigate to and from. The room was clean, the breakfast bar was delicious with great variety, […] the pool area was clean, and the cookies were an awesome touch, especially when the night manager insisted I take a freshly baked one (vs one out of the case) to my daughter at bedtime! "Enjoyed the hot tub"
We enjoyed the stay at your hotel. The room was big enough for eveyone, the breakfast was excellent, the hot tub and indoor pool was my favorite, however, the bed was a little too hard and made my back hurt whhich is why I enjoyed the hot tub so much.Verifierad gästrecension
