The best thing about this hotel is its location. Very near the various mall in makati and very accessible, you can walk to mrt ayala avenue station which can bring you to Quezon City, Pasay City and Manila and other places of interests. We stayed in the corner suite, the room is wide and spacious but the tv is obsolete but not a big deal. The front […] desk staff does not stay at their post all the time , everytime we need them they are somewhere else and need to be called by the guard or other staff. Its quite annoying. It is a nice place to stay. The staff made it better. They were always there when we needed them. Even there when we did not need them. But never intrusive. The room was clean. It was cleaned daily. Everything woud be back in order when we returned. My only complaint was they forgot to put the bottled water in the fridge a couple of times. The restaurant […] was ok. Most of the food was good but for some reason the veggies were not cooked. Maybe they called them steamed but if so, they needed to steam another 10 minutes. The hotel is in a fair location. But location all depends on what you want. I would like to have been a little closer to the mall of asia. I would stay here again. I have to go back to Manila in a few weeks. I will likely stay here. Location behind Dusit Thani. Convenient to walk to Malls and restaurants. But the room was small and hotel restaurant service was very poor. Breakfast menu was very limited and air condition not working.

The Makati Crown Regency is a wonderful small hotel which should renovate its front facade and lobby area, and reclassify as a boutique hotel; of course then its room-rates would probably double and it would be constantly sold-out.... It is just 50m from the Dusit Thani and I have passed it numerous times when staying at the Dusit but, seeing the outside […] seemed very rundown, I never stayed there despite its obviously convenient location. This trip I was in Makati for just one night to do some shopping and had a 7am flight; P7,000++ for the Dusit seemed a waste so I tried the Crown Regency and was very pleasantly surprised. You can cross the street and walk to the any of the Glorietta malls, the upscale Greenbelt mall, the Landmark department store, and SM department store in a couple of minutes. The Makati business district and all the major hotels are within walking distance or a P70 tax ride. This is a great hotel for tourists and shoppers on a budget and only 20 minutes from Manila airport at off-peak times, maybe 35 minutes at peak-times; the taxi fare should be around P200. One note: I did not try the hotel restaurant so cannot comment on food quality. Läs mer

We just stayed here for our first night in Makati as it was a very late flight in we thought we would save a bit of money and move to our proper hotel next day. HOW WRONG WE WERE. The only plus points were the free Wi-Fi and the staff (they were making good of a bad time). Great location!!very close to greenbelt and is right across from SM just a block away.worth the price I paid for. The room was spacious and clean. Useless hotel staff. I was told that my room wasn't ready to be checked in. So I waited in the reception area next to the front desk, where four of the staff just ignored me for 2 hours whilst they were chatting and playing amongst each other. At no point, was I asked if I needed anything, even as simple as a glass of water or cup of coffee. I was […] ignored and given the odd blank look by unhelpful staff. Arrived in makati @ 7am. a relative is already staying in the 4th floor so we requested a room to be reserved for us in the 4th floor. Frontdesk gave us assurance that room will be in the 4th floor. So we had our bags tucked away in the 4th floor with our relatives. we came back 4pm to find out that they gave away all the rooms in the 4th floor and […] all we can take is a room in the 2nd floor. Very good location, central to much shopping, insure that your room is facing toward the rear as the hotel fronts a very busy and noisy roadway. Exterior of the hotel appears a bit threadbare but the room was very nice. One other item of import, definitely use Expedia to book your reservation as I was told by the front desk staff that bookings via Expedia […] are markedly cheaper than going direct through the hotel itself. Overall a satisfying stay, of minor consideration the breakfast buffet could afford a greater selection of foods more geared to breakfast vis-a-vis the servings which were more lunch inclined. The hotel is located a few yards from the Dusit Hotel. For the the price, security, and cleanliness it would be best to spend a few dollars more and stay at Dusit. But if you are looking for no frills place to stay, this would be a spot. I must say, the breakfast was better than H2O Hotel.

We made reservation for a king bed. We got 2 doubles. The space is very limited to start and 2 beds make movement restrictive. The space issue applies to the bathroom also. If you are Twiggy, this may work for you.

Convient place to stay for those on a budget although rooms are very small. Internet is free and staff is friendly. Be sure and bring your own hand wash cloths (hotel doesn't use them) and stay at a floor higher than street level to avoid the noise.

Great location. Unfortunately management focus on cutting cost rather than guests comforts. No tissues so use toilet paper instead. Bed linen needs upgrading. Wifi in room does not work.
