I stayed 10 days in this hotel in March-13 (Holy Week). The location is perfect, right in the middle of Boatstation 2. The room (311) was spacious (I had a doubleroom) and well airconditioned. It's a little sound leakage from the hallway but otherwise a quite room. Jätte bra service med perfekt läge mitt på white beach station 2. Ett bra hotell för unga resenärer som vill ha nära till det mesta: strand, klubbar/barer och restauranger. Ligger vägg i vägg med boracays hetaste nattklubb. Rummen är belägna på insidan av gården med bra ljudisolering, så de som vill sova under natten kan göra det ostört. This hotel is located in the middle of the party area of Boracay. I have two very different experiences of this hotel: The first is a good location friendly day personal and I must say the rooms are good. The second is a night reception that first night harashed us in a very racistic way. I complained the morning after, and I thought that was it. […] Then one of the persons is doing a similar stunt the night after... And I must say that I was amazed... Ett grymt hotell måste jag säga. Läget mitt på White Beach kan inte bli bättre, 20 meter mellan hotellet och stranden samt en fin pool gör att man har det rätt så gott. Rummen är inte lyx på något sätt men rent och fint och lämplig storlek samt med AC. Dock rekommenderar jag att ni lägger till några få kronor för att få poolutsikt. Vi har det och det […] är så klart trevligt, men jag noterade även att vissa som inte har valt poolutsikt bara har ett fönster med en fasad att titta ut på, inte så trevligt.... Det är första gången vi var i Boracay så vi valde Le Soleil enligt de recensionerna som vi har läst. Hotellet har bra läge, ligger i mitten så vi kunde bada o sola i lugn o ro nära hotellet. Personalen var trevliga, artiga och hjälpsamma especiellt till min svenska pöjkvän :) Frukost buffet var bra och varierande. Kvällsbuffet var bra och billigt […] också men vi fick betala dyrt för en flaska vin! Istället för en flaska har någon skrivit 2 flaskor i räkningen. Vi upptäckte denna när vi har kommit fram i Palawan (nästa destination). Jag har betalat med kort och tyckte att det var enkelt att betala tillbaka beloppet till samma konto. De har lovat att kontakta mig igen men de har inte hört av sig. Jag har skickat mail när vi har kommit hem men fick inget svar. Varnar därför för övertrevliga personal och att dubbelkolla vad ni skriver på även det är mörkt, varmt eller om ni har redan druckit för det kan bli väldigt dyrt till slut. Rummet var OK men inte för det priset man betalade. När man har väl bott i hotellet några dagar så vet man ungefär om man behöver alla faciliteter eller tjänster som erbjuds i hotellet. Läs mer

Our family of four stayed here in November 2012 and enjoyed it a lot. It was extremely reasonable and the hotel's front doors open up to White Beach. It was an ideal family hotel for Boracay. Not a very big party scene within the hotel, but very close to the action. Definitely would stay again.

We said hello at the reception two days in advance of our check-in, asking for a quiet room, and we were told the room was in the pool area and was not noisy. After my wife and I had checked into this hotel, she started complaining about everything of the room, small room and space. And I tried to coax her: let's not expect too much. It's Station 2, […] good location, close to D'Mall, and besides it's just a sleeping place. It's just a sleeping place. That's how we persuaded ourselves into everything whenever the hotel frustrated us: - The water coming off the tap and sprinkler was not stable, it almost trickled out. The water pressure could change three times throughout a brief shower. - The air-con reminded us of itself every minute it's on. - The only bed in the room gave a creaking sound with every turn I made. We thought we could handle it until we found out that the "no loud music after 12 o'clock midnight" rule never worked. The bass from the sub-woofer continued into morning. At 2 o'clock in the morning I dashed to the front desk to complain and check if I could move to a quieter room. (I found my room was the closest to the beach despite the arrangement we made earlier). The receptionist asked my room number and never followed up. They sort of gave you a feeling "we're sitting on a gold mine, so we don't need to worry." Very nice hotel and located right on the beach. The staff is helpful and courteous. We book our ticket for the supreme room and we got the upgrade for the best in the hotel including the jaccuzzi. Our stay was very good and I will return anytime to this hotel again.

