"Små rum, men centralt"
Ett queen-size-rum på Hotel Felix rymmer bara sängen och inget mer. Den som vill ha lite utrymme för sina saker bör välja ett rum med två sängar. Läget är utmärkt och personalen är vänlig. Bra läge förutom att grannhuset höll på att byggas, dock inget buller därifrån. Ett nyrenoverat fint designhotell, enda nackdelen var att vi fick ett rum med utsikt mot en vägg med fönster ca 3 meter bort.Verifierad gästrecension

"Great Location"
The staff was great! Claudia at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. The doormen were always quick to assist or ask if you need help. This hotel was farther from the Mile than I was led to believe when I purchased. The hotel staff/front desk employees were not personable and did not want to be bothered with assisting us with direction or planning for visits to local attractions. We had a Full size bed, our reservation stated Queen. And the view from our room was looking into someone […] else's hotel room. The fireplace they advertised was never burning, and the hotel had a very dark feel almost sterile feel to it. I can say the rooms were very clean. "Be careful of which room you get"
Our first room was very very small with the bed edges on a collision path with our legs constantly. The sheets were not clean and altogether we requested a different and larger room which was provided,and was much better and cleaner. The hotel is in a good location and if one can check into the larger and clean room it is fine.Verifierad gästrecension

"Great for Business Travel"
Loved this hotel. The staff was really nice. The breakfast at the L&M cafe was great. The bartender at the bar was wonderful. A frequent critique of the hotel is the small rooms. I stayed for 3 nights on business in room with a king bed. The room was small but very comfortable and had everything I needed (primarily a desk). The bed is extremely comfortable!! The location was great. A few blocks from 2 different subway/metro stations, lots of restaurants and bars nearby, a […] Starbucks around the corner, and a Whole Foods a block away (ideal for business travelers who want to watch their snacking while away from home). The lobby and bar are quite nice, and there is a small but sufficient gym. My colleagues stayed at the Holiday Inn. I'm glad I stayed at the Hotel Felix. "comfortable but small"
This is a great hotel for a single person staying in Chicago a few days, who does not spend a lot of time in the room. "Small small rooms"
I seriously haven't stayed in a room that small ever. And I've been in rooms in New York and Europe but they weren't this small. Basically the room only had space for the bed. I had spent a week at the Dana hotel the week prior and it was far and above a much better experience for the same price point. The only thing I did like was that the windows […] opened, but so did the ones at the Dana. The bottom line is that I won't be staying there again. "Smallest Hotel Room Ever"
When I first booked the Hotel Felix, I knew it was a boutique hotel, so I was aware that the rooms were going to be smaller, but this was ridiculous. The first room we were given was right across from the elevator where we heard every person's conversation loudly and clearly as well as the dinging of the elevator bell. I called downstairs and they moved […] us to a room on another floor with a Queen size bed instead of a King size bed. While it was now away from the elevator, it was nothing more than a very small room with just enough space for a Queen size bed and 2 tiny nightstands and a very small desk. The room was very clean, the view was of a rooftop and not a rooftop that looked out into the city, but one that was in the center of the hotel. Not very boutiquey at all. At 10:15pm, we tried to order room service, but it closed at 10pm and I had no other idea how we could order some food. I then called the front desk who connected me to somebody else who brought up 2 menus from the local pizza places. I was hoping that staying at a boutique hotel would be much more charming and what they lacked in space would be made up with better service and a more comfortable stay. Also, no late check outs fyi. "Chicago Visit for 9 Days"
Had a great time even though I was working. City is still one of my favorites, you can walk everywhere. The only thing bad is that it was so chilly cold being that I'm from Texas. "nice room - a little small - LOVE the toiletries"
the room was very comfortable although a bit small. the bathroom was spotless and i absolutely loved the H2O+ Spa Sea Minerals toiletries... I wish I had about 50 of them to bring home with me. the staff were nice and helpful, room service was quick and the food from LM Bistro was very good. after having a series of canceled and delayed flights and […] the airline losing my luggage, it was very nice to finally arrive at this hotel and relax in the cozy bathrobe in spite of the terrible day of travel!
