Vi beställde frukost till rummet, men fick inget. Ingen restaurang som visas på bilderna i de övre våningarna.Ingen bar på rummet som ska vara. Polen avstäng. Och nästan otrevlig pesonal. Men det var pampig entre.

Något äldre hotell med stora, rymliga rum och jättebra service. Internet kostar.

Nice staff, clean rooms and spacious. Pool and gym well equipped. :-) No free wi-fi in the room :-( A fire alarm 3 am woke the whole hotel but no explanation of what was wrong :-(

Trevligt och bra hotell som ligger centralt och nära en tunnelbanestation. Även trevlig omgivning med kvarterskrogar och en dygnetruntöppet livsmedelsbutik.

This is a very comfortable hotel with great staff. The location is close to many amenities including shopping and public transit. The rooms are very clean and well appointed.

Reception pleasant and helpful. Climate control in rooms poor. No working fan. Adjacent rooms very noisy. Fitness area washrooms not clean. No indication that hotel pool has been closed for over a year!

I had a deluxe king room and it was very clean, very spacious and well worth the money i paid (including the 40% discount). I was really pleased with the check in and check out, they stored my luggage perfectly. Breakfast was overpriced but there is a Tim Hortons opposite so this was more than adequate. I would definitely go there again, the location […] was great, the bed was really comfy and the bathroom was nice. Internet was expensive and therefore we didn't use this, would have been nice to have had free internet for customers. Had a great time! Läs mer

I am very satisfy with your hotel; everything was perfect. My next stay in Toronto would be at Sutton Place

We're disappointed that this hotel will be converted into condos in June,2012. We would book another stay at this historic venue. Besides for the misplacing of our car keys by the doorman, our stay was impeccable.

Great location, nice, bright rooms. Comfy beds!

The weather in Toronto was quite warm the weekend we stayed. Our room faced West so it got quite warm. When we checked about cooling off the room, we were told that one could only have heat. Air conditioning would not be available until the heat was turned off. We could open a window to cool off during the night but then one had to put up with noise […] from the street. Läs mer

Wonderful Staff, beautiful hotel and the location is perfect! My only complaint would be the price for parking, but that is what you for downtown. Highly recommend visiting the Yorkville area!

Hotel is centrally located. Quiet room in spite of the fact it was next to the elevator. Has charm. If there was any criticism it is the high cost of parking and the cost of eating in the bar.

too old and victorian for my liking!

This hotel was nice but we were on the 3rd floor and it was VERY noisey :( we heard everything on the street and everyone coming in and out of their rooms! That was the only issue, other then that it was VERY nice

There has always been lots of hype regarding the Sutton, don't bellieve it. Granted its a nice hotel, but nothing spectacular and out of the ordinary. I would suggest staying here only if the price is right. I was extremly surprised that this hotel charged $20 for a cote and that no wi-fi was picked up. I was also disapointed that the front desk doesn't […] check ID. I called ahead letting the hotel know that my friend would be checking in under my reservation and even left them her name - when she checked in she simple told them my name and gave her the keys - just like that. I found the rooms to be large and clean. The king size bed is huge. though there is some wear and tare which is what it is and the rooms are dated. Overal the stay was ok. Läs mer

I would rate this hotel with a perfect score if i had not dealt with valet. The valet attendant lost my key and did not keep record of how many nights my vehicle was parked there. The hotel was clean and no order of smoke in rooms. The bathroom was not stocked well upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Overall 4 star and I recommend […] this location. Läs mer

We had a one-night getaway at The Sutton Place and we could not have been more satisfied. Our suite was spotless and the front desk staff was friendly and obliging. We chose to stay at Sutton Place Toronto because of the fantastic stay we had at the one in Vancouver a couple of years back. The hotel was out of the way for our destination (near the CN Tower) but, you know, it's a Sutton Place - must be awesome, right? No. Our stay, while not altogether unpleasant, was certainly nowhere near the caliber we experienced […] at the Sutton Place in Vancouver, BC. Nightly turn-down service never happened, the lobby staff were unaccommodating and kind of rude, if not somewhat snooty and no one seemed to care how much we had to put out to stay there just to be treated like a second class citizen. I won't recommend this hotel to others and next time, I'll gladly stay at a Marriott like I usually do. Läs mer

I have generally stayed at the Sutton Place when in Toronto. I am saddened to learn that it will soon be condos and hotel stay will not be possible.

I had to go to Toronto to be with my son when he became a Canadian Citizen. The Sutton Place was a great choice for my one night stay. The room was very clean and the service was flawless. The doorman Izzy was especially helpful. My only complaint would be the ceiling height in the garage, I drove my Dodge Ram 2500 and it didn't come close to fitting […] but Izzy hooked me up and I was able to park right in front of the Hotel. All in all I would absolutely recomend the Sutton Place to anyone going to Toronto. Läs mer

You did not have "free" internet You replaced my coffee the second day with decaf rather than regular coffee. The coffee was terrible You did not have a continental breakfast nor "free" coffee available. Terrible! The doors "bang" upon leaving. Could hear my neighbors

We had a great stay at Sutton Place we were able to walk to all our desired destinations. The hotel staff were friendly and knowlwdgable. I would stay there again on our next trip to Toronto

Service was excellent. Preferred location of room provided on arrival. Hotel granted early check-in and check out at not charge. Safe not working properly was quickly remedied. Extra towels and pillows came quickly on request. Old world charm in the room. Bed/ quality of linens good. Bathroom, though, was tiny. Overall, a very good experience

We had a great stay here. Room was very large - nice French provincial furniture. This was indeed a 4-star hotel. Very clean - all that stuff about bedbugs on the internet is BS.

The Sutton Place was a really great hotel as far as everything a person could wish for in a hotel. It was very central and the rooms where very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. After talking to some of the people we visited in Toronto they also said that they had heard that this was the type of hotel Madonna would stay in if she was in Toronto. […] So I can only say - If it´s good enough for Madonna, it was definately good enough for us. The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a good area for exploring Toronto. Only issue we had was the heat made the room very dry. Other than that had a good nights sleep and would go back again.

overall its good. really convinient and clean. but only one thing its not that good. that is we can still hear what other people saying from the next room.

I stayed in the Sutton Place Hotel several times over the years. It's still excellent and impeccably clean, terrific location. Unfortunately it feels like they are about to get rid of the facility as a hotel though and turn it in to a condo, just to increase the jungle of condominiums in Toronto.
