Hotel was a bit dated, the lobby look nice like in the pictures, but the rooms are in need for some renovation. There weren't many dishes to eat from or make food, so it's not the best place to consider if you are hoping to make big dinners or something like that. But we managed to make and eat breakfast there. I guess one could say, that we got exactly […] what we paid for, as the prize wasn't high and we wanted a place that where we could sleep and make breakfast, but not really spent time beyond that. And it isn't so far from metro station, something like five minutes walk, so that was nice. So if you want a cheap accomondation, this is the place for you. Hotel is located in the Bur Dubai, very close to metro station and major shopping center. Hotel staff extremely helpful and courteous, almost going out of their way to make sure my stay was satisfying. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a small attached kitchen, but very sparsely furnished. Really just enough to get by to cook a small meal. […] Enjoy the hotel room and forget the 'apartment' part of the title. I used this hotel on my last day in Dubai so I could be closer to the airport. When I arrived at the hotel the two door men looked at me threw the door and chose not to open it for me. When I opened the door I wasnt greeted with a hello but with a do you have a reservation here. I said yes and he said no you dont It must be at the other London Crown. […] this one is sold out. I said its sold out because I booked the last room. Again he told me I had no reservation. Remember this is the DOOOR MAN not the desk clerk. I walked past him and he followed me to the desk and asked the desk clerk if I had a reservation. By now I had my I-Pod out with my reservation infor. His response "OH" This room had two double beds a leaky bathroom and a small kitchen. It is nothing like some of the other hotel apartments in Dubai. as we are out all the time enjoying Dubai city we prefer this hotel as it is walking distance to metro,, bus stop, 24 hours supermarket , restaurants and all basic requirements.

The staff was perfectly accommodating - helping with luggage, moving me to a room with a large king bed for the night, allowing me a very late (3pm) check out - all with quiet, kind, courteous smiles. This is not a 5 star resort. It is a budget friendly hotel and keeping that in mind - it is 5 Stars for their category! The hotel is aging - therefor […] so are the fixtures, furnishing, etc. However, it was extremely quiet, perfectly safe, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen were clean. Basic service and facilities. It is average or below average. The hotel requires better maintenance and some renovation.

Hotel bien situe pres de Burjman center et metro. Un peu vieillot mais bonne prestations et bon acceuil en general. Si vous cherchez le luxe, passez votre chemin sinon je serai tente de le conseiller.

Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Hôtel à proximité de nombreux centres d’intérêts, du métro, de grands magasins, de la grande mosquée et de la creek. Rapport qualité prix très apprécié.

Es ist dringent nötig dass hotel zu renoviren.... Klima anlage macht richtig lärm ,und ist nicht einstelbar wehn man klima total auschaltet dan ist luft so troken dass maul klept zusamen allso 80% schlaflose nacht hat man Bett bet wösch haben ein nicht sauberes geruch es ist wirklich nicht zum emfehlen sorry