This was our first time in Boracay. This beach-front hotel is in a convenient location, right in the middle of everything. Close to DeMall shopping centre and walking distance to Station 1 where the boats are located that take you to your excursions. The room we were in fit a family of 5 comfortably with a nice balcony that overlooked the swimming pool. […] Bonus was the complimentary full breakfast buffet. Upon our check-in we were greeted with shell necklaces and a nice cold drink which was a nice reception since we were so hot from walking to the hotel. Be prepared to walk about 100m with your luggage along the beach path to get to the hotel as there is no road access for vehicles to bring you directly to the front entrance. Overall this hotel was a nice hotel to stay in for a family. Customer service was good, drinks at the bar during happy hour was cheap, my kids loved the Ube shakes! Leave your workout clothes at home, the only disappointment was the fitness room. Fitness equipment were all broken, the only functioning things were the weights. andthe hotel is ideally located in stn. 2 so it is near to where the beach, restaurants, shopping mall. breakfast is also very good I lke the congee although they could have put some chicken strips and century eggs on it then it would have been the best , the staff were very freindly and accomodating. The only concern that I had were first the wi fi, […] in today's situation this is very important and essential so If I can strongly suggest to make it available in all the rooms instead of just @ the lobby, and secondly w/ the airconditioning on the lobby if they can make it a bit cooler by maybe adding additional unit and always closing the door.But over all it was a pleasant stay, will I comeback to stay for sure, thanks Le soleil! If you are looking for comfotable beach front hotel yet affortable, this would be it. The room was fairy big and bed was very comfortable. a minute walk to D mall and party places...beach is just in front of hotel. You could use beach chairs and the hotel provides beach towel as well. I was surprised that I was upgraded to a suite when I checked in. It had three rooms and a jacuzzi, which heated after five hours. The hotel is old, but well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The beach, however, was a little crowded for me.

With no entrance accessible by car, you have to drag your 20kg luggage through the crowds & up the sand to get into your hotel. That's after they leave u at the airport stranded with no transfer that was organized with two emails detailing arrival time!! And then no apology! Also no welcome drink arrived at our room after the huge saga to get there. […] No hand towels, WORST SHOWER I've ever used!! Worst buffet breakfast we've ever had too. We have been having friends and relatives stay in the hotel for the last 10 years. The location is as good as it gets. Unfortunately, being in the middle of all the action makes it very noisy. The bands in the vicinity do not stop playing until 5 in the morning. If you are after a restful stay, this is not the place for you. The management has also […] replaced old lights in the hotel with LED lights for energy savings. This fine in line with energy efficiency. The problem is that they did not compensate for the lower light output by adding more fixtures. Many areas are poorly lit including the breakfast area. Another complaint is the poor breakfast offerings. The management should invest in a decent cooks to plan meals. They have always had mediocre breakfast and has not gotten better through the years. What a pity. It is a good thing the location gives you many dining choices around you. What a pity, we used to really love this hotel. just a view steps to the famoust white beach... the rooms are nice and good sized... the only thing i was not satisfyed is the breakfast... entrance and breakfast room are too close... and the buffet is not on the level of a 4* hotel... at night you can hear the beat of the disco nearby till 3 am... but isnt that bad... only if you dont have a deep […] sleep... the internet connection in the public area is too bad... but they offer 2 computers in the business center during 24 hours good: the d-mall with lots of shops is close, also many restraurants. if somebody likes good steaks: the steakhouse offers delicous beef. I had actually stayed in Boracay an extra day and moved from a penthouse suite to this place so I might be a bit biased, but the penthouse suite cost the same amount since I was travelling with a group. The hotel is located right on the beach, and the service is good, but I think my main problem was that the hotel is trying to be something it's not. […] First off, it's very boutiquey, and I didn't even know what that meant till I got there. It's like it tries too hard to be all modern and cool, but under the facade, it's actually in disrepair. Originally looking to book for 2 nights but took a chance and made it a 3 nighter - should have extended for a week! The hotel was literally steps away from the beach, and the location in the middle of boat station 2 was ideally situated for those wanting to bar hop. But if we had anything to complain about it was the very loud music in the upstairs lounge, where our ears were assaulted when we wanted to watch the people strolling by while we sipped our drinks. The hotel staff were very helpful in attending to our needs, and responded rather quickly if we needed something. Here's a tip that we try and practice wherever we go and it usually works - try to learn the names of the staff and treat them with courtesy and respect and you'll be responded to in kind. Hotel staff are not slaves, no matter who you are or how much you think you've paid for the accommodations... It's not only you get what you pay for, you get back what you dish out too.
